Then, this weekend, I came back because I eyed the plaid shirt jacket from the FB video. OMG, I had to have that one too! It turned out that all the "new" items were at the vendor booth at Pearland Town Center Winter Market so the cashier offered to call the lady at the booth and asked to hold the jacket for me. When I got there, like an hour later, they still had it waiting for me. Great customer service!! This was my first time at this Nordstrom Rack location. I had found what I was looking for on the…read morewebsite the previous evening and went into the store to get it. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.
