I come here several times. All employees aren't wearing the masks at all. I tried to tell/encourage one of them, who was the male blonde one about enforcing the masks but he just stared like I was some kind of special and laughed then went back to his co workers to gossip about what I said. This store is great, one of my favorites but the immaturity needs to be stopped among the employees. Dot shop in here, I've had better service at the playground with 5yo playing pretend. The man in the shop was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. The store is stocked but no demos available. The high end sex stores I've shopped in are very friendly and open to explore. Usually there are displays of toys and testers of lubes, powders etc. This store has none of that. I was looking for something specific and could not find it. I saw n one box but I could not tell what the product was so I open the top. The box was not wrapped in plastic or sealed. The presentation of the stores always nice as well, a lot of boutiques tend to have messy floors were dirty carpet. You can tell money is put into this place and they were smart to have it in the location that it is, by a lot of different clubs. They do not make people feel uncomfortable when they enter the store but they also make you feel like you have arrived home. The people that shop there a very diverse. You'll see people come in who just want something for their spouse or you will see entertainers come in to buy clothes for work. Honestly though, it's the shoes that booked me.
