They always have a great variety of items, especially when it comes to clearance and shoes. I love shopping during their "Clear the Rack" events when clearance gets an extra 25% off. It's the perfect time to score great deals and gifts. Parking is plentiful, the store is always clean and well organized, and they offer in-store pickup, which is super convenient. They also give 10% of purchases once a month to local charities. Their customer service was exemplary and their management lead G A definitely made me want to return when I have more time to shop. I called the staff since I was confused about the measurements and they were the most patient, lovely, kind, and sweet! There was trouble with the phone and connection they spent 20 minutes maybe making sure it was all good. They then showed us everything we needed, and when we saw some more dresses we loved they werent ins rush and so sweet! At one point, they got 3 workers for us over the phone: two to measure a dress and one to call us on FaceTime showing the dresses. We were on the line with them for about an hour maybe more and they were for sure the sweetest most kind and patient and just amazing ladies!! Not into that, but we ended up getting 4 things! 3 dresses (which spare the prettiest I have ever seen) and a pair of boots which were so fabulousz! We got compliments ALL night long, and felt so confident! Without a doubt, though their clothing is a little bit pricey, the quality is amazing, pieces are stunning, and costumer service is the pure gold!! You won't regret buying something here!!

She helps me put outfits together and goes above and beyond to get me what items I am looking for. Why I took off a star- There are two other employees that work there (I dk their names) but every time I go in there they seemed bothered if I ask if they have something in another size or if they can price match with online. I went to the Galleria location and they were more than happy to order online for me and price match, but for some reason they never want to do it at city center.... My last experience: I went to buy two items because I didn't want to wait for them to get shipped but they said they couldn't price match, so I agreed to buy it online instead. Then the girl acted like she would do me a favor (i guess they needed the sale) and give me the same discount with a coupon she had in store.... I went ahead and accepted for her to give me the offer, but wasn't content that she gave me pushback; their customer service is lacking big time. Each location offers some overlapping inventory as well as unique choices geared for their local clientele. I was thrilled to see Alyssa at this location! She has a great style and knows her clients' styles well. I always feel comfortable that she will seek out cool outfits that will look good on me AND that will be occasion-appropriate whether it is a luau, trip to the wine country, weekend bumming around, an Aggie football tailgate, or dinner with clients. The Town and Country location is beautiful with lovely chandeliers and sleek interior design. The staff were so helpful this evening (as always) and never made my friend and me feel rushed, even though we were there well beyond the store's closing hours.
