Do not buy at this store!!! Their customer service is horrible and they lie to their customers.

Heather is so wonderful and give such a bright light.. I really enjoy coming to the store. It's always very clean and organized.. if you need to get a gift for literally anybody, there's always something here. I have so many gift bags and planters and things you wouldn't even expect birthday cards. I mean it's a one stop shop and I love coming here, especially to this location in general. read more

I visit this location of Home Goods twice or three times a month and my observations are always the same. Staff is rude, returning items is a pain in the a**, lines are longer than they should be, and asking if there is another one of the same item is impossible. They have so much stuff that they don't even know where it is placed. Some aisles are very disorganized, some are too narrow for your cart. Bringing a purse is a no-no because even when you bring your own body you're always bumping into someone or their cart or items on the shelf. With those things being said, I'm a lover of decoration at reasonable prices and Home Goods has lots of that. You can keep your room looking boujee while staying on a budget. You have many options when it comes to pillows, nightstands, even dog beds! I saw adorable stuff for kids, like covers and frames, all mermaid and car themed. Totally random, but they also have an interesting snack selection, with goodies from US, but also from other countries. To sum up, I don't like this location but their prices are so good I just can't resist! read more

Great, vast selection of home decor and small furniture. This location has the best lamp department BY FAR. I bought an amazing crystal lamp that I will have for years to come. It is real crystal and was half off retail price. (see photo) My Mom lives out this way so I will be sure to come check out this location time and again. After visiting my Marshall's on West Gray and Memorial City area location, I finally found the lamp of my dreams at this location. I also purchased a great wicker laundry hamper. read more

Came here to buy a mirror and return an item. A staff, TONY was unhappy and he was very rude when I told him I wanted to return an item. He showed me his awful attitde all the time we were in transaction. If you guys didn't want customers to return items here, y'all should put a notice board in the front store. I come here for their soap selection. They usually have something that smells delicious, but that you would probably have to order online or from a nicer shop. One this trip I also came away with some decent couch covers from their pet section. I've only been able to find these previously in brown or tan so finding them in blue and grey and with a pattern was nice. They were also half the price we bought our plain brown ones for! One of our bathrooms really needs a nice wall cabinet and so I'm thinking of going back soon for that. read more

Went on a Tuesday around noon. First time this location. Was always in someone's way or you were in theirs. Aisles way too narrow to enjoy shopping and looking. Left a cart half full after getting so annoyed. I like to browse and not feel so cramped. Won't be back. read more

This is a great location. I stopped by this afternoon looking for something I had seen on Monday when I was there. When I couldn't find it I sought help from Melanie, who took the time to help me with my search. I ended up finding it! Yay! Melanie went above and beyond. Which doesn't seem like a big deal as she is in customer service but so often these days custom service is sub par...or just plain negative. So thank you, Melanie! read more

If your looking for unique decorative items for your home this is place is a must. Lots of neat and beautiful home furnishings. Although at times a bit pricey I particularly like their Christmas decorations, I've collected some beautiful items over the years. My only complaint would be that at times the store can be a bit disheveled. read more

Cashiers need training, they are very rude. Agree with other reviews that the store is a mess. Worst in Houston area feels more like a $0.99 store. Employees do not seem to be motivated. Either overworked or under trained. Maybe the store needs a new manager. read more

HomeGoods is always a great place to find unique items, but this location is THE WORST. My friend and I just left here and we were only in the store for 5 minutes and ended up leaving after getting so frustrated and annoyed, we were always getting in someone's way anytime we went to another isle, and we weren't even pushing a cart!! I had to move a whole rack of rugs out of the way just to get down an isle, items were all over the floor no matter where you went and the isles are so narrow basically only one person can be in them at a time. If you need to shop at a HomeGoods, look for a different location if you know what's best for you. Also want to throw in that I'm 20 and in college and have never thought about writing a review in my life but that is just how bad this place is. read more

My favorite store right now........I love the unique furniture, accessories, Pictures, mirrors and a very large selection of frames and candles. They have so many things for your kitchen.....from cooking supplies to decorations. I go at least once a week to see what new items they have. Love it! read more

Staff unbelievable kind and helpful, took back a decor piece, dog must have eaten my receipt, all the tags were on the piece, they kindly gave me an instr credit and I was rolling down the tightly packed isles. The rug I almost bought last week, sad to say, gone. If you see something you want, doubt that you need it, get it, it will walk away. read more

Terrible location! First of all there were no carts to be found in front of it in the store. I had to search the parking lot for an extra cart. There I found the majority of them clumped together. Second of all the store was very cluttered and dirty. I know home goods has a lot of items but everything seemed to be on the floor. I will not come out here again. read more

This is the worst Home Goods I have ever been in. I know these stores are high volume and have a lot of merchandise, but you can literally not move in this store. I had to move a dresser and two giant glass vases to try and reach a lamp. All of the back aisles are filled with giant carts of merchandise. You can not get to anything. The last time I was there, an employee asked me to move in order to set another cart in the aisle. I'll drive another 20 miles before I go back to this location. read more

I am a regular at this store. Once i want to return the item with receipt which the customer service agreed to give the store credit in lieu. The manager Benny Garza refused it for no reason and was very discourteous and disrespectful towards me. Very disappointed with the managers behavior and seriously hope Home goods should appoint better customer freindly manager at job. read more
