There's really not much to say about Target. I love them all. If one doesn't have what I want, another one does. I've been known to go to multiple different locations in a day and I will drive from Pasadena as far as League City or sometimes Baytown to find what I'm looking for. I'm a Target girly and I have no shame in that. I mostly do drive up orders and I love that I can also get my Starbucks at the same time... because I'm also a Starbucks girly with no shame in that either lol. The inside of every Target is pretty similar and they mostly carry the same items, but some seem to be better stocked than others. The people are always friendly and while some people say Target is overpriced, their prices are comparable to H-E-B, so I think it's just fine. No complaints here. Carry on! :) read more

This is my favorite weekly spot. I stayed there about 2 hours, I found pampers for the baby on clearance which was a steal. My go to is always the front line steals and deals, I bought a clean makeup holder for 5.00. They had the cutest slippers for girls but too big for my babies. There is a lot of construction going on to make that location better, so the restroom and dressing room were closed. They did have a portable bathroom outside the store but it was gross because you can't flush so the look and smell was unbearable. And no fitting rooms do you had to purchase and return if you can't fit it. I did purchase a gallon of milk that I will return today because it will expire tomorrow. I chose self check because there was not a lot of registers open. read more

I have no issues shopping at this Target Store. I often see it on my way to HOU Hobby Airport and I kept forgetting to come in. I just never had a chance to come over. Gps kept redirect me to a different route from airport on my way home. Yesterday was my first time here in the store shopping. Coming from the airport is very tricky because there is no turning lane. It seems impossible anyway. The entrance built so close to the intersection. I didn't need to have interaction with any humans. Just self serve check out and pick what I want from the shelf. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Target but we had the best customer service that I walked out saying I'm reviewing them! We were at the self checkout and the cashier helped me use my app to save 10% off bedding. I had no idea you had to use the app. She had such a great sense of humor. She also quickly scanned my gift card for me. I've never had such great customer service at a large department store. I sure hope they treat her well! read more

The Manager in 2024 at this target is very rude and one of her employees/staff. At the self checkout you can only purchase ten items,so me and my mom were doing separate transactions. Meanwhile,we had our items in the same cart, b/c we always use the same cart together. I have my own credit card for things I want to purchase and my mother has her on credit card. Two of the employees were whispering that we were making a purchase on more than ten items. And one of the employees came and said by she was going to move us to the next register but we didn't move so we asked for a manager. Masks are whatever. Pandemic or not, this store sucks. Majority of the employees ignore you as you walk by, they never have an actual register open. NEVER. It's always self checkout. And even when the line starts to get long they never open up a register. This store also never has anything in comparison to the other targets near me. And I'm talking target stuff, not cleaning products which are hard to come by anywhere. Management needs to go through training again to set a better example. This a newly constructed Target store, sort of like the old Targets before "supermarkets" knocked them out. Upon entering the store you'll find a fair selection of clothing upfront. Keep right and pass stationary, cosmetics, and fashion accessories to get towards the grocery aisles. I was impressed to find small amounts of fresh staples (apples, bananas) as well as fridged and some frozen goods. Other departments were ample with selection, but not as much as you'll find in a SuperTarget. Checkout lines were only max of 10-15 registers and probably only a few opened during downtimes. The carts were also a newer/sleeker design. I like this Target - it won't cover all my groceries, but it was nice to shop in a smaller (less distractive) environment. read more

They purposely didn't put the signage out for their B1/G1 free bathing suit sale. We asked 2 separate employees why they didn't display the signage and they both had different answers: 1) Because we are short staffed and didn't have the manpower (which is a lie because there were several employees standing around texting on their phones) 2) Because management didn't want customers to be touching all the signs because of the virus. Both of these are complete lies that are meant to cover up the fact that they are cheating and scamming people out of money. B1/G1 free entitles the buyer to 2 bathing suits for the price of one. If the customer is not aware of the promotion, they are buying one suit meaning the next suit (which should have been free) will be sold at full-price to the next unsuspecting victim. Came to this target in search of holiday clearance. I just came from the Target on broadway and 288 and the manager adjusted all holiday items to 90%. Right? , like who wants to juggle around Christmas crap?! Well I was a happy camper. So I thought to ask a manager here at this location. It was a Hispanic young girl with wavy hair. She proceeded to tell me they shouldn't have honored the 90% and that this store never went to 90%. LOL she must be new to management, well not even, it's more like common sense! If a store has a seasonal item and it's not IN SEASON anymore, that item gets marked down whether you have your little signs up on display or not. After that it basically gets thrown around until it's not able to sell and then it either gets donated or thrown away. I have NEVER been a manager at Target and I know this. I'm pretty sure the store would rather make some money on it than have to throw it away. Well this "manager" tells me in a not so friendly way, that they never went beyond 70% and that they send the items back to who they bought it from and get money back. She must have thought I was an idiot. Lol. Why would that company want old inventory back and why the hell would they pay you?!? Come on!! I should have asked for another manager. When people say that Target is the upper class or fancy version of Walmart, they clearly haven't been to this ghetto store. I could have sworn like many others would walking in, that it was a Target and not a Walmart. The clothing section looks like Fallujah, a complete warzone with no scope or vision in site. The electronics is a mess and most items are secured behind locked glass. Makes you wonder how bad theft must be. The real charm is in the beauty section, apparently they are looking for the next child Picasso. The side panels and walls in some areas make you think you're in an art gallery for said kid Picasso. I say this because these walls and panels are riddled with pathetic caveman style splash paintings from makeup. See the problem there? You could end up buying a product only to find half of it was on the shelf or wall you picked it up from. It's funny to me that none of the employees clean that stuff up or had asset protection bother to, oh I don't know, maybe prevent it? It's super clear that the employees working at this store could care less. A nuclear bomb could go off and the lifelessness in the employees wouldn't shift. I doubt they'd even blink. Matter of fact there's absolutely zero customer service the be experienced here. I don't even know why they bother calling it a Target. They should just convert it to a Walmart and the lack of customer service and cleanliness would make perfect sense. Honestly it's painful just as it is humorous to come here and watch the chaos and incredible unprofessionalism unfold. Literally I'm sure there are marketplaces in war torn countries that have more to offer than this pit that pretends to be a Target. Myself, my mother and 76 year old grandmother visited this store. When we were ready to checkout we selected a seemingly friendly cashier. I noticed she had a Starbucks drink at her station. Located where bags are picked up by customers once the cashier fills and pulls them from a rack. First off, I didn't know that cashiers could casually sip coffee drinks while checking out customers but that's an entirely different point. While the cashier was checking my items my 76 year old grandmother, who has advanced dementia and Alzheimer's, took a drink of this employees' beverage. She immediately notified me. I apologized and my mother tossed the drink in the trash and offered to buy her another. She declined. This should be the end of this incident but I wouldn't be writing if it was. This employee proceeds to get the attention of the cashiers at the station in front and behind her. She talks very loudly and informs both of them what happened and apparently it was hilarious to them. They went on and on amongst themselves like we were not even there. Not once addressing me or my mother but saying things like "why would she think it was her drink" to themselves. Moreover, they were so loud that other customers could clearly hear what they were saying and in that moment we felt like every customer was looking at us. As, we left the store we heard the employee at the snack bar inquire about what they were laughing at. Of course, the employee was eager to divulge. We left that store feeling relegated and humiliated. There was no reason for her to bring the entire front end in on what had just occurred. Let alone, make my severely demented grandmother the focal point of their laughter. It was a slap in the face and blatant disregard. I wish I could say that I will never shop at another Target again but that's unrealistic. However, I can tell you I will exhaust every resource before spending money there in the future. In this day and age I no longer expect stellar customer service but at a minimum I do expect employees that are sensitive and aware. read more

I understand that stores are starting to open up self-service checkout lanes, but to have NO regular registers open ON A SATURDAY and a line of about 5-6 customers waiting to check out with full carts while a group of employees is just standing around TALKING AT THE CHECKOUT AREA...?! I had a very bad experience here on 5-22-18. I was in the fitting rooms trying on clothes when I look up and see a phone above my stall. So I quickly open my stall and open the next stall and there's this young black male hiding in there and I confronted him and cussed him out and said if he was taking pictures of me or what was he doing. Of course he kept denying it. I located a team member and told them what happened. Me thinking that they were going to handle it, I assumed they were gonna call the cops right then and there but NO! They just made him leave the store. So when I got home I had to call the cops and file a police report and call targets corporate and complain about that specific location. Below average Target location. The Starbucks told the extremely disappointed teenage girl behind me that they were out of the new Caramel Flan drink. They also put the wrong milk in my drink, but I had a flight to catch at Hobby and did not have the patience to wait for them to put it together again. The store was laid out okay, and things were pretty neat and unlike some locations, most everything seemed to be actually in-stock. At the register, I asked the cashier to price-match Amazon on a DVD that they had for $3 cheaper. He sent me over to customer service to do that where they did it in just a couple minutes. I highly recommend this to save a few bucks, not to mention also using their new Cartwheel app, mobile coupons, target.com coupons, plus generic manufacturer coupons. I rarely have problems at this Target. I know it's not a Super Target but nice. The only issue I have is the kids department. It got a lot smaller and so they have less clothes to pick from. I like the kids clothes from Target. I have to basically order everything online because they never have the size I need. The men's department looks better but the selection kind of stinks. And when I go to buy underwear they never have the style I like in my size. I like how quickly they bring in the seasonal stuff. I like to shop early for each season. read more

Online said an item was not at the Baybrook store in Webster, TX, 5 minutes fr9om my house, so I ordered from the South Houston store. Well, guess what? The item was not available there even though online said it was. Why wasn't the date base updated? Huh??? It cost me 20 minutes of my time and my gas at $5 a gallon to drive over there to not get my item. Then I saw the BIGGEST JUMBLED MESS OF A BABY DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED! i finally found a replacement item and when I went back to the service desk as asked the girl if the missing item was cancelled, she said YES. Guess what? ANOTHER LIE which I found out when I called customer service to verify.
