When I was shopping at Home Goods at Sugarland Town Center, I saw a group of logos showing TJ Maxx and Marshals on the sign. I have been wanting to go back to TJ Maxx for a matching dumbbell. But they are located away from me. After looking at the map, I saw there's a Marshals in the same mall. Woohoo. I finally found the matching dumbbell here. Same brand. Same weight. Same price. I was so happy. I also found the shoe rack that I have been looking for. Not sure if the merchandise was shared with Home Goods. That means I have to come back to get it. read more

The store is organized but some rows are way too clustered. The cashiers are slow but have been nice. However, it's hard to shop in peace when you are followed around the store. I have anxiety and it's heightened by loud music and store level lights. So I usually wear AirPods and listen to frequency sounds to attempt to complete a shopping trip. This is already stressful being " different" but then you're followed for nothing. I carry a small purse and am super indecisive so I will pick things up 2-3x times before making a decision. However, there's always a low budget loss prevention, not so undercover lurking around the corner. STOP it! I've seen actual shoplifters get away because they are so busy watching minorities in this location. It's ridiculous! read more

Named after Marshalls Mathers, this is basically an Eminem fan store. When you shop here, you gotta lose yourself in the menswear the shoe aisle the bedding you're gonna never wanna go. You only get one chance to shop here in this sale you know. This opportunity comes once every January, YO. Pretty useful and sometimes a rather quiet Marshalls store located down in Sugar Land. It's a little bit out of the way from the main mall but definitely one store which contains a few special deals here and there. These deals are typical of a Marshalls but better than some, which we found on the several occasions that we've been here, including the most recent time when Barbie was wearing her perfect gold heels. read more

Let me start by saying I love shopping at Marshalls! They have different goodies at different locations. It's like a true treasure hunt, but this Marshalls seems to never really have anything "in fashion". I've been here several times and I take my time and look through the clothes piece by piece, but there is never anything that interest me. I've also tried shopping for kids clothes there and don't ever find deals. Store is okay but I would love to see more "in fashion" up to date fashions there. read more

the bathrooms don't work, they told me they send people to nordstroms to use it, I have a baby and I needed the changing pad, terrible service, and some of the products don't have tags and they don't even make the effort to look the price for the product u want. I'll never come back! read more

This weekend, I purchased a set of inexpensive bluetooth earbuds at Marshalls. . Once home, I determined that the earbuds did not function properly. The next day, armed with the receipt and the defective earbuds, I went to a Marshalls closer to my home for an exchange. The clerk told me that I would need to return the earbuds to the Marshalls where I had purchased the item. Upon calling the original store, I was informed that, as long as I had the receipt, I could take the defective item to ANY Marshalls store. This is evidence of incomplete associate training or, even worse, an associate who simply didn't want to be bothered with a return or exchange. And you wonder why people are fleeing brick and mortar stores for online purchases? Look no further than this example. read more

So in case you missed the name, it's a marshals. Now as far as size, it's a very large marshalls! They had a much better selection than the one in cypress. But due to being destroyed by people on Black Friday, the store was tore up, from the floor up. Now that being said, they still had a ton of product available for you to peruse. I naturally gravitate to the the guys section. Found a pair of pants. Nothing exciting. Now for you animal lovers, they had a very large pet section. Tons of beds, treats, etc. got the pups a new bed for Christmas :) The check out lanes were crazy (Tis the season). But manageable and moved quickly. So be prepared, it's a marshalls. This is your average outlet-type store, but there are some steals if you have time to go through the aisles! I found a gorgeous dress that fits me like a glove for only $16.99! These steals aren't out in the "main" racks - those things are highly priced (IMO) and not worth it, but it's the clothes in the long racks that can be a hit. The dressing rooms are also a pleasant surprise - the lighting is A+, and they have a racks to help you categorize what you wanna purchase versus what you don't care so much for. Also, there are some fairly priced home decor and cosmetic items as well. I'm definitely going to be stopping by every time I'm in the area with time to spend! read more

This Marshall's is pretty lame if you ask me. Especially when compared to the Marshalls at 59and Wilcrest. Its dumpy and over crowded always and I never find what I am looking for. It seems big, but the selection is poor. read more

I want to say first and foremost, I'm not a shopper. I don't like shopping, I never have. Probably never will. I will say, I love a good Marshalls. And this is a good Marshalls. It's in a good spot in a busy, busy area. There's plenty of things to do in this area, and that's usually how I get trapped into coming here. My biggest beef with most stores of this nature, is the grunge. This store isn't dirty. It's pretty darn clean compared to the one up HWY 59. This particular one is huge, and has a much larger selection of furniture, decorations, kitchen stuff, bedding and bath stuff than most others. Oh, and racks upon racks of clothing. Be prepared to spend your hard earned money, because they've got everything you need and everything you don't need. read more

The location is really a plus for this Marshall's, I was in the plaza to buy some shoes in DSW or Nordstrom, but when I found out this store I decided I'll pay a visit. The store can be a little bit poor organized sometimes, like you'll find several pairs of size 6 in size 9's, the beauty products have open or even broken boxes... Usually you can find some great deals, but if the place gets too messy, I'll simply give up. The checkout line area seems to have some interesting stuff... I found some colorful AUX cable for my car and some cute gift there. BTW I think this is a good place for Mother's Day gift... My only advice is visit this store before you go to the mall... There's a reason why this particular store's rating is so much lower compared to others. Rudest cashiers. Asked a simple question and got the worst attitude in return. Store is a mess and their selection compared to other Marshall's in the area isn't good. Please train your cashiers on how to respond to customers, no need to catch an attitude when responding to a simple inquiry. read more

This is one of those stores that stock a surplus of many seasons past rejects, overstocks and what looks to be irregular items. In other words, I was not impressed with this store. Marshall's reminds me of a Ross store. Very picked over clothing that's more than a few seasons behind and lower quality, too. Many items I saw were not only gaudy and tacky but also dirty. There were black, sooty smears on the fronts of some tops, hems coming loose, and several dresses had makeup smudged around the necklines and deodorant markings on the armholes. No, thank you. The store is very cluttered and not just in the clothing sections but throughout. The toiletry section was junky with lots of seemingly old items that looked well past any expiration date.The household items didn't fare any better. I didn't see anything of quality in any area of the store. Some people may be able to pick through this store and find what they consider a good deal. I can't. I'm put off by the lower quality and tackiness of the merchandise. I'd much rather put my money elsewhere towards current, classic and quality items. I will NEVER shop here again, I called ahead and asked if I can return something I had JUST bought because it has a hole I didn't notice. I get to the store and they tell me they can't take it after I had just confirmed with someone else that I could. I wasted my time and my money, the manager was SLOW, extremely unpleasant and rude. You could tell she hated her job, clothes were everywhere and everything was disorganized. I just refuse to come back, too many horrible experiences and the quality of the clothes were beneath my expectations. There are other great stores by it so I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere. Just like the other review said, it's dumpy and over crowded. This store is a complete mess, has been for years may I say. Every department is extremely unorganized, things are thrown all around. Cashiers take their sweet time checking people out causing a very long line across the front of the store. Also witnessed one giving attitude to a customer for something the cashier herself did wrong(prefer to not go into detail.) Will drive an extra 15 minutes to visit the Aliana location instead. read more

You will have to dig through to find what you want, but if you are willing to spend the time, then you will find some great deals. I found lots of hand soap from The Body Shop so I was able to stock up on my most recent trip. I do wish they didn't always categorize things in the beauty section by color for to me it would be easier to find what you want if they did it by category/type. read more
