Strongly encourage you to make the drive out of Baytown to find other locations. My phone screen went out and I wasn't sure why, so I brought it to be replaced. When I arrived at the store, I said there may or may not be water damage in my phone, I wasn't entirely sure. I was told I needed to buy a new phone here and they couldn't do anything. After arguing with her about it, since I have been getting text messages, I just can't use the screen, I had to finally demand to have my screen replaced which she finally acquiesced. She did a hard reset in the back of the store which reset my screen. I asked her repeatedly what did you do? i was pretty grateful about it: she just kept saying I did a hard reset. She refused to explain what she did. I was considering whether to replace my screen since it still has parts of it that are blacked out, but I just left. Go to a different store its worth the drive.

My phone stopped charging because the connection between the connector and charger was bad. He took it in again and they fixed it! My phone now charges to 100% in no time!! Yesterday, I was trying to take a picture with my camera and the screen was black! I took it in and he looked at it and said there was a disconnected wire and even showed me the inside of my phone!! He Wrote it down and told me he was adding to my profile notes on my customer profile. Came by 4 days later and Korey gave some excuse bout why it wasn't ready. Told me by "Monday". Called Monday, got another excuse. Went over this past weekend and was told by Korey the reason the laptop hadn't been fixed or worked on was because he couldn't get into it cause he didn't know or have the password. Said he called me several times to get the password but got no response/answer when he called. The guy is a liar, irresponsible, lacks initiative, and probably a procrastinator. He needs to stop gaming in the back room on UbreakiFix's dime and do the job he's being paid for. Got my laptop back and my money back.
