This store has remained consistent with being fully stocked, and I can count on them to have what I need. It's a journey to get here unless you live in the area so it's not as easy to access. However, the lines can be long but I notice they have several staff available at the register unlike other locations. Therefore, you are not waiting long. I was able to find a frame that was perfect for the idea that I had. I ended getting two to see which one would work best. They do not have a Runway location here. Overall, I do like visiting this location when I can! Parking is no issue as they have a huge lot, as they are located in strip mall. The value was great for my frames. read more

Tanika or Amika it was 10:45 they close at 11 on our way to check out she's telling us like we are dogs common up we're about to close it's about to be 11. Starts having attitude and screaming at us saying I don't care. We didnt believe she was talking to us so we ask her if she was talking to us and she goes "yes, I'm talking to you"; does a motion with her hand to keep going. We tell the manager he was very understanding, but the experience was not good over all. read more

Not to be confused with Ho Goods, which is probably some kind of stripper wear shop that we frequent, and believe me we frequent those. This is a particularly large HomeGoods store and not a bad one at that. They usually have most of the things that Barbi needs, and I'm sure we will continue coming here in future. She loves these stores and there's one close to our house, but it doesn't have nearly as much stuff as this one does. I don't think they're all that cheap, but then there are plenty of good deals to be found here. read more

Tried to purchasing one of these windmills/fans yesterday but didn't have the space in the car. I was told they could only hold them til the end of the night per their policy. I go back today and see this sticker on both items. They are being held until the end of the following day. Which would be over 48 hours (against the policy I was told about). When i wanted to purchase I was told no and that they made an exception for this customer because they spend a lot of money at the store. This is clear classism and favoritism. I bought a king Foux fur from them because I got a king bed before my husband had a major surgery and what was supposed to be a 5 days, turned out to be more than a month, in fact we are still in the hospital, family members got us 2 more blankets so I tried to return it, I had the receipt and it was not used, but they refused to return or give store credit even though I tried to explain. I have been living in the hospital and went home only twice one of them is when I tried to return. read more

Homegoods is my go to spot for finding nice things for my home. You can find wineglasses, towels, art, kitchenware, clothing and just about anything here. I love to buy my gym clothing from here and they often have top brands . Other nice sections is the beauty department which has many department store brands such as Clinique and Peter Thomas Roth at a discounted price. It's worth checking out before heading to Crate snd Barrel or Macy's and spending a fortune. Definitely try to go on weekdays it's super packed on weekdays. read more

I absolutely love this location! Anytime I go to this HomeGoods/Tj Maxx I leave spending well over $100. They have lots of unique home decor and the TJ maxx side has great fashionable clothes. This location in particular has great kitchen items. Unique and affordable dishes, coffee bar/bar items, towels.. etc If you are anywhere in the area you should definitely stop at this location! read more

I was looking for some new workout clothes and decided to check out this Home Goods because it's pretty close to the gym I go to. Yes, there's a Marshall's right across the street from my gym, but I always like going to HomeGoods because they usually have more selections. When I walked in, I was pretty surprised that this HomeGoods actually share the building with a TJ Maxx right next door. I know they're owned by the same company, but normally Home Goods stores are Marshall's, no? Pretty much the HomeGoods side stick to its name and they sell mostly, well, home goods. Your pots and pans, cooking supplies, decors, pet supplies and whatever; you will find them in Home Goods. The TJ Maxx side? That's where you find your clothing. Your menswear, womenswear, underwear, outerwear, and all kinds of other wears. This HomeGoods is a bit less organized than the ones that I used to. The pet supplies aisle had pet beds all over the floor. I literally had to go around the aisle to go from one end of the aisle to the other. Boo! I also checked out the cookwares section and they didn't have a whole lot of selections here. A lot less than the other ones I've been to. And the cookwares section is also pretty small. Anyway, I went to the TJ Maxx side to find some workout clothes. I could barely find my size because they were all over the place. It's safe to say that I walked out here without any new workout clothes. But I did walk out with some doggie treats. Both stores share the checkout counters. The line was pretty long and there were only three cashiers that were open. However, it moved pretty fast so no complaints there. For convenience, I'd come here because this is the closest location to me. However, I'd rather go to the one off of Katy Freeway and Bunker Hill. It's much nicer. read more

I have to remind myself that the people at this location suck. Yet again I have left after being made very aware that I am being watched on their cameras. I am dressed well, still in my work badge and heels yet this location is known for watching and fixing what you JUST touched. I am only guilty of the color of my skin and being of the neighborhood. It's not my fault people steal from the store. I just see the opened and empty packages LEFT there or the used opened makeup they sell even though someone has been in it. Shame on you! read more

I love home goods to death! So why the 2 star review you ask? Well the cashier I got (Kathy g) basically ruined my whole experience. First she tried to get me to sign for the home good card and when I said no she continued to push almost judging me for not wanting to save money. Then when she started ringing stuff up she came across a Tj Maxx item and we had to wait to get the sticker changed (if they share a checkout why would this be an issue idk). So to be helpful I tried to separate the two for the rest of the items. When I tried to tell her what I was doing she got super condescending and rude. So I got annoyed naturally. She asked what was wrong and I told her. She then said "I don't think I was and I'm not going to argue with you." Ummmm ok then, I wasn't trying to argue, Kathy g. Overall great stuff TERRIBLE service. Won't be going back to this one again. read more

What a dangerous place! Go in just to "look around" and walk out with bags of stuff! This is a great place to pick up small household s like picture frames and the like. It's also connected to TJ Maxx so extra trouble there! This location is very clean, but like all of these types of stores, once the shelves start to get ransacked they never quite make it back to a fully organized status. The checkout line is the efficient kind where there's a single line and you go to the next available cashier. read more

The lines here a ridiculous, they only have 3 registers open at a time. I don't understand if you a two stores merged why would you have only 3 registers working. Especially since it is the holidays you want to have as many associates working and registers open as possible. It seriously took 15 minutes to check out ONE customer. Customer service is crappy. If so I went into HomeGoods later in the evening it was 10:45 at night. I'm well aware they close in 15 minutes I'm just looking for something I have to have that was unavailable at the other stores around me that were a little further away. As i walk in I see an associate behind the display right inside the door and she tells me the store is closed. So I asked her, "I thought you guys closed at 11." she replies, " yes we do but we already made the announcement. as she's trying to get me to leave and I explain to her I am looking for something in particular and you guys probably don't have it but that's all I need to know the garden and it will be before you guys close. I love seeing her doing almost unnoticeable Iroll and I'm like OK can you tell me where the pet stuff is that way I can go down there and basically get gone as what I was getting at. She murmurs/ mutters where it's at obviously not very happy. Then I was approached by a man who is very nice asking if I can be help to find anything and he says no I don't think we have that I said OK that's fine I just wanna make sure and look since I couldn't find it anywhere else and it had to be ordered off-line according to the website. So as I'm going back up to the front of the store I catch a bag of pasta that I haven't seen probably since middle school and that was about 20 years ago and I thought it was the neatest thing yes I know pasta SMH lol. So I'm just looking at it and I'm taking a photo of it and this blonde woman goes we're closed. The whole atmosphere in the whole vibe was like they wanted you out of the store I understand they wanna go home but they act like they're not or they don't ever go into a grocery store five minutes before it closes and try to go grab something. I think they would be pretty pissed if that everywhere they went if they were running late told them they were closed when they're still within operating hours. Retail is a different beast and after this experience I don't think I will ever go back to that HomeGoods or most likely any of them, just because this experience has left a very unsavory taste in my mouth. They have neat things to but there are other retailers who don't act like that. I felt it was a very unwelcome experience and I wanted to share that because that is not how you do service, and it needs to be pointed out. Ok so I love HomeGoods but the customer service sucks. The line was crazy long. They had four registers open with at least 5 employees and managers walking in the back of registers. I go to the jewelry counter she tells me she can't check out my two item. I then asked her to call for a manager with a roll of the eyes she then calls for the manager and the manager said she could check me out. I will not go back bc of the horrible customer service. read more

This Home Goods store is UH-Mazing!! I practically decorated my entire house from this one store. The prices are very reasonably for brand names. The selection is nicer than most TJ Maxx locations. The clearance racks are always full of great steals as well! The selection always changes, so if you need a revamp for your house this is a great place to go! read more

I really enjoyed wandering this HomeGoods store, they had so many neat housewares for fantastic prizes. Compared to other discount stores, they definitely put more effort into merchandising and creating attractive displays. I'm a bargain shopper and love combing through stores to find great deals, I was impressed with the variety and you could easily find cute decor for the whole house here. They have lots of kitchen, bed, bath and nicknacks. The line moved slowly, but the cashier was courteous and friendly. My scores today a 12" cast iron Lodge skillet ($12.99) and a super cute teapot ($7.99). read more
