Just another boutique that doesn't operate like an actual business and seems to just be some hobby project. They close whenever they want-- very unprofessional! I placed an online order and arrived at the store around 5:40 (they supposedly close at 6) and they already closed up shop. If you are going to go as far as setting up a real website with functional online ordering and collect customer payment, at least abide by your posted hours! Very frustrating when you think you can swing by a store to pick up your order (a gift for someone) on the way to a birthday party then have to scramble to go buy an alternative gift at another store. Run by a mom and daughter team, Tres Chic is a hidden treasure chest bursting with gems of fashion, fun, friends, budget buys and personal service. Offering a jaw-dropping mix of New York-chic, Cali-hip and all the accessories to match, you can get a closet full of the season's hottest boutique styles without breaking the bank or a sweat. My credit card candy? Just to start, fun little dresses, funky costume bling, trendy handbags, fabulous flats, sexy stilettos and cosmo coats... Plus, the inventory is always changing! Did I mention the 75% off room in the back? If you have not been to Tres Chic before, be sure to consult your favorite internet map service and keep a keen eye out. Super cute store, very friendly service, great selection, and great sales! I've never left here without buying something. In these days of screaming so loud in a department store just for someone to take your money, it's super refreshing for someone to actually bring you a different size, or show you something they think you might like, without a ton of pressure. Tres Chic had a Groupon available, so I checked out their website to get an idea of what they had. They had great stuff on their site so I was pretty convinced. My next step was to come to Yelp. Although there were only 4 reviews, they were all good, so I went for it. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I was running errands yesterday with my boyfriend and we were in the area, so I decided to run in. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS he was waiting in the car. I would have spent all afternoon and probably every cent of my paycheck :) they have a HUGE selection of trendy, cute items. Their dress selection was AMAZING. They have tons of accessories, purses and scarves. They even a whole 50% off room. It seemed like pretty much anyone could find something here. The salesgirl was EXTREMELY helpful and helped me not only confirm some things I tried on that I wasn't sure of, she also helped me nix a couple. I liked this because I knew she wasn't just trying to push things off on me to get a sale. I texted two of my girlfriends while I was in there just to tell them about it - I was that excited. I love this place! They have fun and trendy jewelry, pashminas, clothing, and purses. And the prices are great! I am always impressed by the reasonable prices. As the previous reviewer noted, this store is run by a mother and daughter team. And they are just as sweet as can be. After coming in to the store one time, they seem to remember me on return visits. My mom introduced me to this place about a year ago. Since then, I have been back several times. Tres Chic was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad that I got the rec! This place is a gem -- attentive service, quality merchandise, great variety and very reasonable prices. You won't see these items in other stores. It's a little out of the way -- in an industrial park. Look for the Tres Chic sign above a non-descript door and that's it. Plenty of parking right in front of the door. Elizabeth, one of the owners, introduced herself and was helpful in a non-pushy way. She checked on me periodically and brought other sizes but never pressured me into buying something. Lots of variety in the sale merchandise too. I will be back! read more

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this little boutique - it's a hidden gem! I used to shop there quite often when I worked in that area, & I definitely have plans to go back to that area soon! They have the most fashionable & trendy purses, clothes, jewelry, shoes, eyeglasses, and a lot of other neat items. This is a super cute boutique store hidden away in the front room of what looks to be some kind of warehouse. If I hadn't known it was there, I'd have driven right past it. Once I was inside, I loved it! They've got the most incredible selection of accessories I've ever seen in Houston! I could've spent hours looking through everything. And it all looked to be quite high quality jewelry, nothing plasticy or tacky like you'd find on Harwin. However, be warned that you do have to pay for this quality. The prices on all of their costume jewelry were so good that I couldn't help but buy 10 pieces!
