In November, approximately 7-8 months later, my husband and I were sitting on the couch when we heard it snap and slump in the middle. We contacted Furniture Queen immediately and were told we were to receive a replacement because of the warranty, and then a few days later received a phone call that the factory discontinued the model and we were out of luck. Furniture Queen refused to help us in any other way. No credit, no replacement, nothing. They then referred us to Montage Furniture Services, the furniture insurance company that we so happened to purchased insurance from to help us "replace" the couch. Of course this process takes ages, especially around the holidays. The tech inspected the sofa and showed us the report that he wrote up, he recommended that the couch be replaced. We received a call today from Montage, that they were sending a tech out to "reinforce" the couch. Not replace. And then proceeded to tell us the report said reinforce when the tech showed us to our faces that the report said replace! Unbelievable. My husband and I have called Furniture Queen and Montage repeatedly to no avail and this has caused us such frustration. We spent over $1,000 to have a couch that broke in less than a year?!? And then to receive no real assistance or customer service after this has all happened? Never again. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

    Ordered furniture on 7/4/2020 and have still not received all of my sectional. I have had 3 different delivery dates scheduled and changed that I had to call and find out it had been changed on my own. No one has ever contacted me to inform me that the delivery date had been changed. First "delivery" date 8/21, second "delivery" date 9/23, now third "scheduled delivery" date 10/10. I am sure I will have to call on this day to find out that the date has been changed AGAIN. The excuse I keep getting is that the manufacturer keeps pushing it back. However I didn't give the manufacturer my money and it should be up to FURNITURE QUEEN to keep me updated on the status and not my job! ON TOP OF THAT, they had part of my sectional delivered on 8/26 and the delivery "crew" apparently couldn't handle getting the couch to the second floor of my home and in the process put a whole in my hallway wall and tore off the drywall on the corner. I paid $85 for delivery and assembly of this furniture and now have to pay the cost to repair the damages caused by their team. Once the rest of my sectional is FINALLY delivered, rest assured that my relationship with this disaster is DONE! Good luck!

    Nice experience, the lady was very nice ( I forgot her name but she's at the end of the row) shipping was $70 for 2 miles and second floor,I was shocked. I order an bed frame I just tied it to the top of my car to avoid shipping fees.

    Pillows came with the sofa !

The order was for an employee identified as Daniel S. While I was waiting at the restaurant, he repeatedly messaged me asking whether the food was ready, whether it had been cooked yet, and why the delivery was taking so long. Drivers do not control how long restaurants take to prepare food, and we cannot force an order to be completed faster. When I arrived at the facility, I was stopped by security. The security guard asked whether Daniel had provided delivery instructions. He had not. The guard informed me that I was not allowed to enter the property because Daniel was still working and instructed me to leave the order with security. I followed those instructions exactly. I documented the delivery and have evidence showing that the food was handed directly to the security guard. Despite that, the order was later reported as not received. No one contacted me after the delivery to ask where the food had been left or to help locate the order. Instead, a report was made claiming the order was not received after I had already followed the instructions given by the company's own security personnel. Management should pay closer attention to situations involving their employees. In my opinion, employees who create delivery disputes after a documented delivery do not reflect the honesty and trustworthiness that most businesses expect from the people representing them. Delivery drivers are out here working hard to earn a living. We should not have to deal with false delivery disputes after completing a delivery exactly as instructed. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about accepting deliveries to this location again.

They immediately started avoiding us and pushing us towards the manufacturer when the right thing to do was replace the item. It's been over a month going back and forth with multiple people answering the phone and pretty much not caring or avoiding our calls. We also called from different cell numbers as it seems they have been avoiding my mom's and dad's phone number. My mom called and once again told them she did not want to get the item repaired as she paid for new set and wanted what she rightfully paid for a new quality item and even held on to the box. Representative expressed that they were not replacing her item and that she could do whatever she wanted with the box that they could care less. I honestly feel like they are taking advantage of my parents since they are older folks. I personally worked for a furniture store and would have never put a customer through this stress. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau and continue to push my experience to alert consumers of their crooked ways. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and multiple arguments in our family. Please please read the reviews if my parents had read the reviews this would have never happened to them. As I push to make consumers aware their bad customer service is now very clear to me.

I fell in love with so many items, it was almost overwhelming. I absolutely love how they write a little backstory on the tag for each item so you can learn about how something was repurposed.
