It was a floor model, as ordering would have taken several weeks/months. We hired an electrician to install our fixtures (Elaine's couldn't offer install on our high ceiling fans). Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

I asked for an estimate to install a Tesla Charger, Generator Inlet, and whole home surge protector, thats all. I told them I was competitively bidding the work and this is what they gave me. BTW, I was able to get three competitive quotes for this work that were all in the $1,900 - $2,300 range, so it really was just this company being way out of line with the rest of the market. Then he tried to use scare tactics to get me to do things like spend $10k to replace all my outlets and light switches since the house was built in 2005. He also wanted me to sign a document after receiving the estimate that had not-so-fine print that removed all liability for their work if I didn't do all the upgrades they suggested, including the $10k for replace all the outlets in my house. After I reminded the estimator three times that I was competitively bidding this work and that $23k for all these unnecessary items would not be winning him the job, he pushed for the $23k option again and began telling me about their low financing options. I asked him to leave at that point. I cant imagine how many elderly people or widows are taken advantage of by these types of scare and pressure tactics.

With that being said, I asked for 2 fixtures, I had purchased prior, to be installed. I was quoted for another 2 fixtures, and $135-150 for 4 bulbs, without any context of CRI and light temp (Kelvin). I am happy to pay well for great service. I am not happy to pay 2-3x mark up on product that requires no labor., i.e. 4 light bulbs.

Their showroom has a massive assortment of high-end options, but what really stood out was Mike's personalized approach. Mike took the time to truly listen to my needs and style preferences for my kitchen, dining, living room, bar, and guest bedroom. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail; he offered several different options that fit perfectly within my budget without sacrificing the high-end look I wanted. The installation by his technicians was timely and professional, covering everything from the interior to the front door and garage. The lights are beautiful and I've received so many compliments. Every interaction I've had--whether for a quick question or a full installation--has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Most recently, I had a new lighting system installed, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They even took the time to explain how everything worked and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers exceptional service over the long term, but LBX Lighting does just that. If you're looking for high-quality products, expert installation, and a team that truly values its customers, this is the place. Highly recommend! Thank you Michael!!!! You are a true gem. Very rare to come across in these company's is meeting an organic and passionate leader.

A "bargain outlet" with 500+ locations across 3 dozen states, they have massive inventory that covers everything from mattresses to children's books. If Costco and Dollar Tree had a baby, it would be named Ollie's. I hate to generalize by saying they have everything, but it's really hard to suggest that they don't. There's appliances, apparel, sporting equipment, toiletries, electronics, office supplies, storage supplies, shoes, sporting gear, pet supplies, home decor, etc. It's really easy to get lost in everything they have. However, calling in might be an issue as their customer service is very spotty at best. The website isn't the most reliable in confirming inventory, so perusing in person is usually ideal. At the end of the day, affordable stuff that doesn't feel cheap even when it is. More importantly, I've scored some impressive deals and almost everything was of good-to-great quality.
