Pleasure Zone is what every adult shop should aim to be: clean, bright, and truly judgment-free. I walked in with a vague plan and walked out with exactly what I came for, plus two things I did not come for, which is entirely their fault and I'm not mad about it. Leah, Jacky, and Jenn are a literal dream team. They knew their stuff without hovering, were honest about what's worth the money versus what's just cute packaging, and didn't blink at a single question. That kind of expertise is rare, and it's why I'll keep shopping here instead of gambling on random online listings. The selection covers every budget, from reliable everyday basics to proper splurge pieces. Checkout was fast and discreet. The patent leather boot pleasers I secured have earned themselves a permanent spot in the rotation. If you've ever felt awkward walking into a shop like this, start here. They make it feel less like an errand and more like treating yourself. read more

Most comfortable sexy store in Houston. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's a lot of clothes for dancers and SO MANY SHOES. They also have a great selection of lingeries in all sizes. I can't wait to see the Halloween costumes. I've been there for Halloween before and it's so fun. The owner is Michelle. If you're lucky she will be there and she is the BEST at customer service and is the nicest, most beautiful lady you'll ever meet. 10/10 will shop again ;) read more

I reached out with a clear request, even offering to pay extra for a custom order. My message was seen but ignored, and I had to follow up myself. In the end, I didn't even get a direct answer. Very unprofessional communication if the answer is no it would be better to simply say so instead of leaving a customer hanging. read more

Great marbling meat selections as well as succulent seafood, fresh vegetables, side dishes, fruits, and a variety of dipping sauces and spices. Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. read more

Great Quality. Great Staff. What's unique about this store is the wide selection available. Lots of beautiful outfits you can't find other places. However, there's not much plus size options available and they're pricey. But you get what you pay for! So worth it. They often have sales, so take advantage of that. read more

If you want to come get a nice naughty outfit or even a costume or an adult fun toy this is the place!!!!

Very kind and judgement free zone. No questions asked. Very attentive to customer service. They have a wide selection of clothing as well as toys for you. Very high quality stuff. read more

Horrible customer service skills. I've spent so much money at this store & it's crazy to be treated this way.

The place used to be OK now it looks like it's going out of business so sad to see it like this the owners need to do something severe no products Harley on the shelfs read more

i bought these heels friday night i've only worn them that night. i came into work tonight (sunday) to notice them cracked. This is off one use only. i paid almost $400 for this product, so i'm pretty upset considering these are super cute. i don't know if they purchased them off a bootleg company or something because i have heels identical to these in silver that i purchased elsewhere and they've lasted me 5 months so far. do not recommend purchasing heels from here read more

It was great! Compliments on each outfit and shoes ! My fav store and I'll always go bacn

I come here several times. All employees aren't wearing the masks at all. I tried to tell/encourage one of them, who was the male blonde one about enforcing the masks but he just stared like I was some kind of special and laughed then went back to his co workers to gossip about what I said. This store is great, one of my favorites but the immaturity needs to be stopped among the employees. It seriously disappoints me that all of them aren't following the safety guidelines or at least protect customers who may be at risk in this pandemic. read more

My wife and I (married lesbians) wanted to try the Pink Pussycat female enhancer. I called every store from Southpark to the Southwest side of town. I literally got the exact same response from EVERY SINGLE STORE "oh we don't carry that product...thanks bye" or "we had em but it'll be weeks before they come in, we're sold out". I called PZ and was given the same response,to my dismay, but the lady who answered the phone offered several other options instead that she believed were equivalent or better. If she hadn't given me that option to (oh maybe try something else lol) I would have kept calling around. Her "super saleswoman" vibe made my decision for me. Pleasure Zone it is. I walk in (well sashay to beyonce playing) and the two employees gave me life! They were super nice and helpful to the direct details of what we should try. I love this place! read more

Dot shop in here, I've had better service at the playground with 5yo playing pretend. The man in the shop was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. The store is stocked but no demos available. The high end sex stores I've shopped in are very friendly and open to explore. Usually there are displays of toys and testers of lubes, powders etc. This store has none of that. I was looking for something specific and could not find it. I saw n one box but I could not tell what the product was so I open the top. The box was not wrapped in plastic or sealed. But as soon as I opened the top the guy yells "Do you need help? You can't open the box. There is a clear sign. " I did not see any sign so he points it out in the beginning of the store. I was in the back. No sign in the back. Then he made a slick comment "don't make think your doing something else". WTH I'm not from Texas and I didn't know where any other stores were or I would have left. This was the worst experience I've had in a store like this EVER! I wish I realized 2 doors down was another sex store. Don't go in. read more

Best store for dancer outfits, lingerie or sex toys in all of Houston. Nothing Compares. I explain this place as the "Stripper Walmart". They have everything and more and the pink when you pull up? It's just the entire fabulous experience! and the staff are amazing as well. I've been coming here for a decade now and its my favorite store like this in Houston and other cities don't even have anything that compares to this! Every time you go you'll find new outfits it's just a whole new experience and amazing fabulous and fun! read more

I always love coming to Pleasure zone for all my erotic needs! I got the perfect Halloween costume and Venus was a HUGE help to me! She helped me lace up the corset and zip it up (I was struggling super hard with it) lol. And she was so sweet in hyping up the outfit on me. She was super polite and sweet the whole time I would recommend her any day and seems to go far and beyond for customers! read more

I found my Halloween costume so excited! Great customer service by Venus helping me with any questions I had. A place I recommend and will definitely be back. read more

It's a little pricey but I guess that's the point. The outfits don't really fit different body types well. But they look really nice. I love the heels and the sex toy side as well. If they were more inclusive size wise I'd definitely spend more money here. read more

I came in and picked a outfit off a mannequin and don't get me wrong the salesperson helping me (Amy) was awesome but she ended up giving me the same outfit I picked out that was already hanging behind the the counters in the register area and when I got home to try it on I noticed the shorts (I got a 2 piece set) were ripped (mind you this is my first time shopping here) and I was disappointed to find out that all sales are final no refunds OR exchange! $80 wasted never even got to wear the outfit. read more

Love this place but the prices are so high. So much to choose from, great variety and great customer service.

Besides this store being absolutely AMAZING, JAKE has to be the most hands down kick ass employee. He assisted with my beautiful freaky deaky outfits. Thank you again! 100% read more

Great selection of items, especially if you add their Instagram because there's so much stuff it can't all be out on the floor! They also offer a discount to dancers which is nice, and the staff has always been extremely helpful and polite. read more

Bought some overpriced shoes that already broke on me. Tried 15 pairs that didn't have my size before I finally found these from the guy. Their clothing is crap at best and also extremely overpriced. Couldn't wear the dress I bought that was in the package. Everything in there is a size zero. All crap materials. My friend bought shoes the other day from there and they broke on her first night wearing them. Their no refund no exchange policy is bullshit. They sell CRAP at stupid prices. I will never be back. read more

I get my Halloween costumes here every year! Seriously love this place.. I find everything I need in one store for either dressing up for events like Edc or my photo shoots read more

I was lied to twice about my shoe arrival, at the time of purchase and a WEEK later after the purchase. I just got off the phone with the so called manager Renae she cursed at me and hanged up said I was being a "BITCH" b/c I called her out in their lie; I DIDNT ONCE speak to this lady inappropriately for her to disrespect me after I'm spending my money at their facility. read more

Today was my first time to Pleasure Zone, it was a very cool place. I was helped by Jake, he helped me pick out a few things and suggested items to go along with what I was looking for. I will definitely tell my friends to go visit Jake. read more

Terrible customer service, they tried scamming me.

Great selection of Dancer wear, lingerie and swimwear. Right now they have some great "Trashy" brand lingerie. This is a nice, clean store, run well by an amiable staff. A genuine erotic boutique. It's not a smoke shop. Regular women - housewives desperate for some top erotic gear would be totally comfortable shopping here. read more

Excellent service And descent products. Probably one of the better stores like it's kind in Dallas. My only complaint was it's just a tad bit pricey. Other then that 5 stars . read more

I absolutely love this store ! Doesn't give that weird hush hush vibe and sleazy like other sex shops. Went in for bikini bodybuilding heels and they had such a great selection ! Even offer a discount to those that do shows ! The black lady that works during the day was extremely helpful and showed great customer service ! And the fact they have a punch-card rewards system is even better ! Love it ! read more

Their quality and diversity in shoes to choose from is amazing. I always recommend people to come here for Halloween or for personal reasons. I really enjoy this place and I've loved it ever since I first visited. The employees are always nice and attempting to meet your needs. The presentation of the stores always nice as well, a lot of boutiques tend to have messy floors were dirty carpet. You can tell money is put into this place and they were smart to have it in the location that it is, by a lot of different clubs. They do not make people feel uncomfortable when they enter the store but they also make you feel like you have arrived home. The people that shop there a very diverse. You'll see people come in who just want something for their spouse or you will see entertainers come in to buy clothes for work. Honestly though, it's the shoes that booked me. They just have so many to choose from and they're always in a wonderful assortment. It feels like platform heaven when you walk in. read more

The staff and inventory are excellent! They assisted me when I needed it and let my girlfriend and I have our privacy when we needed it. The man who helped us was knowledgeable and made great suggestions and let us know about specials in the store. I've worked at an adult store so I definitely think the staff and management at Pleasure Zone deserve kuddos for running such a great business. Thanks and I'll be back! read more
