The business has gone from one extreme to the next on the playground. While we appreciate the option, you can't discriminate needs of a young medical child who is old enough to go in there. Just a parent request to sit in the area to monitor the playing of the child was denied while the other parent was shopping in the store. We were told by an employee that they have made exceptions for other children with special needs for parents to go in to the playground. The person who told us no said they don't want other parents seeing a parent in there and the wanting to go inside the area too. The business has one person staffed at the desk so her attention is half the time dealing with in/out so she can't watch the children playing in the area (her back at the desk). We saw a boy inappropriately touching himself lying on a bed, no parent in sight, but they don't want to let me also monitor my special medical needs child? We left with a crying child. No purchase happened today and won't in the future. They have forever lost our business and respect. Solution - Put chairs outside the windows where the strollers are located and move the strollers. Parents aren't "inside" but can easily view children and jump up quickly if assistance is needed.

Weeks turned into months. Oct. 4, told they would deliver to my house since they had a family trip planned. I live north of Dallas, said that wasn't necessary but please deliver to a friend in town that lives in their neighborhood. Assured it would be delivered by October 18. The date came and went with no nightstands (no communication during that time). My friend received a text Nov. 3, saying they were drying and would be ready November 5th. Optional times were given to deliver and crickets. I received a text and picture at 7:19 pm Friday the 7th. Picked up on Saturday. 6 months start to finish for a six week job. The finished product was very nicely done but the attitude, excuses, and lack of communication was unpleasant. Somehow, asking when they might be ready was determined to be aggressive, rude, and hard to deal with. I am quite confident there will be a reply to this about my behavior and "attitude" as she called it. She is entitled to her opinion, I would disagree. Bottom line is 6 months start to finish.

The vendors definitely deserve better representation and credit for their merchandise. The finished product arrived 4+ months after purchased and paid for in full. Also, it didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery date as promised and was missing pieces when it finally arrived. Luckily the extremely kind and friendly vendors Laurie & Lou that delivered it returned with the missing pieces the same day and even went out of their way to install them. The interior was just spray-painted in the shop without sanding nor priming beforehand within a couple days instead of hand-painted like I was originally informed. This caused splotches, streaks, debris, mottling and overspray on the exterior of the original vendor Elizabeth's exquisite artwork and beautiful design. The saga continues with her KARENY complete delusion of lies of a reply to my none threatening review, but it ends here and now, my truth has been spoken.. Clap back to this lying bully. I then went to the corporate office in Katy in person to get help. She stated that Tim, the warehouse manager, hires the delivery crew, yet she could not provide his direct contact information, last name, or any way to reach him. She said he would be in at 1:00 p.m., which raises serious concerns about professionalism and internal accountability. When I asked for a manager, I was told that "Stephanie" (no last name provided) was the manager but would not be in that day. I was given no solution, no contact information, and no accountability--only instructions to contact a third party whose identity they refused or failed to provide. It is completely unacceptable for a company to collect payment for delivery, cause damage to a customer's home, and then refuse to take responsibility or even provide basic information needed to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is shocking. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend doing business here.
