I received an email saying they couldn't accept my return because the tags weren't on it. I sent everything in tact. They shipped back and sure enough the tags are gone. (Except for when my niece or her friends notice we have the same clothes. Yikes.) Their jeans are my favorite (ladies, they're inexpensive-ish ... compared to $300 designer denim ... and flattering); you'll find *super* sale savings in the back; and if they don't have your size, they'll track it down for you and ship it to you for free. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here, but if I'm at Memorial City Mall, I usually swing in to see what's new. With the changing of the season, I love all the summer dresses, shorts and sandals they've got.

It's been a long time since I shopped at a mall in person, but I needed new slacks so I decided to…read morebrave The Galleria on a weekend to go to Express. Overall I was extremely disappointed (especially with shops like Aritzia setting such a high bar for quality and service in the mall). Express used to be my go-to for work/office attire and I've only ever shopped at this Express location - so I was surprised to find how much it's changed. Service: The service was absolutely *horrible*. There was no one offering any assistance or even greeting you. In fact, most of the staff was standing together just chatting and ignoring customers. I happened to be looking for something specific that another customer was as well, and I watched as she went to ask for helping finding it. The staff barely acknowledged her and the one person who broke away to help didn't even know where the item would be ! Quality: I'm surprised at how much the quality has dipped at Express. I've had the same pair of slacks for years that has held up well, never frayed, and was a thick solid fabric. I came here specifically to purchase another pair. While they still have the exact same pant, the fabric is lightweight and alr3ady coming apart at the seams in store. They also did not have much size selection which I was surprised to find. Price: Their prices are about the same as what they were in the past but with the decline in quality not quite worth it. Unfortunately there are better places to shop to get better quality and service at the same price. I was a long time customer of Express but I doubt I'll be shopping there again

One of the best parts of shopping here is the clearance section. There's always a huge selection, and I've found so many cute dresses for under $30. I was introduced to Parfums de Marly. He recommended Valaya Exclusif, but I chose Delina La Rosee instead. After wearing it at home, I realized it wasn't the right scent for me. I still had the scent of the Valaya Exclusif on my other arm and liked how this settled on me! I should have listened to his recommendations. I returned the next day, and the exchange for Valaya Exclusif was quick and easy, even though I had opened the packaging.. Hamzah's recommendation ended up being what I was looking for. I didn't buy anything but there was some REALLY cute stuff in there. They had bathing suits up (in February ---what!?), lingerie, accessories, awesome belt selection, and all the different types of clothes you can think of. But like I said, the prices is what drove me out of here. I wasn't REALLY in the market to buy anything so I'm sure if I needed something I might have splurged. Even the clearance rack that had old stuff on it was barely marked down from $50 to $40 for jeans. I'd rather go to Lane Bryant where I KNOW the quality will stand on it's own (that's about all I really want to go to LB for anymore though). As soon as I have a wedding or an occasion in mind, I'll return and then I'll know if the quality of the clothing is worth the price or not.
