When Pokemon was so popular, people crowding the fountain at the corner of this mall to hunt treasures. The fountain is made of 3 koi fishes spitting to the center. In 2012, it was frozen solid like a perfect ice sculpture. The front building used to be Chase Bank until 2018. It closed due to a minor fire accident. It's now a clinic. When there were no cars and on a clear day, you can see Tan Tan Restaurant 新新饭店 smack on your face. Because it opens late, neon signs normally lit up this mall. During Lunar New Year, the storefront is dressed with festive decorations. Many smaller businesses facing Ranchester which is perpendicular to Tan Tan in the L shaped mall. They are kind of hidden away. Because the parking lot is so crowded during weekends, I rarely come back.
