I met Brooke's boutique on the whim while I was in the area for another appointment. I stopped in and Brooke was there and was extremely helpful and friendly. She has a good variety of styles mid to high end but great prices, and lucky for me I found something for myself. While there I learned about her FabDash pickup. I happened to have a large amount of clothes to get rid of and I was able to consign majority of them with her. She picks it up from your door step. It's such a great program. read more

I have frequently shopped and consigned at this boutique for over ten plus years now and the family friendly atmosphere and wonderful customer service that's received has never changed. If anyone knows me I love to shop. And more than that, I love to shop for bargains and deals. There is a time of the year in Texas called Tax Free Weekend. It brings everyone to the malls and it's packed. Don't get me wrong I love seeing the chaos, but as far as shopping I guess I'm getting old but some deals are just not worth the trouble. So I opted to check out a consignment store to try to even add to my possible savings. Well lucky for me, Brooke's Boutique was having a crazy sale. They had a few racks of clothes for only $3!!! I couldn't believe it, my gf and I ended up getting a few dresses and to add to it no TAX! This store has a mixture of high end consignment items along with lower priced items, marked down. So it's not one of those stores you come in and look at all the crazy high priced items even though marked down still outside of your budget, it is stuff that is actually affordable. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service by the staff. They talk to you in a very disrespectful manner. Clothes and shoes selection is O-K, but not worth it to be spoken to in such a poor manner. It's easier to find what you're looking for elsewhere, and at much more competitive pricing. I've found that most of their items are overpriced and have a lot of wear. If you're really looking for gently owned designer items, this is not the place to shop. read more

Should have a better consignment system notifying consignors when their consignments are due and not just donate stuff without their permission. Came to pick up my expired items and was told they were donated. They're not much but when I asked why I wasn't notified, the girl said "We don't do that here. We have over 3,000 accounts. It's a lot of work for us." Well if you're on the consignment business, you need to have a better system. Without the consignors and customers, your business will not exist. Better customer service to your consignors will go a long way. read more

I have been co-signing with Brooke's Boutique for 5 years! As to the the comment one reviewer said that " it's a hit and miss".. that's how all retail consignment stores are! I have been consigning clothes for I've 30 years and Brooke's Boutique is by far the most cleanest , well organized resale boutique I've been to.. yes there are young ladies working in the store but if they don't take your items it's because they know what sells! I kept hearing rave reviews about this place so I decided to check it out one weekend. I was not really impressed with the selection. There were a few good finds here and there, but not really much to choose from for my taste. A lot of the clothes looked worn out. I realize thats its a consignment shop, but usually they only take things that are gently used. With that being said, I did actually find a designer dress for a great price! So, like I said, there are a few good finds here and there, but you really must look and keep looking. As is the case with most 2nd hand stores I suppose. I do highly recommend consigning with the boutique. They have a pretty good system. Split is 50/50 and you are given an online account to check on your sales at any time. Pretty cool to be able to see what has been sold and how much money you have waiting for you. read more

The store itself is really simple. It has cute detailing decor. Some of the clothing do look worn out and not worth purchasing at all. There are some very simple brands that are over priced and then there are some high end brands that are very well priced. I found a cute loose cowl neck zip up shirt by Anthropology for $4.99. Brooke's is a great place to consign your clothes and then turn around and spend the money you make on the awesome deals! I will say, some things in there are kind of pricey, but I've been able to find some great clothing and bags in there. Some of the stuff still has tags on it and everything is clean and in good condition. I have consigned at Brooke's 3 times (shoes, clothing, handbags) and have made a nice amount of money (which I turn around and spend)! They also have high-end designer clothes and bags that you'll find for an unbeatable price. The owner is super nice and attentive to her customers. read more

Came back to pick up my items that were not sold. All of my items were not given back to me, so I called to see if they made a mistake. The person who called me back said she overlooked 2 other bags in the back and asked me to come back to get them. Today I get there and 1 of my purses was in a bag with 3 other shirts that were not mine! Where are my other items?? I asked for an itemized receipt and list of items sold, but was told "It won't print." Hmmm. The woman at the counter said she would research my account, but would have to call me on Monday because she is off tomorrow. Very poorly organized. read more

i have not seen so much selection on high end designer handbags in a boutique in comparison to others. it was laid back and comfortable to shop at my convenience, no pressure. i am definitely going to make this a frequent stop whenever i'm in the pearland area! read more
