Since these are items that typically wear out fast anyway, I prefer to not spend an arm and a leg. I've not been so lucky on clothing finds here. Every now and then I find a cute top or fun jeans, but it's rare. One suggestion at the checkout: please stop over selling the TJ Maxx credit card. The first girl gave her spiel and I politely declined, but then the other girl helping the first girl went into the spiel too. Sometimes it's too much and it personally makes me uncomfortable having to say no; especially multiple times. I worked retail when I was younger, so I know they probably have a quota to get to keep their progress up, but please don't repeat it. Maybe the second girl didn't hear the first girl. Just putting it out there.

So team member from self checkout line Maria was MIA while a couple of customers needed assistance,…read moreafterwards, I was making a nice purchase with the med massage equipment, I had to inquire her assistance (no offer to assist). While doing so, she spilled over oil from the top level of the shopping cart onto my person reusable bag, zero acknowledgment. I called it out in a friendly manner, oh the oil spilled. (Nothing from Maria) Noticing it was on my Costco reusable bag, as well as Maria LOUD SILENCE, frustrated me to kissing my teeth, "You spilled it all on my bag". (Maria remained silent no apologies, nor a measly excused herself. Nothing. I only needed her to scan my large box, not my small items knocking over oil and stuff making a mess on my bag which could get in my clothes, and on my seats. Some oil don't come out of things. She didn't even attempt to make up the flaw by bagging or even offering to bag my small items in my bag she spilled the oil on. Lazy lady. Second and third strike is when I arrived home to discover that the med massage is old, broken, USED & Damage!!! I'm talking to the point of rips, tears, physical damage on padding and metal part of handles. It turned it self off, which made me inspect the device. I was in such a hurry to use it, because I was in so much pain. That I didn't even notice it was not even packaged as a new device. No plastic wrap. Nothing. The outlet cap cover fell to the floor. The cord was not wrapped and tied properly at all. It was a complete disaster. The cord was just wrapped around the device which also has damage which look like dust, is that old!!!!! The pad is ripped to the point whereas the stuffing is visible! For a device that's $250. Costco you didn't bother to confirm prior to restocking this on the sales floor??? These are only available once per year for a few days and it's less than 24 hours till the end of Med massage road show. How would I even get my device replaced if I'm unable to visit the store on Sunday before they closed. This is such a huge inconvenience

I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. Great value for buying for yourself and gifting to others. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. They do sell stuff in store that is not available online.

I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

It's enormous and relaxed, and the lines aren't usually too long, but there are other issues with it, and as I said, some of the very unfortunate and mean employees are one of the issues. When I approached the security guard to give him my receipt, he swiped it and walked off. No direction was given. I then proceeded to walk out toward the exit and asked if I needed to remove the rope to get out. He merely looked and stated, that's blocked. Then he made a snarky comment and pointed to the entry door to leave out. I told him that he should probably direct customers to the entry door vs just walking away.He didn't even help to put my basket back with all the bags I had. Much smaller than DFW and with less people living in it. It's a chain that seems to be everywhere, and one which offers better shoe prices, and has the most discounts of the shoe discount stores I've used, and often good selections too. I've been finding less good shoe prices lately, but I still appreciate them being here and this place is still a lot better than some of the more expensive stories.
