My friend and I wandered around for awhile because there is SO MUCH TO LOOK AT. Possibly due to Covid-19 and everyone wanting to redo their homes during this quarantine, many areas seemed bare... especially the outdoor area. I found some items I was looking for: a pillow, some baskets, an outdoor rug and a piece of wall art. Prices are great and most of my stuff was on clearance! My friend had purchased everything for me as a house warming gift and I needed to return the rug because it was too small. I waited in like 20 minutes, got up to the register and was told I needed the card used to make the return. I explained my friend from out of town bought it for me and it was too small. They would NOT take the return without the card used... They didn't even let me just have store credit. Very disappointing. So my friend won't be back for another 6 weeks and then we can go make the return. Ugh.

I did see a fairly large clearance section in the back right corner.

Floor and Ohhhhh yeah Decor!!…read more Tile shopping can be fun, but overwhelming and pricy! Floor and Decor took all of that anxiety away. After going to several bespoke tile stores, walking into Floor and Decor was like a breath of fresh air. The Experience: We were greater and escorted around the whole store by Lydia who took her time to explain the different tiles, measurements, calculations, etc. She was amazing. She even showed us our grout options. We definitely walked out with a complete picture and tile to match. Parking: This is a huge stand alone store location. It is just amazing. Since it is a stand alone, it has it own massive lot with wide parking spaces. That is appreciated since they have flatbeds rollers for shopping. Floor: The options of tile are wall to wall (ceramic, porcelain, stone, marble, etc.). My suggestion is to come in with your measurements because these tiles go fast! Decor: To get a better idea of how to arrange your tile, there are design examples of life size restrooms when you walk in to the right! To answer the question of if I will be back! There are so many options from stickers to beads, paint stuff, seeing stuff, wool, basically just about anything you can think of in arts. The staff is limited but very helpful. They are ever ready to answer your questions however basic they may be. You can get easily lost in their aisles creating projects in your head. I spent 2 hours and still could catch up only half the store ! Prices are reasonable. They have altered and in some cases completely removed their coupon options which could have been more attractive on the wallet , nevertheless, one or the other specials are always going on in store. She has a good variety of styles mid to high end but great prices, and lucky for me I found something for myself. While there I learned about her FabDash pickup. I happened to have a large amount of clothes to get rid of and I was able to consign majority of them with her. She picks it up from your door step. It's such a great program.

After I did, she apologized again, thanked me for my time, and assured me that the employee would be spoken to about the incident and retrained. Horrible store. Store itself is fine, employees are rude. I was wearing Lauren Conrad shoes from another Kohl's and went to look for a pair in another color. Didn't find was I was looking for, so I left. As I was leaving, an employee stopped me and accused me of stealing the shoes I was wearing. I explained that I had bought them at a different store and was looking for another color. She said "oh, yeah, sure." Clearly not believing me, and walked off. Cashier held her hands up like she didn't want to get in the middle. No apology. If you think I stole, call security. I wish I had thought to show her the bottoms of my shoes, which are dirty from wear. I will never shop in this Kohls again. I am a long time customer, and my mother, who bought me the shoes, has been a Kohl's card member for 20 years. Teach your employees how to act and how to handle possible shoplifters. At the least, I expected an apology.

Nearly $40 for JUST bottoms... no thank you. I got my daughter a full Nike swim suit at Ross for like $20. Kid's sweatpants: reg $22, on "sale" for $17. No thanks. The selection is vast, the store is huge but the quality seems low.. like the items will only last a few washings or something. My particular issue with this store happened today when I came in for a JanSport backpack. I saw it online on sale for $53.60 from $67. There was 1 left in stock. Since I was out and about, I stopped in and found it. Because they TOOK AWAY ALL THE CUSTOMER PRICE SCANNERS, I asked a worker to verify the sale price with her price scanner. It came up $67. I pulled up the online page to show her it was on sale and she says "Oh, that price is ONLY if you order online for pick up." So I go to the online pick up desk and ask the lady if they would price match it and allow me to buy it right then, NOPE. Store policy: they WON'T price match in-store their own online price. Then I asked if I purchased it for online pickup right then and it's already AT the pick-up desk, if I could then pick it up... (hey, less work for a worker since I already FOUND the product.) NOPE. It would have to go through some mystical process that could take awhile. Frustrated, I quickly looked at Target (same plaza) online and saw they had the same backpack available for $53 and I could get it right then and there so I told her I would go there instead. IS IT JUST ME OR IS LOWER ONLINE PRICING SEEM BACKWARDS?!? Like, buying stuff online results in workers having to go find items for you. Then, you're only buying those items VERSUS going into a store for the item and then seeing other items you want and buying MORE and spending MORE as a result. So sad I "gave up" $10 in Kohl's cash by buying my item at Target... wouldn't want to spend even more money in this place anyways. So this situation solidified my hatred of Kohl's even more. I have since changed my view on this Ross…read more Lately, I haven't noticed the store being as gross as previously reviewed. (Though, I haven't tried on anything lately to note the condition of the fitting rooms. Bathroom is still pretty sketchy.) For the most part, the store has been more organized and tidier as well. We have been finding WAY TOO MANY GOOD DEALS. This is to the detriment of our bank account. Some recent deals: $60 Nikes (which retail for $180), carry-on luggage for $35, $40 A&M Adidas backpack ($88 retail tag), etc etc. I do occasionally feel that some of their prices are high on certain items. Like, $20 for under armor sweatpants is still high to me personally. Some other Nike shoes can be as high as $82. Nope. The service here is still lacking. At my most recent visit, I went to self check-out with 10 items and the large sign on the ceiling says the limit is 10. As I began ringing out my items, the unfriendly, gruff woman working the self checkout yells "THE LIMIT IS 10." To which we replied that we had 10. When she was checking our receipt, my daughter and I try some light conversation with her, to which her harshness continued. We both left the store talking about how we couldn't believe how rude and angry she was. I have to note that on other occasions, the staff weren't *AS* unfriendly as this lady was. Overall, I'm glad we have this place close to us.
