They advertise themselves as an inside location forFedEx. They have no way for you to ship anything FedEx from there unless you arrive and plan on just dropping off. It's a glorified drop off location. They have no FedEx labels, no FedEx air bills for you to fill out in the event that you have a FedEx account. Fedex needs to take them off their map as far as an inside location with staff positions. The staff offered me no solutions. As I read other reviews of the printing/shipping area, it appears they lack either training or the ability to assist. read more

I remember when I would be hard pressed to give this store 3 stars, much less 5 stars. They must have cleaned house because my experience was great today! Miranda immediately asked if I needed help and Ronnie, at the checkout, was super nice. The store is stocked well and I left with more than I needed. They have my favorite organization boxes called "Really Useful Box". I live these things!! One thing i could do without was the multiple picture of Shaq. Bought a laser printer online and we went to pick it up through the curbside service. Sounds great. No getting out of the car or anything. When we drove up we realized there is not a designated area for you to park in for the curbside pick up. We texted the number provided and we waited and waited and waited. After 20 minutes of waiting a young man came out with a ton of toilet paper. That was definitely not our order. The young disappeared back into the store. 5 minutes later, the young shows back up with our printer. The curbside service sounds great in theory but it would have been quicker for us to just go inside. They really need to provide designated spaces for curbside pick up & make the service much quicker. read more

I am rather disgusted by how I was treated in your store today when I went to pick-up a print order. There was no one in line at Printing Services. I was waiting in line while the two workers continued to work and completely ignore me after looking at me more than one time. Then here comes what looks like a manager. She sees me in line, walks right past me, no acknowledgment, nothing... I finally speak up after being ignored by not only two people but a "manager". I speak up and say "Excuse me! Can I get some help please, I've been standing here and y'all are ignoring me". Finally a guy walks over and takes care of me. The manager proceeds to smile uncomfortably and laughs under her breath because I made a comment on their lack of guest service. Without proper guest service and good leadership, your business will never survive. Maybe that's why you are restructuring the business currently... But before you do all that, look at your leadership. They're training their team members horrible habits. I will NOT come back and do business here again. read more

The concept of customer service or care apparently does not exist to the manager who yelled at me today. His name is John. Today, 3/18/22 at 11am I got in a long line at the printing station. I was with my 18 month old baby and asked if there is anyone else to help out. The answer was NO. John was on a cash register and another employee was walking around the store not doing anything. John's explanation for his poor customer service was not enough staff and suggested I drive 2 miles down the road to Office Max. This was his solution to my request. I will definitely take my business to his competitor next time. read more

Not easy returns. I called the 800 number and this store took the product but said I had to take the delivery as there wasn't a sku. The fact that I have to argue over $5 is obscene. The manager on duty, Johnnie was cordial but refused to give me the district manager phone number. If you need any services like printing definitely a one star! I go to school next door for dental hygiene. I only come here because it's so close when I need office supplies. If you need to print anything they take forever to get to you and there's usually only two people. I'm writing this review as I've been waiting in line for over 5 minutes with only one person in front of me. Their priorities for your prints are very low. They ask when you need it by, then tell you that if they have time to get to yours then it'll be done by the time I need it. (I needed it anytime that same day, I came at 8am) I needed a book binded, he spelled the title wrong. When I told him he just laughed and didn't even offer to correct it. I don't remember his name.. Slim to medium Caucasian male, blonde hair... Other people like I think her name is Ronny, she's super awesome and cool. She helped me carry my printer to my car, she helped me/ guided me on where to go for anything I was looking for and even told me what was on sale. I loved that! read more

If you need to use the print shop, don't go here! The girl who is pegged the "most experienced" by her fellow employees was not only not very helpful, but as she was assisting me poorly; she was discussing with an employee how she gave terrible service to an older woman because "she knew she wouldn't know how to give a review". When I couldn't find the paper I was looking for, she told me to go find it myself. When I still could not locate it and I knew they had some of the type I needed behind the print shop desk, she told me she would not sell it to me because she was too lazy to count it out. Not all people that work there are bad, there was a wonderful woman with a short pixie haircut that jumped in and help me look for it online. Unfortunately because of the agest comments from the print room employee- I will no longer be going here. Staples on the other hand was great! I implore you, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT get your printing services done here. The bad - placed an order online and paid for the printing services to be picked up.. Only 3 days later, nothing was printed. The ugly - The worse part? They stated their printing machine was down and didn't have time to send an email notification of a cancellation. So when I came in, no one told me anything. I had to wait for the person who knew what was going on to arrive at her shift in 15 minutes. Service - Horrible customer service, no responsibility taken.. I wouldn't mind so much so, but the fact I made a payment and then no one notified me? Left a bad aftertaste. read more

Office Depot I love you! The print center will work with you. Be honest about your needs, be kind, and they will give you coupons and do their best to help you. I love Office Depot supplies. I thought I came prepared to buy a chair for my dreadfully neverending life of paperwork, but I was thrown off my a remnant of an old ad laying around on top of the new ads. When I thought I had narrowed down my search, the price wasn't pulling up based on the price I saw on the ad. That's when the employee discovered that I had picked up the old ad...led me to look around some more because I had a certain price range in mind and what I wanted was not in that realm of possibilities. Although I didn't purchase that day, I was assisted and allowed to roam around without the pressures to purchase (thank you). I appreciate stores that allow customers to be true consumers-- researching, comparing, evaluating products without the haggling and obnoxious sales pitches. read more

Upon entering, I was greeted by at least three employees. Made me feel very welcomed. Ivette at the copying and print side gave me great customer service! She made sure my labels for my wedding favors came out the way I wanted. Loved her enthusiasm and the fact that she wanted to shadow another employee because they had a lot of knowledge, speaks volumes! Overall, all of the employees were nice and they looked like they wanted to be there. They gave out enthusiastic vibes as if they wanted to help you! I love that!!! read more

I called this location to ask if they had any 6' micro USB cords. I was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes and ended up giving up. I went by to check for myself and found one... It was $20, they are $1.74 online. What a rip off! That's probably the case for everything electronic in this store. I don't know how they stay open. They have a great school supply section so maybe that's what their main income is? Who knows. read more

This Office Depot was sad: you can definitely tell that they don't get a lot of business and are not used to attend client with specific requests. I came here looking for a universal laptop charger. Fortunately I found what I was looking for but they only had a small selection and when I asked for help, the only answer I got was that I needed to read the labels on the product to figure out (by myself). I had to go into the Office Depot twice in one day because I needed to print out some games for a baby shower. Johnnie, the assistant manager, was so helpful and took his time to help me figure out how to print the games in a specific way. Great customer service and patience. Not sure why they are reviewed so low, but looking at all office supply stores in Houston they all are rated pretty low. Probably because lld grumpy people make up a majority of people that still shop at office supply stores. I mean you can basically order anything from Amazon and save a trip to to the store. That being said, I'm not old or grumpy but I like shopping at supply stores. And I needed a good amount of paperwork printed out since I'm without an office due to moving currently. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Roderick, he asked how he could help and immediately assisted me. Most of the time when I go to supply stores there's no one ever around to help or they literally avoid you. Roderick was so helpful and he was patient and even very kind to my 2 year old son. I noticed he was very helpful with other customers as well, everyone just wants acknowledgement and know that they will be helped. If you are an eBay seller who needs to print labels don't come here. I like to print off eBay labels and drop off shipments at Office Depot when I'm traveling or in a different part of town. Every store I have been to has let me use a computer to log into my eBay account and print off the labels for my shipment. The people at this store wouldn't let me because they were trained no to allow customers on the computer. I offered to talk them through printing my label through eBay so that I wouldn't be the one using the computer, but I was turned down. The workers at the store were kind to me and only doing what they were trained to do. Regardless, this was very frustrating as a customer who needed to to print one piece of paper. read more

I'm with somewhat mixed feelings on this store...mostly positive. For example, I've ordered my business cards from here, the clerk took as long as needed to help me design what I envisioned. I came out with a classy linen paper look and very sharp b&w looking card that I always get compliments on. My logo design and OfficeDepot's typesetting services made it a win. I've had issues with defective printer ink and the operations manager, George, being very unyielding about it. The ink in question was within the return period and under the manufacturer's warranty. After a lengthy discussion and only after threatening to pull my corporate business elsewhere I was issued a refund, where every indicator was that I was in the right. Overall, my experience with the store has been positive, and the help is usually friendly. read more

I really don't have a lot to say about Office Depot other than they were grossly overstaffed and a bit too helpful. I want to buy a mouse. It's not rocket science. Almost their entire stock was Logitech anyway. If I had a specific use in mind for a mouse I was going to buy, I wouldn't buy it here. I knew what I was looking for when I walked in and when I found it, I immediately walked out becuase it was 10 bucks more than what I know it costs. Shopped here (@12pm on Wednesday 04-03-2019) I stood in line for 10 minutes while the two cashiers where assisting other guest. Right when it's about to be my turn, a gentler man came and skipped the line. There was plenty of time to still correct this situation & yet nothing was said or done about this, I felt ignored and unwanted. The clerks looked at me in an awkward manner and just continued to assist the guest that was in the wrongs (This guy could have just been confused about where the line starts, but again, nothing was corrected or said to the guest) I simply left all my belongings at the front of the store and exited the building. This is a terrible store with print work & customer service - they are usually not eager to help with things like markers, mouses especially if its things on mark-down sales. I shop there as an individual and as the company i represent. I have finally asked my sister company to not do any more business with them for office supplies and kitchen upkeep either after they had really pathetic service on a print order. this was the second year in a row that they made errors upon errors of print reproduction, delivery timeline, follow up call and reimbursement. Its such a sad state of affairs that even after their store manager was notified in writing by their corporate, they failed to contact and/or fix the print job related errors and clerk problems. I really wish they would close and let another better business take the space to provide some relief to the nearby offices. read more
