    My goodness, what happened? :( This location is my favorite Target in Houston. I grew up with it & watched all its changes. Today when I visited, I could not believe I was in a Clear Lake store. The restroom was appalling & worse than a gas station...I had to go straight to the air fresher isle to get the smell out of my nose. The staff here are always friendly & cheerful, however I'm sure they hate their restrooms as well. There has to be a way to improve this. Please consider a major revamp for the restrooms; they desperately need it. Customers are going to be disrespectful and messy, yes, but there is a way to maintain better hygiene and cleanliness.

    Bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like no crew members had checked them all day. (I shopped here at about 8:30 pm)

    Lots of shelves weren't fully stocked. I understand that sometimes this happens, but literally each aisle I walked down, there was totally bare shelves. Looked like a 'going out of business sale' Trash on the outside of the store was overflowing. Dairy area was a mess as well. In my opinion not having fully stocked shelves is the worst thing you can do as a business. Your customers go in for certain items and not having what they need will force them to go to competitors, and you will not only lose a sale you can potentially lose a customer. Target, you can do much better than this!

    Shit stain

    I bought a swimsuit here that has a tiny shit stain like it's mall but it's still there. I was trying to call for over 30 mins. They answered 2 times. 1st time I asked to speak to a manager, they transferred me, and it just rang for Deadass 10 whole minutes then hung up. So I called back like 12 more times and some lady answered who I hate lady if you're reading this literally go die. But I told her then she just fry hung up like I didn't just fight for my life for 30 minutes to tell them about this SHIT STAIN. Anyways I'm returning it that's disgusting

    Don't bother calling them. Tried for 10 min today, with every option and the call got disconnected after it rung for 20 times.

    No nylons/tights. Raided the maternity dept to find some. Quality of merchandise has gone wayyy down. Can't keep on blaming covid forever.

    I am requesting to speak with someone at the corporate level regarding an ongoing issue with a…read morecouch we purchased approximately one month ago. Since the purchase, we have experienced numerous problems and have had the couch exchanged five separate times. At this point, we are seeking appropriate compensation for the continued inconvenience. Each time we contact customer service, we are told there is no one higher up available to speak with. As someone who works in sales, I find that very difficult to believe--there is always a next level of escalation. Being offered a $200 credit on a $3,500 purchase, after everything we've dealt with, feels extremely inadequate and frankly quite insulting. In addition to the repeated issues with the product itself, we have had to miss work multiple times to accommodate delivery windows, all while working around your company's schedule. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing, and we have not been provided with any meaningful resolution or a way to connect with someone who has the authority to help. Please advise on how I can escalate this matter to corporate or to a manager with the authority to properly address and resolve this situation. I would appreciate a prompt response.

They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic. We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today's world when it comes to customer service. I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.

    UPDATE: After posting my earlier review (below), I was contacted by Star Furniture. Star's…read morerepresentatives informed me that the reason for how long it takes for the repair parts to arrive is that they need to come from overseas and are shipped via boat. I was also informed that while the parts showed as delivered, they could not be found and obtaining replacement parts again would take much more time. To resolve the issue, Star offered to replace the sofa and did so in late February. The customer service representative who contacted me was extremely professional and courteous, as were the delivery personnel who delivered the replacement. I am extremely pleased that Star Furniture was able to resolve the issue and offered to replace the damaged sofa. It is still unfortunate that it took my original review below rather than the phone calls to resolve the issue. However, given that I was always very happy with Star Furniture before this one issue and that Star was able to resolve it, I will consider purchasing from Star again in the future. I am updating my rating based on Star resolving this issue. ORIGINAL: In September 2024, I purchased a Dexter 2-seat leather love seat with console in middle for drink covers. Sliding console didn't quite work right from day 1 (noticed by delivery personnel), and then wouldn't open after about 3 weeks. Called in service order. Technician that came out broke cover and put large tear in the leather. Was told they'd order parts and come out and repair everything under warranty, with it taking 3 weeks to 90 days. It is now longer than that and still no parts. Every time I call, I'm told parts are either on order - today, I was told parts have yet to be ordered -- and it now takes at least 120 days to get repairs. I'm being told it will likely be another 30 days minimum. So, I have new item that was damaged, technician damaged it further, and can't get resolution. Guess its time to look at legal options for resolving these issues since Star Furniture not helpful at all. Never had problems with them in the past, but will not buy from Star in the future.
