Great service. Will stayed in touch with me by phone each step of the way, explaining what the repair issue was and also giving me detailed options for an upgrade I was looking for. He also got the work done as quickly as possible. Outstanding service - highly recommend. read more

Dropped off an older laptop to be wiped. ECR was quick and very responsible. We'll be sure to return with any repairs in the future.

Super-knowledgable owner; the help he can hire isn't always up to his level (understandably), so, it's a bit of a mixed bag sometimes, but I chatted with him about data recovery and he's one of the people I can tell has been self-taught for decades because I'm also one myself. Saved us many thousands doing Apple macbook repairs when Apple would have made us buy new ones. read more

Lairs do not get scammed. They replaced motherboard which was not the problem, it was processor. They then tried to charge me for motherboard after I told them to put old one back in. I had to call every time for updates when told I would get an update. Over 10 days to get computer back. Horrible small business read more

They did an awesome job repairing my laptop quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This company was very friendly and cost effective for me. They fixed my computer without trying to over state the problem by speaking in technical jargon. As a result of this, I plan on giving them more computers that I've been having issues with to fix. read more

Awesome customer service and understanding that timely repair is extremely important.

I needed my computer screen repaired because I was careless in cracking my LED screen to my computer. I looked on google and found Error Computer Repair, brought my computer in and got a quote that day. Was told that my computer will be ready for pick up by July 30th. Not only did they fix my computer, they also fixed it fast. I got my computer back faster than the estimated time given and they were very helpful and nice. I would recommend anyone I know in league city to take their computer's to be repaired at Error Computer Repair. read more

FIVE STARS!! After spending more than 6 hours over the course of two days working with the "tech team" at HP (and spending nearly $75 for their "services" overseas, they finally told me they couldn't fix my machine, that totally crashed, and I would need to find someone local to take the computer to in person. Error Repair is not far from my house so I called ahead and discussed the computer issues I've been encountering with Trace. Within the hour I stopped by the store and met with Trace. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He spent about two minutes looking at the machine and another five minutes to fix it, and it was completely back to normal, running as if nothing had happened. I highly recommend Trace and Error Repair. Excellent service, informative and very easy to work with. Five stars!! read more

I highly recommend this business! I dropped my computer off on Wednesday and they called by Thursday afternoon to let know my computer was ready. Didn't find anything wrong with my computer which I greatly appreciate their honesty. They could have found all kinds of things wrong and I would have agreed just to get my computer back up a running. However, their honesty and integrity is why I am compelled to post a review. Will certainly go back if I ever am in need! read more

I have a photography studio and have been in business for 20 years. Computers have become as essential to my business as my camera. Over the years I have had a lot of computer issues and have hired lots of computer technicians-- many of them in League City. I have never had a better experience than with Error Computer Repair. Computer networking issues are tough things to figure out and require a very smart and savvy computer tech to fix them when things go wrong. Hire the wrong person, and your bill will reflect that -as the longer it takes to figure out the more it costs. Error Computer Repair showed up on time, quickly assessed the issue and outsmarted "Windows" to fix the problem quickly and inexpensively. And you just can't do better than that! I will call on them again when I need a smart, efficient, computer problem solver to keep my computers running! read more

I brought in my 7 year old desktop with a dying hard drive. I was dreading being without my computer for several days as a couple of other repair shops had estimated. I received prompt, professional, and friendly service and had my computer back within a half day. Will patiently answered my questions and recommended a solid state boot-up and separate storage drive. My computer is now running much better than when I originally purchased it. SSD drives is way to go. Thank you Will and Error Computer. BK read more

This was my first use of Error Computer - I am completely happy with the service results and their customer service. I had a new laptop that was not performing like I wanted....way too slow. Danny investigated and gave me a solution that dramatically improved the computer performance. I was never treated like a computer-dummy person...I felt they valued my business. ECR is now my "go to" computer solution crew. read more
