Wow, I just love this place! The store is hit or miss with onsite bargains. As I was looking at the racks, everything was a bit jumbled today but that might be from all the holiday sales. I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. Great value for buying for yourself and gifting to others. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. They do sell stuff in store that is not available online. read more

I had a defective pair of sneakers (the sole was peeling off) and called the store to ask if I could return them. The associate I spoke with said she checked with her manager and that they'd honor the return. I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better. read more

Who doesn't like a deal? There are plenty to find at Nordstrom Rack. Situated in the shopping center next to HEB, there is plenty of parking in the huge lot. But beware of the rather rude drivers this neighborhood is famous for. It seems that all of the entitled soccer mom's in their oversized SUVs like shopping here. The store can be chaotic but my last visit, it was pretty orderly due to less merchandise since my last visit before the holidays. Most of the merchandise is split by designers so easy to find the brands you like. They have a huge selection of jeans! But this visit, I was looking for tops. I ended up finding a couple of tops, pjs and sneakers. The dressing room is surprisingly clean. Checkout can get busy but moves pretty quickly. Staff are nice & helpful, but you gotta ask. read more

Barbie puts the rack in Nordstrom Rack, but neither of us love this location. Located at Bunker Hill is this brand new store that seems a little disorganized and doesn't have quite the same quality as some of the other Rack stores that we've been to. Barbie likes it though, and she likes finding good stuff for cheap, but you will have to look extensively to find the really good stuff here. read more

If you are looking to find some great designer deals for less this is the spot. It's a frustrating place to shop though because you find an item and rarely find the next size up or down unless it's a T-shirt or jeans. It's a place to go when you need nice shoes or really nice jeans. I usually use the ship to store from Nordstrom which is more convenient. I do like the jewelry and supersize bath oils you can buy here. I was annoyed that I brought two items up to the register for price check (cause they were not marked) and I was leaving the store and purchased other items. The cashier asked me to put back the item. I was thinking isn't that your job? She obviously needs customer service training. read more

Went here yesterday on heavy rain. After scowling the store, made my purchase and went errands. Alas, when I was trying to resort those purchases, I found that few of my items wasn't in the bag. I'm a huge fan of Nordstrom Rack in store and online. It's actually my favorite clothing store. And today made me even a bigger fan of them. I had made a purchase 11/27 during their big Black Friday Clearance sale. During checkout unfortunately a sandal that got rung up didn't make it to my bag. I didn't check till the following day realizing that it wasn't there. I immediately called the store and told them my dilemma. The person I spoke with suggested I come up to store and speak with the Store Manager Ivanna who was the same person who rung my items up that day. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She was so professional about the mistake, very apologetic and determined to make it right. She even took time to go look for the sandal or something similar. I truly appreciate her customer service and sincerely making huge effort in making this right for me. I will ALWAYS be a Nordstrom Rack BIGGEST fan!!!! read more

I'm a Nordstromrack shopper and I'm so frustrated with this store right now. I ordered a beautiful Kendra Scott picture frame for a Xmas giftfrom the the website, everything went smoothly until I receive the package and it was the wrong picture frame so I called customer service and she walked me through reordering the right frame and she told me to returned it to Nordstromrack bunker hill..then it went down hill from there . First of all the cashier was clicking on the wrong order, she refunded the second order and I was waiting for the package to arrive in 2 days, but she cancelled the order and then had to call customer service..that was a whole mess . Brand names for cheap?! Hells yes! Unlike those who work and make enough money to purchase brand names for retail price, I'm a bumming college student making ends meet to pay for tuition; so if there's a store that sells good quality brands for a cheaper price.. I'm there! I've been to the Nordstrom Rack in Willowbrook, but this location offers more for a better price. My sis and I were shopping for some purses and shoes and found a lot for a good price. We were trying on a butt load of shoes and saved so much money when we purchased them. All is fair in brands for cheap. I'll definitely be coming back to look for more treasures soon! read more

The store was clean when I went but it didn't resemble any Nordstrom I've been too.. Burlington seems like better quality. I needed something quick to throw on due to the weather change & being from out of town. After a while, my neck & chest became itchy & like I was breaking out n a rash. I can't fathom how dirty the clothes must have been for that to happen. Im not saying don't shop here but I'm tempted to throw my items away versus washing them. I like this store- I like the jewelry and little gift section. Shoes are all the way at the back. Sometimes I have a hard time finding clothes that I like here. I also get distracted by all the little sections of toiletries and sunglasses and necklaces and kid clothes so that could have something to do with it. During holidays they get busy but I've never had a bad experience with parking - tho getting from the feeder to the store is kinda a pain. So many parking lots to pass with crazy drivers. #houstonlife I also have seen the store busy and they keep the line loving pretty well. I was at Nordstrom Rack in Sugarland at FIRST COLONY on 07/27/22 in which I experienced an issue of racism by an associate when receiving service to try on a item . This happened around 2:15pm . I went to the Sales Associate to try on item and had another item I was going to purchase . She told me I had to give the item I was going to buy to her to hold . However when I came out of fitting room there was 2 white women going in fitting room with a shopping bag from OFF FIFTH AVENUE and was never questioned . I went to purchase my item at Register and I let her know about racist incident . I told her I was very upset with that service . The Salesperson at Register was very nice and apologize. Don't get me wrong - I'm always in the market for a good deal - but only if it's on something I actually need. When it comes to shopping, I'm extremely strategic, so this store rarely meets my needs. They have a large inventory of bags and shoes, but the clothing inventory wasn't as impressive to me. As a Macy's cardholder, I can often get better deals on Ralph Lauren and other name brand dresses that are the current line than I could by shopping at this store. I also felt like the shoe styles were old-ladyish and still marked up pretty high. Sixty dollars for Nine West pumps from last season, ummm doesn't Ross sell those same shoes for $25!? read more

I'm a big fan of Nordstrom Rack because I like clothes and saving money. What I like about this particular location of The Rack is that they have a fair amount of casual and professional clothes so I can hit two birds with one stone when I stop in here. Also, they infuse the store with new selections frequently and what is offered at this location is always currently in style. When I visit other discount retailers I've been frustrated that the styles are last season or year and I won't be able to immediately wear what I've purchased. I haven't had much luck in the shoe department here but I have a large shoe size so that adds a level of complexity. However, the handbag area is a dangerous place... it may be best for you to avoid the handbags all together... I don't need to go into detail here, you get what I'm saying, you'll like what you find there. I don't see many employees on the floor which is OK with me because they're working where they're needed more, in the dressing rooms and at the registers. The one thing I don't particularly like here is that there is always, always, ALWAYS a line :-( They move it as quickly as they can but they only have 5 or 6 registers and they get clogged up with all the traffic in the store. read more

I've been coming here since it first opened. I like coming here for the great deals on name brand jeans and clothing. Sometimes I am able to find a great deal and other times I can't find anything that I want to buy. Customer service is great here. There are tons of cashiers to check you out. Also, there's a bonus as well. If you do a ton of online shopping from Hautelook or Nordstorm Rack - you can return the items here if it doesn't fit you which is also a plus in my book. I don't have any complaints about this store. It's one of my favorite stores that I shop at. read more

I really like how this Nordstrom Rack is located in the plaza next to HEB and Sam Moon. I would've given it four stars, but I think it's highly unorganized. It can be challenging to navigate yourself around the store. I personally like to visit the other Nordstrom near Galleria. Their selection is better. read more

Store is ok. I prefer shop at Nordstrom rack web-site. But return in this particular store is pure hassle! I bought nice shoes for my 3 y.o. daughter like month ago. She worn it out in... 1 week! Sure I want return bad quality item. But no! I was rejected. Even in store credit. Item should be unworn to be returned. BUT. How can I know that quality is bad before wear it! Also I have complain about return of web-site purchases. In this store it takes time because it's only few personals in-charge in e-returns. And they are difficult to find. read more

As a tourist coming from England, there is nothing more exciting then finding a good, yet cheap clothing and accessories shop - THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Nike, Mac, J-Lo clothing and Nike shoes, plus so so so many more, I could spend hours there!! Really excellent prices, and super nice service, and a huge store too. For the regular bargain hunters, this is your standard Nordstrom Rack. This means that you can walk into the store, and almost anything you pick up will be at least 30-40% off off of its retail price. For the super bargain hunters, this Rack will not satisfy your needs. I've given this location at least three tries since it has opened, and only ever found two deals on purses in the first five minutes of the store's grand opening; A Kate Spade bag at 65% off, and a Rebecca Minkoff bag at 75% off. I went to this location again, and found nothing, so I drove to the Post Oak rack and came back with shoe and clothing finds at 80-85% off. In fact, shoes that I saw at Bunker Hill were 40% off, while the same shoes were 75% off at Post Oak. The only positive of this location compared to the two other stores in Houston, is that it gets in more Tory Burch, Longchamp, and Burberry (belts), than the other stores. All three brands had their items at around 50% off. Not bad, not bad at all. read more

Disgustingly Filthy and Disorganized Store! Beware!! Yuck!!! I saw so many cute, affordable pieces at Nordstrom Rack online, I decided I would travel 30 minutes (each way) to visit the outlet nearest me. Arrived 5 minutes before 11am opening (Sunday) and was one of the first customers to enter for the 25% off red tag clearance. I immediately noticed trash, not dust bunnies or stray packaging material, TRASH that appeared to be discarded food wrappers, on the floor near purses and accessories. Disgusted, but determined, I got past it, but as I was heading for Shoes, I noticed large trailing stains on the carpet. Eeeww! Arriving in Shoes, I was greeted by hundreds, no exaggeration, of pairs of childrens shoes on the floor in an all but impassable heap. No deals of a lifetime here in Shoes. Onward to Ladies Blouses, organized similarly to Children's Shoes but at least hanging, sorta, where I found partially consumed bottles of soda and water atop the display rack. Lovely, just lovely. I was disgusted and done and left empty handed, feeling queasy. The store had been open for less than 15 minutes at this point, so current customers couldn't possibly have had time to make this big a mess. I can only presume all this mayhem was left from the day before and ignored by the staff. No evidence whatsoever of any pride in their store or merchandise. Bunker Hill Rack's idea of a sale is 25% off ridiculously priced items, think $200 casual blouses discounted to $150, nothing remotely resembling what I saw online. I expected a reasonably clean, reasonably organized high end outlet in this upscale neighborhood; not Sak's but at least not a gross mess. I have had far more pleasant shopping experiences at Walmart or even the Family Value Center than at Nordstrom Rack at Bunker Hill. Disgustingly filthy, disorganized and overpriced. I've been a fan of Nordstrom Rack as long as I've been going (over a decade). I even worked at a Nordstrom in college, so I really appreciate this company's dedication to customer service on every level. This Rack is well organized, with a great selection of merchandise. They lose 1 star because the girl in the dressing room was SO cranky with my mom and I. She actually argued with my mom several times because my mom asked if she could leave a return with her, so no one took it from her basket, and my mom said she wasn't comfortable leaving it in her basket. She was also very testy with me when i accidentally locked myself out of the dressing room, oops! BUT, all the other staff we interacted with were beyond friendly, so I'd definitely recommend this location! Be prepared to dig through the racks though! read more

First time here during Black Friday.. the apparel section did not have a huge selection as other Nordstrom Rack's. For some reason I always feel like men's clothing area always has better stuff than women? They did have a great shoe/handbag/accessory area though. I'm a Nordstrom fan, so I gave this Rack a try. Located in an extremely busy shopping center, this store is just north of Memorial City Mall. Now, although there is ample parking, there isn't a tree or any shade in sight -- prepare yourself for summer. The store is not large, but it's well organized and clean. There is a fair amount of merchandise for the size of the store, but I thought there was a lot of baby clothing there -- disproportionate to the size of the store. They have a bit of everything here. If it's a serious event, I'd just go straight to the Galleria store. There are no sales people on the floor, so you're on your own. Check-out could be faster, but it wasn't impossible. read more

The newest Nordstrom rack here in town and quite honestly I stayed away from this one because of the bunker hill traffic and have only been here twice. The selection at this location is mediocre, I never find anything worth buying but the store is very clean. The second time around I went to do a return, the process was quick but the girl who processed my return never said a single word. It was very awkward, no hello, no how can I help you or anything... After a staring contest I just told her what I needed done and that was that. The staff at the sugar land and galleria location are much nicer, their selection is better too. read more

Went here a week ago while waiting on someone for a meeting in the area . The selection is really picked over and these sale prices they talk about were few and far between . I did not find that their prices were that much better than any other department store . The aisles are very unorganized and since the store was so crowded , I had difficulty getting through as a partially disabled person . I don't think I'll be back . read more

The good: Sometimes you find a great deal in the ample stock. Stores are large, clean, well organized and neat, and the clothes are kept in the right size section. The staff is polite and efficient and checkout lines move briskly. Returns are simple and quick. The problems: the dressing rooms are the size of airplane restrooms. The store on Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC plays such loud and hostile music that I can't stay more than a few minutes. read more
