I had ordered some bras during the three for $99 sale, but they were the wrong style. Customer service told me that I couldn't return them and get a different style at the same price; I would need to pay full price for three new ones. Cynthia, the manager, was more than accommodating and overrode the price for me. She also helped me figure out what size I needed and what style of a few would work best. I really like going to Soma because the women that work there are so knowledgeable and helpful. I will buy bras from them in the future based on Cynthia's professionalism and kindness. Still in store 3 employees 2 customers can't get help time to get mad and write a review still no help This edit is because I can not believe how rude the cashier was. This was a spoil day for my wife and we received zero help. We went to the counter with a small purchase as we could not get help. First contact was Chase "yall get what you need" I said yes but we couldn't get help. She apologized said the 2 people where new . I said I made eye contact with you 3 times she said sorry again. I paid cash she handed the wad of money back to me in my hand. So I said no worries I will count. Do not know the price but ok. She stated she was going to count it but I was hostile. Not sure if she intended to take the money back after giving it to me to count it. I said I am not hostile and that she was speaking louder than me. All in all a bunch of not my fault and you are the problem. Sad I was a captive audience i was here to spoil my wife that is a loyal customer. This is a follow up. I was attacked repeatedly by the cashiers friend over my review. I approached management about it they went to investigate the relationship with the cashier and the person attacking my review not just this one but others. The cashier walked off the job. That was not my goal but from how we where treated originally it seems she may not have wanted to work. I upped the stats because they where proactive in dealing with this. I had a bad experience here. I visited this store location on 12/28/16. There a young lady and an older lady working. I did walk in near closing, and I asked if they were still open because their doors were open but it was empty inside. The older lady replied yes and asked the younger lady to lock the door (which I am not sure which door, but guessing the front door front keeping people from entering.) If you want to be closed that is fine, just tell me and I will leave and return when I want. Do not tell me you are open, pretend to "help" me and just stand there and stare at me like I might steal something. Either help me find it or get out of my way. I ended up leaving empty handed, displease, and felt a like discriminated on my size. She question my wants. When she attempted to measure me, she didn't even make sure the measuring tape was tight. Who like their bra loose of their boobs flopping around. I need support. Definitely go to another location or a real bra store. This place is clean but that is probably because they push people out. I would only return if they promised to be honest and nicer. read more

Extremely accommodating. I was fitted & sat in my dressing room while April gathered items in my size. She educated me on proper sizing & "bra laundry". I never felt like she was pressuring me to buy anything. I will 100% be shopping here again. read more

I took my Daughter for her very first bra shopping to another Soma location first just because we were in that area. After being ignored for at least 5 minutes in an EMPTY store, we left. We arrived at the Cinco Ranch location about 40 minutes before closing. We were immediately greeted by Vanae and she was extremely helpful and courteous. She made my Daughter feel very comfortable with the experience and had wonderful suggestions to offer. I ended up purchasing some items for myself and Vanae's co-worker, Ann Marie, was equally courteous and helpful. It was a really lovely shopping experience, with the art of customer service refreshed for me. I will not hesitate to return and this location now has 2 new loyal customers! Nice work Ladies!!! I went for the sales, this is the best time to get loungewear, not as warm as Ugg's brand but still comfy. Small sizes are limited and the new pieces they are pushing for Valentine's not so elegant. Way too pink, sleazy looking. Since online returns had been shipped back to this store I snagged some deals with a sales price and another 45% discounted did not feel any pangs of guilt. $5 discount if you mention it is your birthday, just sign up for their frequent buyers program, can be hit or miss. Sales folks were nice, kept trying to sell me $3.00 house shoes, explained my SO gave me a pair last year and they were not heavily used the soles now have already disintegrated--no comment from them on those facts. Crazy parking, just to run and run out might be a 20 minute drive to snag a parking space. This is a small Soma, still had a fair amount of new inventory in swim wear. Prices are high for the quality of what you buy, unless it is on sale. read more

The staff are so friendly. The bras are a little pricier than I expected, but they are worth every penny. I have a very large chest and can rarely find something in store that can fit my cup size, but they carry up to G cup in store. The employee that was helping me gave me a lot to choose from and was so helpful. Will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend here read more

Went in to be measured and fitted for a bra as I am pregnant and growing rapidly. When I left I found that the bra was quite uncomfortable. Returned the original Bra and purchased another one (same size as recommended by the associate, but twice the price because "it will fit better"). After an hour realized this one was also extremely uncomfortable. Went back into the store today and Jacqueline helped me to find one that truly fit me (and comes in a nursing style which I can order when the time comes). Her customer service and attention to detail was fantastic and I am extremely happy with my new bras. Not to mention she saved me $33 by selling me the bra I wanted, not the more expensive one for sales purposes. Although the first associate caused me to make 3 visits to the store within 24 hours, I am giving the store and Jacqueline, specifically, a 5 Star review. I went into this store for the first time today to see what I could find. I needed some new pjs and bras and saw this place in passing. I SHOULD HAVE KEPT GOING! I walked in, I was never greeted and I was the only customer in the store with two sales associates who looked in my direction but apparently couldn't be bothered by my potential business. I walked around and did see a few things I really liked and would have bought but after being in the store for more than 15 min and never being asked if I needed help with anything I decided to leave without making a purchase. read more

Dropped by a few days ago. The retail clerks were very helpful. They did not hover but were very quick to help when I needed it. I was impressed at how attentive they both were with the customers since the store was very busy. Bought lots of pretty things ,it was hard to make up my mind what I wanted to purchase since I liked everything I tried on. Will diffidently be back! read more
