This is the clearest, most organized HomeGoods I have ever seen. Every aisle is clean and neat. Employees are nice and helpful!

A few days ago I purchased a large ceramic rabbit at this store to place in an assisted living. It cost 100 dollars. When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off. I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me "too bad so sad". She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad." It's no wonder At-home had to file for bankruptcy last year when they have managers that are rude and not the least bit customer friendly. I still am shocked out how rude Debbie was to me.

They have an extensive wall art section of all kinds of styles in every size imaginable. Parking is easy and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. I bought those closet scent sachets they used to sell at BBB for cheaper than mail order. They had more scents than I knew existed. It kinda reminds me of the old "Garden Ridge" store which I loved and miss. This will do nicely.

I am an avid reader and no one can beat their prices if you find a book; which I always do. This location cares for their book section unlike most other Ollie's. Today I bought two hardcover books for $10!!! I will start reading as I wait for my wife. I definitely will be back!!

A "bargain outlet" with 500+ locations across 3 dozen states, they have massive inventory that covers everything from mattresses to children's books. If Costco and Dollar Tree had a baby, it would be named Ollie's. I hate to generalize by saying they have everything, but it's really hard to suggest that they don't. There's appliances, apparel, sporting equipment, toiletries, electronics, office supplies, storage supplies, shoes, sporting gear, pet supplies, home decor, etc. It's really easy to get lost in everything they have. However, calling in might be an issue as their customer service is very spotty at best. The website isn't the most reliable in confirming inventory, so perusing in person is usually ideal. At the end of the day, affordable stuff that doesn't feel cheap even when it is. More importantly, I've scored some impressive deals and almost everything was of good-to-great quality. "Good stuff cheap" happens to be their slogan and is a motto I can certainly live by whenever I shop here. ____________ (#1) aka "missing out" (#2) Most of the country has Dollar Tree. I went to Katy Rock Shop a few weeks ago and honestly left feeling pretty disappointed…read more I've been rockhounding for years and have attended multiple large mineral shows, so I'm very familiar with pricing and quality when it comes to certain minerals. A lot of the items in the shop felt way overpriced compared to what I've seen elsewhere. I also noticed a few minerals that appeared to be mislabeled. I can't say whether that was intentional or not, but it definitely caught my attention. Some of the fluorite they're selling is very low quality, especially for the price they're asking. I also looked at some of the citrine and it really looked like heat-treated amethyst that had been altered to resemble citrine. The color and appearance just didn't seem natural. If it's treated, that should be clearly disclosed. A friend of mine bought a 14-inch saw from them a while back and was told it had all the parts and was fully functional. It ended up being the worst saw he's ever purchased. The blade was unaligned and it needs a lot of work to get it running properly. For what he paid, that's pretty frustrating. On top of that, I didn't feel very comfortable in the store. I'm Hispanic, and I felt like I was being watched the entire time. Every time I turned a corner or knelt down to look at something, the cashier would reposition herself to keep me in view. It honestly made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing. I had also seen another review mentioning that staff weren't very polite, and unfortunately that matched my experience. Based on my visit, I wouldn't recommend this shop.
