It was such a great experience visiting the Uniqlo store in Houston! I've always loved the brand,…read morebut seeing and shopping at this location really made me appreciate it even more. The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, which makes browsing feel effortless and enjoyable. The overall vibe is modern, calm, and welcoming--exactly what you want when you're taking your time picking out clothes. Uniqlo's quality continues to impress me. From everyday basics to seasonal pieces, everything feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and well-made. It's the kind of store where you walk in for one item and suddenly want to buy everything because it all just makes sense for daily wear. I truly wish Uniqlo would open a location in the Austin area soon--it would be a dream! If I had to mention one downside, it would be the pricing. Uniqlo used to feel a bit more affordable, and with its growing popularity, prices have definitely increased. That said, the quality still makes many items worth the investment, especially if you catch a good deal. Overall, Uniqlo Houston is absolutely worth visiting. If you're nearby and considering shopping there, go for it--you won't regret it. Cheers!

I laid down all three on top of the counter and he started to scan. I wasn't paying attention cause I was trying to look up the receipt from the app. Then he told me everything was done and the refunds will show up in my app later, maybe 2-3 days. So I left, but the next day I received an email and showing refund for only 2 items! He missed scanning one of my item! I tried to contact the corporate but they said they didn't receive it. I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned. But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. So here I want to leave a bad review on this store because the staff who took my returns didn't do his job properly. I'm also mad at the corporate because they don't do any further investigation to help the customer. I seriously don't think I will ever go back and shop Zara anymore! Go H&M or Uniqlo. They have wha much better service for sure!

After a couple of other stops, we finished at Macy's because we knew that if no one else had what we were looking for, we'd find it there. We probably should have saved time and just started at Macy's. The team was extremely helpful, routing us to the right places and sizes, making recommendations, helping me find sale items, etc. Hoda was particularly helpful, helping my wife find appropriate sizes when the ones she picked didn't work (women's sizes are crazy, a number should be the same across all items) and getting us checked out in a timely manner. We came for one item and, thanks to a couple of sales, left with three. I probably won't have much use for the women's dress section again, but I'll be coming back to Macy's specifically because of the service we received.

Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE - INFLATING PRICES BEFORE A SALE?…read more I visited Macy's on July 25, 2026, and was excited to browse the Last Act clearance section. While shopping, I found what I thought was an incredible deal: a Mickey Mouse Cartoon-Themed Mid-Drift Sweatshirt. The receipt showed a regular price of $64.00, marked down to a final purchase price of $9.46. I was thrilled with my find and couldn't wait to wear it. However, when I got home and removed the tags, I decided to look underneath the clearance stickers. To my surprise, the original manufacturer's price tag showed the sweatshirt was actually priced at $60.00, not the $64.00 regular price reflected on the receipt and sale tags. As a customer, I found this very concerning. It's not about the $4 difference. It's about transparency and honesty. Seeing a higher "regular price" advertised than what appears to have originally been on the item's tag raises questions about how discounts are being presented to customers. I understand prices can change over time, and retailers may have different pricing structures. However, from a consumer's perspective, it feels misleading when the advertised original price used to calculate a discount is higher than the price shown on the product's original tag. Customers should be able to trust that sale prices and savings are being represented accurately. Because of this, I have already contacted Macy's Corporate Customer Service and provided photographs of both the receipt and the item's barcode tag for review. Again, this is not about the amount of money involved. I still received the sweatshirt for a great price. This is about the principle of the matter and maintaining an honest, transparent shopping experience for customers. Retailers should strive to build trust, not create doubt about whether advertised savings are truly what they appear to be. I hope Macy's reviews this situation and provides clarification regarding its pricing practices. Rating: (2/5 Stars) Great clearance find, but disappointing concerns regarding pricing transparency and customer trust.

The quality is generally decent, and tops are reasonably price, although the denim is outrageously expensive for what it is. My chief complaint is that this store is filthy. I mean it is GROSS! There are huge wads of dust everywhere, and they just roll about like tumbleweeds! Dust is floating through the air, collecting in corners, under tables, near fitting rooms--you name it. It's like no one has vacuumed or dusted in years. I realize some of it is probably lint, but it's not just unsightly, it feels unhygienic, and I can't imagine it's a healthy environment for employees or customers. Does this store have a manager? Has the manager seen this? Let's talk about customer service. On our most recent visit, my daughter provided her phone number to get PAC rewards credit at checkout. The woman at the register could not enter a 10-digit phone number. It didn't matter how many times we called it out. It didn't matter how slowly we told her. I am not exaggerating--we repeated our number at least 15 times. At first it was frustrating, then it became awkwardly funny, and eventually it was just concerning. This a basic task to perform her job. There was no language barrier--something else was clearly going on. If that was just an off day, fine. But if this is a regular issue, management (if they exist) really needs to step in and reassign her to another position. To be fair, she was pleasant and seemed like a nice person. About an hour after we made the purchase, we went back because my daughter wanted something she had put back. A young guy helped us that time and entered the phone number on the first try with zero issues. So clearly, it can be done. PacSun at Memorial City Mall needs some serious intervention.
