Educated me from the second I walked in, and put me on the perfect bed for me. Dealt with my calling and changing box springs - twice! (not because something was wrong, but just the way it fits with my bed). He handled everything like a pro and made it easy for me. Customer service was Larry's number one priority, no doubt about it. Only thing he didn't do was carry stuff to my truck for me like the other guy apparently does a lot. As far as price, I shopped around to three other places in the area, and the last two competitors told me that I was getting a great deal on a great mattress and they couldn't match it. And after all that, I'm really happy with the mattress too. 5 stars.

PS- per my conversation this morning with Adriana from customer service, the store has to cancel the order. As of today, Adriana said my order was NOT canceled and there is no delivery date scheduled. The notes on my account stated, "customer called to reschedule delivery". Frauds! I will NOT allow Johnny or anyone from Mattress1One Rosenberg continue with this fraudulent behavior! I placed an order at the Rosenberg location with Chris Gaither on 6/6 with delivery on 6/11. I had Buyer's remorse because I never intended to spend $4000 on a mattress. I canceled less than 48 hours on 6/8 and they would not help me. Johnny from the Rosenberg location told me they cannot cancel orders at the store and I would have to call customer service. I called customer service and they were dumbfounded the store directed me to call them because the store does the cancelations and sends them the paperwork to process. I called the store back and Johnny said he spoke to the district manager and agreed it must be a new girl at customer service because she was wrong. I told Johnny if the mattress comes, I will refuse it. Johnny assured me the order was canceled but it would take until the following Tuesday to process.... The mattress I canceled was never delivered (Thank God) but I just received a bill for the charges. Now, I am jumping through hoops because of mattress one on disputing the charges for a mattress Johnny said they canceled. I called the finance department and explained the situation. They confirmed the store should have canceled it and I could tell the rep I spoke to was offended the store blamed one of their own customer service reps for "not knowing what she was doing". Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible customer service and I will tell everyone to never shop with them. They don't care about you or your business. All they want is their commission.

This is the place to go if you are just starting your life in a new apartment, with a new pet, new furniture, new dishes, new life, etc!!! I had been searching arduously for a reasonable priced mattress in Houston for a VERY long time, and I visited numerous both local and chain stores ( ex: Mattress Discount) , and I found the best deals here! First, it is difficult to find a queen size mattress, with quality memory foam, and under 1,000! Or even a reasonable mattress at approx $200- $400. We were initially thinking of purchasing a mattress at approx $500, but the staff was very generous and we were able to take our time to try laying on various mattresses to test the comfort, and we just fell in love with the MLILY memory foam mattress (queen), which cost a little more than what we wanted to spend on it, but so far it has been well worth it!!! (BTW they did have queen spring mattresses available at $500) Reasons I definitely recommend this place: 1. Most importantly- Affordable prices (you can find mattresses anywhere from approx $200 and up)- 2. It's a mattress outlet, I would compare it to the awesome TJ MAXX- there are numerous brands : Sealy, MLILY, Simmons, Serta at reasonable prices! 3. Tim and Maryann are awesome! When I returned to ask about it, I was told the item had supposedly arrived the day after my purchase and that they had tried to contact me. This was untrue--no call was ever made, and no item was ever delivered to the store. To this day, I have not received the item I paid for. My experience has been marked by misinformation and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

Looking for a mattress that will let me sleep comfortably, cool and peaceful for 8-15 years. So I am looking for a mattress that has a great warranty. The service here was good as I was greeted, the salesman answered and asked me a few questions and then let me explore on my own. I wondered around laying on various beds. It is weird laying on the top of beds and pillows that other people have laid on but in a way it made me feel like Goldilocks!! Let me just say that a good to great mattress is EXPENSIVE! So, make sure you ask about sales and discounts. Do not be embarrassed as sales and discounts do exist but lots of times you have to ask. I narrowed my selection down to 2 at this mattress shop and will continue looking before making my final decision. But I will say the salespeople at this place are nice and helpful. The warranty is different on the different manufacturers of the mattress. Delivery was free as was the foundation of the mattress that I was looking at. They no longer have box springs they are Bunkie boards, foundation or adjustable frame.

Prices are okay, although the products can be hit-or-miss, and almost always will be marked up and never too cheap - if you want cheap stuff like we do, for that kind of thing we go to the discount places, like on Harwin for example. But it was a pretty good experience at this location overall.
