This is the Memorial City location of Old Navy, and it's not bad at all. It's not any more expensive than the others, despite being in a fancy shopping mall area, so we appreciate that side of it. The store does not have an interior entrance from the mall so you have to exit by the ice rink & walk in the elements. Horrible service! It took me an hour to check out on a slow Tuesday evening. 2 cashiers were clearly not trained to handle customers quickly. The manager was just walking around and giving orders to associates on the floor-snapping fingers on people - were you raised in a barn?! I don't understand how she even got managing position with attitude like this. The store was super messy - everything was on the floor and mixed up- it was impossible to find a right size. I have been here several times at various times of the week and there is always a long line. Not because it's super busy but because there's almost never more than 2 people at the register and no one moves with any urgency. They need more people at checkout and it looks like they need new equipment since the employees kept complaining that the computers were freezing. read more

Despite this Old Navy being in a crowded mall, this location seems to always be well stocked. I love coming here for cute, affordable casual clothes. From skirts to dresses to jeans and tanks, Old Navy is one of my go-to places. The only disadvantage to this location is parking. If you want to only go to Old Navy and not browse the mall, it's pretty hard to find somewhere to park near the entrance. read more

I have NEVER seen such treatment of customers. I am a former Old Navy employee and had I treated a customer the way I watched my mother treated today, I would have been fired on the spot. After waiting at checkout for at least 10 minutes, we are told they can't accept cash there and we must go to the end of the cash line. Had they announced this, we wouldn't have waited...half of the line had to move! My mother finally gets to speak with a manager, feeling an announcement should have been made to the people in line prior, and the manager starts putting fingers in her face and asking whether or not she wants her merchandise. They obviously don't care about customer service anymore. That woman had one more time to put a finger in my mother's face before she lost said finger. Formal complaints WILL be filed. I will never ever shop at this location again! read more

What happened to this place? Employees became so disrespectful, very very very poor customer service!!! In the check out all employees keeps chatting with each other and acting like customers doesn't exist! I mostly shop online because I don't have the time to browse and try clothes on in store. However, I do go to this location frequently to make online returns. The registers are sometimes slow but the staff are very nice here. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem with their customer service. The store is not inside the mall so it's easier to park close by and get to. read more

Absolute horrible service! Arrogant employees on duty laughed at me for not being able to find a coupon code I needed as if I was trying to steal something or get a discount unlawfully. Buying clothes is a hard thing as it is. You hope to have people who will work hard and help you with insecurities. This sad person is obviously mad at life. Today I purchased 5 items with a gift card I received as a Christmas gift. I didn't decide to go through the items and the receipt until the end of the day. Come to find out the clerk at the register that was speaking to another employee while she was helping me check out rang up the pair of jeans I purchased twice. I called the store and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He said and I quote "Ok, I guess bring the receipt and we will have to check the tape to confirm the amount of items you purchased". So I decide to go the same night to get this process over with and get my money back. When I get there the manager tells me then he can't check the store footage since he is the only manager at the store and the store is short staffed. Really? Why did he tell me this could be done but when I get there, it can't be done! Big waste of time and a waste of my money that was gifted to me. I won't be shopping at that Old Navy again. read more

When I walked into the store to exchange some items my wife bought for me at another store, only one register was open and I couldn't find an associate anywhere in the entire store. The place was also about 50% a wreck. Close were all over the place. It makes me wonder how 50% of the store can look neat and organized in the other 50% looks like a tornado came through. I do understand how bratty customers can be sometimes throwing stuff down after they try it on or look at it because customers can be entitled these days. However there needs to be a greater sense of urgency to hire staff that keep the store neat. I won't be returning here and I will exchange the items at a different Old Navy. read more
