1 Star I am an Uber…read moreEats driver, and I had a very disappointing experience delivering to the Rooms To Go location in Brookshire, Texas. The order was for an employee identified as Daniel S. While I was waiting at the restaurant, he repeatedly messaged me asking whether the food was ready, whether it had been cooked yet, and why the delivery was taking so long. Drivers do not control how long restaurants take to prepare food, and we cannot force an order to be completed faster. When I arrived at the facility, I was stopped by security. The security guard asked whether Daniel had provided delivery instructions. He had not. The guard informed me that I was not allowed to enter the property because Daniel was still working and instructed me to leave the order with security. I followed those instructions exactly. I documented the delivery and have evidence showing that the food was handed directly to the security guard. Despite that, the order was later reported as not received. No one contacted me after the delivery to ask where the food had been left or to help locate the order. Instead, a report was made claiming the order was not received after I had already followed the instructions given by the company's own security personnel. Management should pay closer attention to situations involving their employees. In my opinion, employees who create delivery disputes after a documented delivery do not reflect the honesty and trustworthiness that most businesses expect from the people representing them. Delivery drivers are out here working hard to earn a living. We should not have to deal with false delivery disputes after completing a delivery exactly as instructed. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about accepting deliveries to this location again.

Definitely a very interesting store with a lot of older stuff, as in antique stuff, which is actually not older it just looks older, sort of like new fake antiques but in a nice way, and some of them are pretty well built. But if you want antique looking stuff around your house this is a great place to get it. I think some of the stuff is five stars and some of the prices are two or three, but I'll average it out to four because Barbi really likes this store.

I've heard great things about this place and know people who've bought furniture from here several times, but we were VERY frustrated and disappointed with the way ours was received. They did, however, replace the footboard after I contacted them with the issue.

Per text messages, they led me to believe it was in progress for drying time. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of respect for customer service and especially due to today's outburst from the son of the owners. Unprofessional and also very intimidating toward me. Shocked was I and the other customers who were there also. While I was leaving, one customer told me he was having the same issues. So if you think about having a piece painted or touched up by this store , please remember this post and don't trust them. It's been 3 weeks longer than expected, I spent 700.00 on an item that I can't trust this company to complete much less have an incredible piece of furniture I could brag about and send lots of business to them. We asked to get a new item as we were not purchasing a semi used product or last buy product and were aware of 2 more sets per the sales man. They immediately started avoiding us and pushing us towards the manufacturer when the right thing to do was replace the item. It's been over a month going back and forth with multiple people answering the phone and pretty much not caring or avoiding our calls. We also called from different cell numbers as it seems they have been avoiding my mom's and dad's phone number. My mom called and once again told them she did not want to get the item repaired as she paid for new set and wanted what she rightfully paid for a new quality item and even held on to the box. Representative expressed that they were not replacing her item and that she could do whatever she wanted with the box that they could care less. I honestly feel like they are taking advantage of my parents since they are older folks. I personally worked for a furniture store and would have never put a customer through this stress. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau and continue to push my experience to alert consumers of their crooked ways. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and multiple arguments in our family. Please please read the reviews if my parents had read the reviews this would have never happened to them. As I push to make consumers aware their bad customer service is now very clear to me.

The furniture was delivered within a couple of days, but the sectional sofa did not fit through my apartment hallway. As a result, the delivery personnel took it back the same day. Please note that the sofa never entered my home and was returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. When I visited the store to request a refund, I was immediately told that 25% would be deducted as a restocking fee. What is especially frustrating is that no one informed us at the time of purchase that the sectional sofa was not separable and came as a single large piece. Had this been clearly communicated, I would not have purchased it in the first place. This was a clear case of misrepresentation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the store manager, whose attitude was extremely rude and dismissive, told me to return the next day. When I did, I was asked to look for another sofa as a replacement. Although I was not fully convinced, I agreed in an effort to resolve the matter peacefully. Later, the manager informed me that I would still be charged the 25% restocking fee ($100) as well as a $120 delivery fee. This was completely unfair and misleading, especially since I was initially given the impression that I could select a replacement without incurring additional charges. To avoid further conflict, I eventually agreed to accept a refund even with the 25% deduction. However, it has now been almost a month, and I have had to visit the store multiple times and call customer service at least 10 times, only to hear the same excuse every time: that the person responsible for writing the check is unavailable and that I should "come tomorrow." This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I have been harassed continuously over a matter that should have been resolved promptly and fairly. Instead of receiving the full refund and apology I deserve due to the store's misrepresentation, I have been forced to spend weeks following up on a simple refund. Still not received it
