However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

I purchased a cologne from one location and needed to return it to a different location. I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

Walking up to the checkout, the woman was really nice but instantly had a mood change when I said I had a return. One of the items I received in the mail is not what I ordered (I ordered jeans and got a cardigan sweater) but it's still sealed so I requested a return. She just stared at me lol...and the woman next to her mumbled I have to mail it in. I couldn't 100% hear and the woman assisting me still didn't speak so the woman next to her explained that since the items have to match, I can't return in store. I said that's fine, my other item is exactly what I ordered, but didn't fit so I am returning it. I handed over the bag that it came in (delivered last night) and the receipt. The woman then decided to speak and said "we need a receipt"...even though I have handed it to her. I said this is the receipt and she responded "yea that's what we need" and glared. Ok. lol. She glanced at the dress, glanced at me, glanced at the receipt and said the numbers don't match. The numbers do match. I said yes they do match and she said they don't without looking to check her error and at this point I don't feel like dealing with her vibe so I grabbed my items and repeatedly said thanksssss while she tried to tell me they do not match and as I left the store they laugh as if something was funny. If she was confused say that but as soon as I had said a return she didn't want to help. I don't appreciate causing a scene and being rude for nothing and I'll likely drive 15 miles out of my way than to deal with childlike behavior.

So he asked again and finally was helped by a very kind young Hispanic male gentleman who also checked us out. Separately while he was looking at watches, I had literally just tried on a dress, and asked a different sales associate, at the opposite main counter in front of the ladies dressing room if they had different sizes in Siena black with ruffles. She said she had never heard of that brand or a name that sounded similar. I told her I literally just tried it on, and she looked at me like I had two heads and said well if you can find it and stalked off. I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. And now in our professional jobs or in the past would never treat someone like this. In a matter of 15-20 minutes I was so put off by humanity. It's awful that this is the only local off saks store. Oh and by the clothes. Everything looks like it was amazing quality , I wish I could have purchased something except I wouldn't have enough room in my suitcase to bring it back home! We originally came here to check out the t-shirts. I love how one article of clothing comes in multiple colors. Oh, and did I mention I love how everything is organized!? The men's, women's, kid's, babies... Everything was just easy to find and select from. Shout out to the staff as they definitely do a great job maintaining. Would I return? Absolutely ! Since my son is a minor, I couldn't be with my child. He didn't explain why I can't be with my child while he is trying on his clothes. This made it very inconvenient, and only stores does not allowed a parent to be with their child while trying on their clothes. If the store police only limit one person inside the fitting room. Please put a visible SIGN that you only ALLOWED one person inside the fitting room so we won't waste our time. Customer service is really important if you want to have successful business. Brendan V. behavior left me dissatisfied overall and does not want to come back to Uniqlo First Colony branch. I am giving 1 star for reflecting his rudeness to customer. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, and it's typical Old Navy with typical store prices, and when there's a sale on you can find some good deals.
