I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Super Nova Furniture…read more I purchased a dining set on June 15 after being assured that the complete set would arrive within a few days. When I returned to pick it up, I was informed that only the chairs had arrived and that the table was unavailable. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue. My phone calls have gone unanswered, and I have had to visit the store in person twice. Each time, I was given the same explanation--that my refund request is waiting for the owner's approval. The lack of communication, failure to fulfill the order as promised, and delay in processing my refund have been extremely frustrating. A reputable business should honor its commitments and handle customer concerns promptly and professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and its refund process so that future customers do not have a similar experience. At this point, I am simply requesting the immediate return of my money.

We went to the store tonight to talk about options and had considered cancelling the order. Interestingly we were told that there was no return policy. LOL Then we decided we would exchange the chair we originally ordered for one that we could get sooner. Ok problem solved. Not really. 15 minutes after leaving the store we were called by delivery and told they could ONLY deliver the love seat. Are you kidding me....... I went back to the store and asked how does that happen??? The staff were nice and the young lady in the office area was kind. However your delivery staff has lost you a customer. I will probably not get anything delivered now but I needed to vent. Bye bye Ashley!

We asked to get a new item as we were not purchasing a semi used product or last buy product and were aware of 2 more sets per the sales man. They immediately started avoiding us and pushing us towards the manufacturer when the right thing to do was replace the item. It's been over a month going back and forth with multiple people answering the phone and pretty much not caring or avoiding our calls. We also called from different cell numbers as it seems they have been avoiding my mom's and dad's phone number. My mom called and once again told them she did not want to get the item repaired as she paid for new set and wanted what she rightfully paid for a new quality item and even held on to the box. Representative expressed that they were not replacing her item and that she could do whatever she wanted with the box that they could care less. I honestly feel like they are taking advantage of my parents since they are older folks. I personally worked for a furniture store and would have never put a customer through this stress. The furniture was delivered within a couple of days, but the sectional sofa did not fit through my apartment hallway. As a result, the delivery personnel took it back the same day. Please note that the sofa never entered my home and was returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. When I visited the store to request a refund, I was immediately told that 25% would be deducted as a restocking fee. What is especially frustrating is that no one informed us at the time of purchase that the sectional sofa was not separable and came as a single large piece. Had this been clearly communicated, I would not have purchased it in the first place. This was a clear case of misrepresentation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the store manager, whose attitude was extremely rude and dismissive, told me to return the next day. When I did, I was asked to look for another sofa as a replacement. Although I was not fully convinced, I agreed in an effort to resolve the matter peacefully. Later, the manager informed me that I would still be charged the 25% restocking fee ($100) as well as a $120 delivery fee. This was completely unfair and misleading, especially since I was initially given the impression that I could select a replacement without incurring additional charges. To avoid further conflict, I eventually agreed to accept a refund even with the 25% deduction. However, it has now been almost a month, and I have had to visit the store multiple times and call customer service at least 10 times, only to hear the same excuse every time: that the person responsible for writing the check is unavailable and that I should "come tomorrow." This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I have been harassed continuously over a matter that should have been resolved promptly and fairly. Instead of receiving the full refund and apology I deserve due to the store's misrepresentation, I have been forced to spend weeks following up on a simple refund. Still not received it
