She was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. She enlisted another employee, who was also very nice, to help us when we needed some heavy lifting. Tons of speed bumps. I got more help from this store than other stores. I initially started at the showroom in the Galleria area. Picked up stuff at Dacoma store. I came here to get more supplies. Store agents on weekends are more helpful, for some reason. Although, it's a national chain. I learned something new from these helpful employees than any other F&D stores. But I can't come here as often because it costs toll charges. I would, however, come back for inspirations.

I even saw a pair of Tory Burch Sandals on the selling for for $9.99 (not 50% off though). This place is really big and has a kids section as well. This seems to be done on purpose so you can pay extra for them to install it for you. Some products might even take a certain level of experience to put together and get wiring right. The products are good quality and I've used them for years, but it's unnecessarily difficult. Ask them about the user manuals if you want I doubt you'll get anything. I also want to add that sometimes there seems to be user manual but with the pages ripped out. I'm not certain of the legality of that.

The return rep refused two unopened unused items. One item was the wrong batteries. I was informed to call the 800 # for customer service. I spoke with Mark who reluctantly agreed to credit my card instead of offering a store credit. Which was not understood since I clearly had a receipt as proof of payment. The returns person refunded me for all items, removed the store credit. This will be my final visit shopping at all target stores

I have been here four of five times now in the last five months. The workers have been nice and are always stocking something or another in the store. It has never been as crowded as any of the other locations I have been to, but I love the layout of the store itself. It has an open concept design, with lower shelving and things organized in a very aesthetic feel (colorful rainbows, things unboxed and laid on displays, clear signs hanging from ceiling above sections to clearly show what is in each area.) There is a little studio in the very front of the store where mini classes could be held and was super cute. Directly when you walk in, there are seasonal items on display to the front and left of the doors. To the right of the entryway is the checkout lanes and the more themed seasonal decorations with more display shelves to give customers an idea of how the new seasonal decor can be used together to decorate your home (i.e. pink themed Halloween decorations or farmhouse Christmas.) I did not have anything for returns or curbside pickup here, so I cannot attest to the customer service of the managers here. There was always one person assigned to the cash register while the other employees busied themselves with unboxing or organizing, so checkout was always speedy. I did have issue with using my member rewards cash back thing in that it didn't get scanned correctly and I did not get to use my $5...but I do not know of that was a user error on my part or theirs. I had never used them in store before and it was a lot harder to claim than using it online, which was unfortunate. It should just show up in your wallet section like it does in other apps when you get cash rewards.
