He has assisted me twice in saving my data after having had complex issues and is very reasonably priced. The quality of his work and knowledge is incredible at extremely reasonable pricing. I highly recommend him and consider him to be my go to computer whiz. Over many years I have brought computers in to be serviced at various electronics stores and without doubt consider Mike to be the best.

I came in to see if my 2010 HP laptop could be repair since she decided to immediately stop working for me. I had called my brother whose an IT computer nerd (he's good with computers and could be a robot) and told him about my situation. He suggested it could be a heating and fan issue. However, my robot brother lives in Austin, TX and suggested that I visit a computer place here. I then spoke with my sister about my issue and she immediately recommended this place since they repaired her laptop. As soon as I arrived here and showed Mike my laptop, he went to town on taking my laptop apart and giving me some information about the amd processor and how usually these models don't last long. He kept on speaking in this computer lingo that I wasn't familiar with, so he broke it down to my understanding and basically told me that the motherboard crashed due to a heating issue with these processors and how they weren't built to live forever as I had hoped. He recommended that I get a new laptop, but with Intel processor as those are the best. He even took my hard-drive out of my old laptop and put it in a baggy for me. He recommended what GB my new laptop should have in order for me to do all my school assignments on it and knew exactly how much GB my old laptop had. Mind this, there was another guy in there with me and Mike was on top of it with multitasking. He assisted me and the other guy. He worked fast too and didn't mess up. Now, that's skills! I also had other questions to ask him regarding my iPod Touch and asked if he could repair my one line cracked screen, but due to the newer generation they made it difficult to open up to replace the glass. My next question regarded my basic phone and retrieving my photos; he recommended me to get an SD card and even told me what GB to get. We spoke about computer RAM's, GB, I3 and I7 processors. At Pulse Audio Video, they give free diagnosis first. If you decide on getting a new laptop and have your old hard-drive, they do data recovery for $40. Which is a whole lot cheaper than $100. To add, they do sell off-lease Dell laptops that I may consider buying from them. They are located on Beamer Rd., next to the pawn shop. Across the street is Vela's Tire shop. The parking spot are slanted vertical, so the best entrance to take is near the other shopping center with Sicily Pizza. It can be a bit cramped, so don't ride up there with a Dooley or an 18-wheeler. Anywho, I feel confident and at ease to know about the issues of my old laptop. Although, I was pretty sad about it dying on me, but thankful I have the hard-drive. I can now sell it for parts.
