I wasn't paying attention cause I was trying to look up the receipt from the app. Then he told me everything was done and the refunds will show up in my app later, maybe 2-3 days. So I left, but the next day I received an email and showing refund for only 2 items! He missed scanning one of my item! I tried to contact the corporate but they said they didn't receive it. I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned.But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. So here I want to leave a bad review on this store because the staff who took my returns didn't do his job properly. I'm also mad at the corporate because they don't do any further investigation to help the customer. I seriously don't think I will ever go back and shop Zara anymore! Go H&M or Uniqlo. They have wha much better service for sure!

After a couple of other stops, we finished at Macy's because we knew that if no one else had what we were looking for, we'd find it there. We probably should have saved time and just started at Macy's. The team was extremely helpful, routing us to the right places and sizes, making recommendations, helping me find sale items, etc. Hoda was particularly helpful, helping my wife find appropriate sizes when the ones she picked didn't work (women's sizes are crazy, a number should be the same across all items) and getting us checked out in a timely manner. We came for one item and, thanks to a couple of sales, left with three. I probably won't have much use for the women's dress section again, but I'll be coming back to Macy's specifically because of the service we received.

I arrived just as the store opened. It was my worse experience at Dillards. I had my receipt with me as proof of purchase. I was immediately notified that if I purchased them two weeks ago they were additionally marked down to 65% and if they did not have the color I wanted they would not give me a price adjustment and if I returned them I could not repurchase them again. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated that I wished I had asked for the jerks name. He was standing at the register helping a woman who seemed to be new because she did not know anything about their policy. I will not step foot in that store ever again. It's like no one has vacuumed or dusted in years. I realize some of it is probably lint, but it's not just unsightly, it feels unhygienic, and I can't imagine it's a healthy environment for employees or customers. Does this store have a manager? Has the manager seen this? Let's talk about customer service. On our most recent visit, my daughter provided her phone number to get PAC rewards credit at checkout. The woman at the register could not enter a 10-digit phone number. It didn't matter how many times we called it out. It didn't matter how slowly we told her. I am not exaggerating--we repeated our number at least 15 times. At first it was frustrating, then it became awkwardly funny, and eventually it was just concerning. This a basic task to perform her job. There was no language barrier--something else was clearly going on. If that was just an off day, fine. But if this is a regular issue, management (if they exist) really needs to step in and reassign her to another position. To be fair, she was pleasant and seemed like a nice person.
