I saw the cutest vintage-looking, navy blue dress and I knew I had to have it! I didn't try it on, even though the sales lady trusted me to try it on in the public restroom. I did not, however, I went to the store the following weekend to try my luck on its availability. Surprisingly, they still had ONE MORE in MY size! Then, this weekend, I came back because I eyed the plaid shirt jacket from the FB video. OMG, I had to have that one too! It turned out that all the "new" items were at the vendor booth at Pearland Town Center Winter Market so the cashier offered to call the lady at the booth and asked to hold the jacket for me. When I got there, like an hour later, they still had it waiting for me. Great customer service!! The store has the cutest stuff and the best part is that they keep their website up to date so you can always check on availability. I'm definitely going to be a regular here.

She also came by the fitting rooms to ask if anyone needed a different size or assistance. I ended up finding a royal blue dress and a cute top and got both for less than $80! I will definitely be going back!

They verbally said they would refund at least that and have yet to do so. I would never shop here again.

When I did not hear back I called and was told the color had to be ordered. I called another two weeks later and was told it was in. I took the 20 + mile trip there. The sales girl couldn't find it so she called the owner. The owner says she has it and is on her way. I purchased two other items and then the owner called back to ask if she could just mail it. I said okay and left. Once again, at least two weeks go by and no word. I see by the FB they are moving the store. I call several times and no answer. I finally get a voice mail so I ask for a call back. No response. I call the following week. No answer. No voice mail just ringing. I finally post on their page and send a message on FB. They remove my post and I get a curt response on messenger. The tone in the response was pretty much rude and I'm told she will get back with me. Who runs a business not answering the phone? The next day I'm sent a tracking number. That's it. No explanation nothing. I then ask when the package was mailed. I never got a response. I later check the number and it shows it was mailed the day she sent the number. When I get my cup, guess what? Wrong color!! I FB message Wendy since I know better than to call. I send her the picture again of the color I wanted/requested. I'm then sent a slew of color wheels and told that's what they went by. Funny I was never told that or showed any color wheel when I gave them my $35 dollars. Then I'm told that's the color of the yeti cooler. I told her I never asked for a cooler color. I asked for a cup color. The seafoam color is all over Etsy. Very easy to research instead she just wanted to make a fast buck. Now I'm told there are no refunds on custom items. AGAIN more I was not told before purchase. This owner or manager seems very unorganized and childish in her correspondence. Very poor customer service. I will be following up for a resolution. I wish I could have put ZERO stars.

This bright blue building is easy to spot, but you may not realize what it is if you're not looking for it. The parking lot fills up quickly and they are limited on spots, but they seemed to be pretty steady with the come and go flow that made finding a spot manageable. Upon entering the building via ramp that leads up from two sides, you see that there are many rooms with different items in each. As this is clearly an old house, you go to different rooms to find different items. We didn't peruse through everything since we had my toddler in tow, but walking through to the very back room we took a quick look throughout and it seemed to all be organized and well kept. There were people actively sorting through new donations and plenty of people available if you needed help or had questions. I believe the people working are all volunteers, and you could tell they were happy to be helping. While we didn't really look everywhere, the prices that we saw were very good and I would gladly pay the low prices for the good quality items. We only left with one item, and I'm pretty sure they only take cash, but we were in an out in no time. They even had a box of items that they let my son pick from. He chose a little kids meal book and he enjoyed looking at it in the car once we left. Just a heads up, the hours are extremely limited. I believe they're only open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10AM-3PM, but if you can make it in those times, it's worth checking out.

A wide selection of items to choose from such as clothes, shoes, bags, glassware, books, decor, etc. They do not sell big appliances or furniture pieces. The drop off is very easy. As it was my first time I had to ask staff what to do with my donations and they instructed me. They have a garage style door and during their business hours you just take your donations and leave them with the other donations outside. The ladies inside were very nice. The store was nicely laid out and organized. You can tell they take consideration as to what is put out. It is not damaged junk as we're seeing more and more at other donation stores. I will be back when I have more time to look around. I did leave with a purchase and am excited to rummage through next time.
