There's really not much to say about Target. I love them all. If one doesn't have what I want, another one does. I've been known to go to multiple different locations in a day and I will drive from Pasadena as far as League City or sometimes Baytown to find what I'm looking for. I'm a Target girly and I have no shame in that. I mostly do drive up orders and I love that I can also get my Starbucks at the same time... because I'm also a Starbucks girly with no shame in that either lol. The inside of every Target is pretty similar and they mostly carry the same items, but some seem to be better stocked than others. The people are always friendly and while some people say Target is overpriced, their prices are comparable to H-E-B, so I think it's just fine. No complaints here. Carry on! :) read more

After a few disappointing visits to another local Target that I went in on, I wasn't sure what to expect here, but the Webster location turned things around. I shopped my favorite aisles and felt good about my purchase. Self-care, make-up, facial and body products, hair products, all the good stuff, I got for a good price. I stocked up well but for some reason I feel I'll be back soon. It was the kind of Target run that reminds you why you shop there. So to be fair, not all Targets are created equal. I'll be checking out some other local ones to see if I find the one that suits me. read more

I found a new flavor of unstoppable beads for the washer. They had a huge but messy clearance section, a lot was marked down lower than ticketed price, but there was a lot of items placed there that was not clearance. read more

I visited this Target a few days before Christmas to buy my son some Christmas gifts. The store was clean and organized. The staff was so nice and friendly. I ended up getting my son a couple of shirts and shorts for next summer, a Scooby-Doo DVD, a sesame street boom with a record player, and a play dough set with more play dough. The cashier was so sweet and nice. She took care of us well. The only downfall is that the Starbucks inside of this Target wasn't open but it's not a big deal considering there is a Starbucks in the parking lot. I will return to this location read more

We love wandering around Targets. Stopped in for some swim goggles in October. I was hopeful that Target would have them year round and they did!! Yay! It's fun checking out clearance racks as well. Found some half priced items! This particular Target seemed well stocked. We didn't have any interaction with staff and we used the self check out. read more

Hello, most of the targets i go too are nice and well organized, with good variety and plenty of inventory. This target however lacked in all of those categories. When me and the my girlfriend entered we were shocked to see the unusual layout of the store. When we began shopping we noticed the very remote, almost empty feeling with hardly any workers on the sales floor and the vast and empty shelves. We proceeded to the appliances section after trying to grasp the layout of the store. We saw the espresso machines and picked out what we thought was the perfect one, the "stiloso espresso" we noticed the plastic from the outside wasn't there but didn't think much because we saw the security spider device was still attached. When we finally arrived home with the product and tried it out, the water pump wasn't working so we ended the evening with 120$ down the drain and no espresso. I'm sure the malfunction is on the company who built it, but seeing how the store is handled, i can't help but feel they're at fault as well. If you wanted to shop at a target that has lots of variety and plenty of staff, DO NOT go to this location. read more

I was just at target on Bay Area getting some headphones for my granddaughter , and The young man very informative and helpful to me about the type of headphones they carry and how much so I had left to the book area after he helped me, then I heard someone who looked to be higher in the company yelling at the young man in the electronic area, it's very sad we let people talk to other who are below them, I really hope somthing is said to that man because it unacceptable to do that to someone especially in the middle of the store where everyone can hear you. I just think that's a bad representation of how business should be. They should be very disappointed. read more

My goodness, what happened? :( This location is my favorite Target in Houston. I grew up with it & watched all its changes. Today when I visited, I could not believe I was in a Clear Lake store. The restroom was appalling & worse than a gas station...I had to go straight to the air fresher isle to get the smell out of my nose. The staff here are always friendly & cheerful, however I'm sure they hate their restrooms as well. There has to be a way to improve this. Please consider a major revamp for the restrooms; they desperately need it. Customers are going to be disrespectful and messy, yes, but there is a way to maintain better hygiene and cleanliness. read more

No nylons/tights. Raided the maternity dept to find some. Quality of merchandise has gone wayyy down. Can't keep on blaming covid forever.

This place is really big. When we come, I make my kids bring a cell phone, so I can phone them when I'm ready to check out. You can't find them, once they've wandered off. This is my go to place for socks, underwear, T-shirts. And for kids' birthday toys, we go too WAY TOO MANY kids b'day parties, and always have to bring along a gift. So we're always dropping $8-12 here, but I can always find something in 5 minutes. Not so impressed with the selection and price on their groceries, but they're OK. I often end up with some produce, because I'm here buying kids toys and socks, so what the heck. read more

Lots of shelves weren't fully stocked. I understand that sometimes this happens, but literally each aisle I walked down, there was totally bare shelves. Looked like a 'going out of business sale' Trash on the outside of the store was overflowing. Dairy area was a mess as well. In my opinion not having fully stocked shelves is the worst thing you can do as a business. Your customers go in for certain items and not having what they need will force them to go to competitors, and you will not only lose a sale you can potentially lose a customer. This store is fairly clean and organized. However, the bathroom did need a little attention. It's in a great location across the street from Baybrook Mall. There is a Starbucks and a CVS pharmacy located inside, which is nice. The staff was very helpful with helping me look for what I needed. My visit to this store was a peaceful one. :) read more

I personally boycotted target years ago because of a bad experience. At the urging of my wife I go to shop here again but the have to say that it's worse. I don't know if target trains its staff to be rude or simply don't provide any training to already rude people. Years ago I bought a pair of $20 glasses at a target in Dallas. A week later they broke so I took them back WITH THE RECEIPT. they then refused to take them back because the item the clerk rung it up as as not the SKU for the glasses. What happened was the tag in Dallas wouldn't ring up. So the clerk grabbed another $20 item I was buying and uses that. Talking to the manager and even writing to corporate didn't help. I didn't shop there for years. After hurricane Harvey. My mother in law was spending over $1,000 to replace many of her lost items. They found a vacuum on display that had a good price. When it rang up the wrong price a brief discussion occurred as well as a phone call to the department staff. When still told no they walked back to show them the display and alas. It had been removed. During the time they walked back. The clerk and manager still refused the display price. Now. Last night I was looking at glasses. The clerk began to argue with me as I inspected the items. None were on display so I slid out one to look at it. She said they have a policy against it. Not my policy so I said fine. I will buy all of them. Take them home and inspect as much as I wish and bring all back except the one I chose. She said fine and continued to mouth off. She then went to a coworker to complain how annoyed she was with me while I'm standing there. As if it's my fault her department was a mess. After I return these. I'm done with Fartget! read more

I shop here a lot but for the last few weeks when I do my weekly grocery shopping there has been something in my cart that they refuse to sell me. One being granola bars for my baby and now this time a pair of boots for my toddler. They scan with no price and so they don't sell them to me. These boots were the only pair of boots in the whole store in my kids size and now I can't even have them. Why have them in the store available for customers to pick up and want to buy if you refuse to sell them. Horrible experience last three weeks in a row. read more

You can't get the big carts through anything and you can't find anything, there is no rhyme nor reason to the way they have the store laid out. I never thought there would be a day where I would choose Walmart over Target but that day has come. I was asked by an out of state family member to go pick up a collectible item that was listed as available at Target. I looked and looked through many aisles and finally found an employee to direct me where these products were. I looked through over a hundred packages and could not find the item. I began looking for assistance and found, Alexis, folding clothes in the ladies section. She jumped on my request to figure out why it said online that there were 11 items on the floor but none on the shelf. This young lady went beyond my expectations and helped me search again. She then went off and came back with my item after finding several of them sitting on a desk somewhere. I am so grateful that she didn't give up easily! Thank you Alexis!! read more

What's one thing that I do when I'm on a business trip and my work day ends early? Go to Target! This one off Bay Area Boulevard is a Super Target (or Greatland in Minnesota - Doncha know?) and and includes a full grocery store. April 2,2022 around 2pm. Long lines for everything including fitting room. I have gone to this target before and done returns a the check out lane with receipt. I was there and waited in line for a long time to return something and purchase something at the same time. The cashier had to wait for a manager to come tell me that i cant return at the check out lane that I have to go to customer service which is dumb because i have done returns at the land before and he can just do it real quick because I'm in a hurry and i have waited all this time. The manager girl was rude and basically was trying to argue with and tried to belittle me like I'm one her employees. Like girl bye is not serious just help me out so we can both move on with our life's. The whole to you were arguing back and forth we could of been done with the exchange. And another employee literally turn around and told her we can do return as long as the customer have the receipt!!!!! Even though it was my first time there, there was no excuse for the bathroom to be like that, it smelt like sewer water. I'm ashamed, especially since I used to work at Target and even there we really didn't clean the bathroom which was disgusting. Guest service was ok they were having conversations amongst each other while they were taking care of my transaction. Long line just for returns, one lane open for no reason, disorganized walked in and there were no shopping carts was told the cart attendant was bringing some in waited for about ten minutes and gave up. I have to say I love shopping at target, just not at this particular location. I have not once come into this store and left with what I came for. They never have what I need, and it's rather frustrating since this store is so close to me. They also RARELY have more than 1-2 cashiers open. Out of every 5 times I walk into this store, I walk out 3 without getting what I planned on buying. I completely understand it's easy to be short handed and sometimes you can't have multiple registers open but it's frustrating seeing employees just standing around while there's 6+ people waiting in a single line. read more

All of these dept. stores suck. I purchased an air mattress from them in November along with an extended warranty from Square Trade. We used it once and put it away. Two days ago I got it out to use and it has a leak. I contacted Square Trade to be reimbursed, but they said it is still under mfg. warranty and I should follow that route. I contacted Target (with much difficulty) and was told that the item is not eligible for return or credit. So, I'm getting screwed by both Target and Square Trade. I also found it interesting that when I used the Target site to look up my purchase or maybe make a new one, the system was very fast. However, when I clicked on customer support, chat or anything else that was not in relation to buying something, the system crawled to a slow stop. I waited over 10 minutes and it still never let me "chat" with someone or contact customer service. It's all a big scam to cause you to loose patience and "walk" away from the problem. No wonder Amazon is kicking their ass. You would never see this type of response from Amazon. They're going to be my go to store from now on. read more

Shopping for a patio set online and I decided to go with the Southport 3pc set. The set was on sale and the regular price was 279.00. As soon as I put the item in the shopping cart the price change from on sale to regular price. So I refreshed my target app to see if I had and error on my end. When I went back to the item it still listed on sale and when I put it in my cart it changed the price to regular. I called the customer service line and inform the Target representative and he found the item which states it was on sale but he said that it was an errors so he could only give me 10 percent off. I would think they honor the price because they saw it and also I took a screenshot of the item. He also became very rude when I ask to speak to a manager and told me that I would have to hang up and call back. He would not even transfer me. WOW. I shopped online target for years and I will never expected that they would have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would not be shopping at TARGET AGAIN. read more

I called and spoke to a gentleman about a printer they had listed as being available for pickup. He assured me he would set the printer to the side for me to pick up the following day. To make a long story short, they put the only remaining printer back on the shelf and sold it. The lady gave every excuse under the sun as to why it happened, but NEVER even offered an apology for the miscommunication amongst themselves. Bad customer service, a waste of my time, and down-right frustrating. I would recommend taking the next exit up the freeway and going to Walmart. read more

We came another time for Black Friday everything was hectic lots of angry and anxious customers, through all that the staff was friendly directing traffics and patiently checking us out. I've never met a 20-something girl who didn't love Target. If you drop me off at any Target, I could literally spend hours there just browsing the clothes, beauty products, shoes, etc. This Target also has a pretty big grocery section, which is good in a pinch. I don't think I would replace the regular grocery store with Target, though, as they just didn't have a great selection of fresh produce. But, for almost anything else, Target is where I go. I once spent an entire day going down Bay Area to Marshall's, Pier 1, Kirkland, Old Navy, etc with no luck finding what I was looking for. Then I finally show up to Target and they have all the items I was looking for at the more specialized stores. How can they have so much stuff?!??! What else can I say? This is a huge Target. Had a VERY BAD experience trying to pick up 1 item in the store. All the doors at the end of the store where pick up is were locked! This is a big store, I'M HANDICAPPED, and I would have had to go in the door farthest away from the pick up desk and walk all the way back! RIDICULOUS! No one answered the option for pick up for several calls. Finally someone did and I told them I needed to do curbside. A very nice young man brought me my package. Target cares NOTHING about handicapped folks, evidently. Their excuse was water got in the doors earlier, probably last night as no rain all day, and they had to clean up the water. Came here to return two things. Nancy B was the customer service person who was supposed to help me. When I put down my two bags she put her hands up in the air and moved her head around as though she was so exasperated by the idea of having two items that needed to be returned at once. I just kind of looked at her, it was strangely dramatic. From the beginning she was annoyed and didn't want to help me. I explained that I wanted to return. She said something about how 'there are so many bags.' Well not really, Nancy. She scanned the first item and told me it was now three dollars. I let her know when purchased, it had been about ten. She told me since I didn't have a receipt I would get the three dollars. I told her that I was under the impression that they had the ability to use my card to look up what I had originally paid. Nancy B was shaking her head with a quizzical look as if I were talking about some complex sci fi idea from the future. She said she didn't know what I was talking about. I again asked, 'can't you look up in the computer what I paid?' The customer next to me in line butted in and said 'miss, she absolutely can, they've done it for me.' Then Nancy B looks at me and rolls her eyes (!!!) and says 'oh a receipt look up. You didn't say that. ' Wow, seriously?? This lady had the absolute worst attitude, her rudeness was astounding. I said 'sorry Nancy, I didn't know exactly what you would call it, I don't work here. ' Nancy B then looked up what I paid for the item (wow! Magic!) and I got my refund. On my other item she 'couldn't find' the receipt and asked two other people to help. One was the manager who needed to ask other team members 'what this thing on the screen means?' It took three people huddled around a computer to tell me they couldn't find my item and I left without a refund. I'm not impressed because there's no reason why it shouldn't have been there seeing as how it was purchased relatively recently and was put on the same debit card. They insisted I must have used a gift card. (What? Why would I have had a target card?! I use the exact same debit card for everything.) Not only is the staff here incompetent, they are rude (looking at you Nancy B). Nobody wants to get helped by someone who acts like you're an idiot. Nobody wants to be helped by someone who is so inconvenienced by having to do their own job that they will attempt to tell you that they can't do what you need them to even when they absolutely can.
