In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. It's a glorified drop off location. They have no FedEx labels, no FedEx air bills for you to fill out in the event that you have a FedEx account. Fedex needs to take them off their map as far as an inside location with staff positions. The staff offered me no solutions. As I read other reviews of the printing/shipping area, it appears they lack either training or the ability to assist.
