It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

My go to is always the front line steals and deals, I bought a clean makeup holder for 5.00. They had the cutest slippers for girls but too big for my babies. There is a lot of construction going on to make that location better, so the restroom and dressing room were closed. They did have a portable bathroom outside the store but it was gross because you can't flush so the look and smell was unbearable. And no fitting rooms do you had to purchase and return if you can't fit it. I did purchase a gallon of milk that I will return today because it will expire tomorrow. I chose self check because there was not a lot of registers open.

I really hate how these ppl make me and my gf feel. Maybe it's because we are both (kinda sorta…read morelol) young, maybe we are just weirdos to them. But they always follow us everywhere and do it in this way where it's like they want us to know except they won't say anything to us to not get a lawsuit I suppose. My gf went to the bathroom and at least five different employees came in right after her. And when she walked out of the RR, there was an employee with a Walkie talkie staring rudely at her. I would like to point out we weren't dressed like slobs, thugged out, trashy, or out of the ordinary in any sorta way. Our clothes were not baggy and we didn't have any bags (except for my gf's purse, pretty normal if you ask me). We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. An employee followed her down an aisle non-stop, staying several feet away but acted nonchalant when she noticed. I have been a great customer for so many years, sometimes paying more for some products because I enjoyed the shopping experience there compared to Walmart or something. But I don't want to give money to a store that basically proves to me that they don't want my business.

I've had my luggage set for over 5 years and I use it regularly. So even though Marshalls sells things at a discount, that doesn't mean it's not good quality. I've gotten things like notebooks, coffee syrups, home decor, and other gifts from here throughout the years and I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased. I don't really venture to the clothing items often because I don't feel like rummaging through the clothing racks. I have on occasion searched for clothes for my toddler though. They aren't disorganized, I just don't like clothes shopping. I suppose you could find help if you need it, but there aren't typically employees chomping at the bit to assist people. To be fair, I've never really needed help with anything because I'm usually just there to look around and see what I can find... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I like getting snacks and coffee syrups from here because they sometimes have unique flavors and options I've never seen before.
