Love that they have colorful, vibrant choices that can be matched with many accessories(belts, purses, necklaces and earrings sets, sunglasses) and shoes also available at the store. Store attendants are very friendly and will set up a dressing room for you to try their clothes. If you like something at the store and they are not carrying the size at the moment they will search and order it for you or find out what other location carries it and put it on hold for two days. Try to go with a plan of what you need. A bathing suit? Kids clothes? Dress shoes? Don't try to just look at everything because that could quite literally take an entire weekend. The dressing rooms for women only have FOUR stalls. Yes FOUR. And you are only allowed 8 items. The wait was close to 45 minutes. If you want to try on more than 8 items then head to the back of the line again. This place could really benefit from sample sale style dressing rooms. If you love Gianni Bini this is hands down an incredible selection at deeply discounted prices. There are rows and rows of dresses, pants, etc etc. There is also a really nice designer section with previous season finds. For prom dresses or evening gowns this would be well worth a visit because $500 dresses are marked down significantly, and there are plenty of sizes from 0 to 18. The shoe section is very well organized by size and color. Sam Edelmen, Adidas, and Antonio Melani abound. You cannot take shoes into the dressing rooms so I would recommend visiting the shoes once you are finished clothes shopping so you don't have to leave the shoes in a pile outside of the dressing room. There are these gray trolley baskets that you can use for your finds, but they are difficult to navigate through the packed racks and they are also not allowed in the dressing rooms. Once you have your bounty selected get ready to wait AGAIN at checkout. I think it was another forty minutes to check out. Would I visit again? Yes definitely, but I will go very early when they first open, have a more specific agenda, and not be in a hurry. I would also recommend bringing the kids snacks. Only open 12-7. Closed Mondays.

The manager name Anna doesn't know how to manage, unprofessional, and lack basic retail ethics. As soon as I entered the door, the employee name Trey told me that there is an additional 25% off all clearances, and Anna was standing right next to him when he told me this. At checkout, the cashier didn't minus the 25% off my clearance items, she called the manager Anna over and Anna said we don't have that deal. Trey confirmed that he did mentioned to me. It was proven that your employee said it, so it is proper retails ethics to honor it. They didn't honor it and Anna put the blame on Trey, said he's not originally from her store, well, she was standing right next to him when he told me at the door. Why didn't she correct him at the time so I would know before I started shopping. We were there for an hour and my daughter got some things so I didn't want to disappoint her to not buy anything due to their poor principles. It's not about the money, it's about proper retail principles! You don't want to admit you were wrong and have to offer the discount for this transaction, then you lost potential sales from all the times that we would've came back. That's what happens when you're not properly trained and educated in management. The cashier had more manners and proper customer service than the manager, she actually apologized because she knew it wasn't right either. They are lucky I wasn't doing secret shopper for this store, or they would've completely fail their inspection. I will bring this to corporate's attention.

They always have a great variety of items, especially when it comes to clearance and shoes. I love shopping during their "Clear the Rack" events when clearance gets an extra 25% off. It's the perfect time to score great deals and gifts. Parking is plentiful, the store is always clean and well organized, and they offer in-store pickup, which is super convenient. Definitely one of my go-to spots for shopping!
