A lot of the items in the shop felt way overpriced compared to what I've seen elsewhere. I also noticed a few minerals that appeared to be mislabeled. I can't say whether that was intentional or not, but it definitely caught my attention. Some of the fluorite they're selling is very low quality, especially for the price they're asking. I also looked at some of the citrine and it really looked like heat-treated amethyst that had been altered to resemble citrine. The color and appearance just didn't seem natural. If it's treated, that should be clearly disclosed. A friend of mine bought a 14-inch saw from them a while back and was told it had all the parts and was fully functional. It ended up being the worst saw he's ever purchased. The blade was unaligned and it needs a lot of work to get it running properly. For what he paid, that's pretty frustrating. On top of that, I didn't feel very comfortable in the store. I'm Hispanic, and I felt like I was being watched the entire time. Every time I turned a corner or knelt down to look at something, the cashier would reposition herself to keep me in view. It honestly made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing. I had also seen another review mentioning that staff weren't very polite, and unfortunately that matched my experience. Based on my visit, I wouldn't recommend this shop.
