I'm so glad this Nordstrom Rack opened a couple of years ago! It's easily my favorite location now…read more I used to shop at the Bunker Hill and Sugar Land stores, but this one has the best selection by far. They always have a great variety of items, especially when it comes to clearance and shoes. I love shopping during their "Clear the Rack" events when clearance gets an extra 25% off. It's the perfect time to score great deals and gifts. Parking is plentiful, the store is always clean and well organized, and they offer in-store pickup, which is super convenient. Definitely one of my go-to spots for shopping!

I called the staff since I was confused about the measurements and they were the most patient, lovely, kind, and sweet! There was trouble with the phone and connection they spent 20 minutes maybe making sure it was all good. They then showed us everything we needed, and when we saw some more dresses we loved they werent ins rush and so sweet! At one point, they got 3 workers for us over the phone: two to measure a dress and one to call us on FaceTime showing the dresses. We were on the line with them for about an hour maybe more and they were for sure the sweetest most kind and patient and just amazing ladies!! Not into that, but we ended up getting 4 things! 3 dresses (which spare the prettiest I have ever seen) and a pair of boots which were so fabulousz! We got compliments ALL night long, and felt so confident! Without a doubt, though their clothing is a little bit pricey, the quality is amazing, pieces are stunning, and costumer service is the pure gold!! You won't regret buying something here!!

The salesperson immediately handed the item back to me and said they do not make exchanges or returns on sale items. While every other boutique in the area including the one next door does offer a pleasant exchange return policy this store chooses to treat a customer rudely without hesitation. I informed the sales lady I had not worn the blouse as it still had the tag on it and I would purchase other items as well. This made no difference and she said so. No returns no exchanges the answer is no no no. I said I will not be coming back and she was fine with that too. Rude.

French Cuff is a Houston boutique chain, love to support local small business. I have bought a…read morecouple of pieces in the past from this store, all pieces are quality and keep well. Everything I have ever bought I've gotten so many compliments on. Store is well lit, easy to navigate through, and not overwhelming, dressing room area is well lit so you can really see what you're purchasing before you decide to buy. French Cuff is not a return friendly store. So make sure you truly love what you purchase before you take it home. Customer service is okay, everyone helpful for the most part but that's it just mediocre. Overall French Cuff is a boutique I will frequent as a go to customer for my less causal outfits to purchase.
