I visit this location so often... too often even. Tj maxx in general has become my happy place. this location is always clean, organized and fully stocked. Don't get me wrong, it gets BUSY. But the staff is quick on their feet and the lines move. The only thing I dislike is - because of the nature of their business, sometimes I find amazing skincare/cosmetics (in particular) and can't replenish because they don't always have the same items. I've never purchased clothes from here although I can definitely tell their brand is becoming more fashion forward. I'll browse one day. Until then, catch me in the beauty and home sections. Oh, and getting organic snack that I don't need from the check out aisle. read more

Hi I wanted to share my experience at one of your stores on yesterday. On 04/10/2024 around 6:15pm I entered your store The Center at Pearland Parkway 2650 Pearland Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77581 I walked to the jewelry case as I was needed something for an upcoming event. The young lady person attending there (didn't catch her name, my fault) I asked to see a ring that was on display I asked her to see the ring and it fit and I was ready to purchase. I asked her how much since the tag was not it. She said she can not sell it because it did not have a tag and there was no other ring on display to price comparison. She said she can not sell it and proceeded to place it back on the ring holder. I asked her if she can not sell it then why place it back on display and she did not respond and proceeded to lock the display case and walk back to the register. I asked her if she could call the manager and ask and she proceeded to to state I would only be sent the same thing so I was negated the opportunity to even speak to a manager. I could have sought them out myself but decided it was not worth it and the might dollar speaks, so I have cancelled my cards. The mighty dollar speaks more volume than wasting my time with a company that is not wanting to even try to retain a customer. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years but no more. read more

This is a great location. The area is up-and-coming and everything is new. There are tons of other stores on the strip to shop at. The store is well kept, clean and has a functional layout as expected. Much larger men's section than most stores. I love that my favorite candles and scented sprays are at this location. read more

Hands down TJ Maxx is my favorite! I can spend hours going from department to department. First stop is always handbags and luggage then, beauty and last but not least, the home goods. The bags and beauty departments had a sub par selection but, I found exactly what I needed which was a cute backpack that will fit two computers for travel next day :) read more

Yay TJMaxx! I love coming here. My experience is always uplifting and fun, the employees are so nice and friendly, it makes shopping here a no-brainer. I bought a pair of boots and the first time I wore them a button snapped making the boots absolutely unwearable. I already thrown out the receipt and I know that's a big no-no but I paid so much money for them I couldn't not try to get an exchange or store credit. The manager tonight was an absolute jerk. I understand that she doesn't make the policy but she didn't have to be so rude. Before I even said anything she started the conversation with an attitude. Train your managers on customer service. read more

One of my favorite stores. This location is shiny and new, having opened earlier this year. I love TJ Maxx because it's never the same place twice. The women's section is great. It has a decent-sized handbag section, a nice square-shaped jewelry counter and a great cosmetics and beauty section. The shoe section always has a great selection. I love their active/athletic clothes section. They stock name brands and their prices are really affordable. Compared with other stores, their furniture section is very small, but their housewares and pets section are about on par with what you'd find in another TJ Maxx. The men's section is fairly sizable, as well as the kid's one too. Of course, since it's a new store, their clearance section was a little sad at first, but once the seasons, changed, it got filled up with lots of treasures! However, if you see something you like, you might as well buy it! It might not be there when you come back. You can't go wrong with anything at this store! Why pay full price for something when TJ Maxx has it for way cheaper?? read more

I came here and bought a mothers day gift. I was looking for two others but lot of shoppers at time. Counter was swamped with one employee and many women. I had mercy and bought one item that wasn't under lock and key since they had beautiful selection of costume jewelry. I enjoyed browsing their purses. From a mens perspective, this store is completely useless. There is hardly any mens clothing at all, just a tiny section without any sign. If you are a woman then you will probably love this store as its about 70% women's clothing, 15% home goods, 10% kids and maybe 5% mens / miscellaneous. read more

Worst TJMaxx I've ever shopped in. Today I spent 2 hours burrowing through mess trying to find Christmas gifts for my loved ones to have an employee steal my cart and put up everything I had already picked out. I talked to the store manager and pointed out how messy the store was and how her employees could be cleaning up the mess on the floors or the things scattered all over instead of picking up customers carts. She didn't seem to care and just nodded and went on to what she was doing before. Will not be coming back. read more

Baffles me how this store has high reviews. Most of the time things are unorganized. What they have in stock is rarely cute. Most annoying part is the attitude of the cashiers. I was being checked out at the counter by some Mexican girl with brown hair and she couldn't even give a basic proper greeting. All she said was "I can help the next customer" and what my total price was. Not even a "have a nice day". Just handed me my bag and receipt. Noticed she did this for other people that were ahead of me as well. It's clear this store hires anyone that can scan items and bag them. Customer service is not a priority. Complete disappointment. read more
