Donation in Houston, Texas…read more.. When I saw my niece's dorm room, I thought: What are you going to do with all of this stuff??? She has to clean out by Sunday, and it was Thursday! Yikes! She said, "Don't worry, auntie, some of it will go to Goodwill!" Okay... she's a smart kid... she had two large boxes packed when I picked her up on Friday... yay! By the time I took two photos outside of Goodwill, she was done with her Donation! Wow! That was quick! #reuse #recycle #reduce Take care of our planet!

After the process it was the location of choice. I arrived there around 6:20 am. The wait was horrendous so many people needing help we are parked on the street which is very unsafe however there is security on location. You wait in this line for hours to get a small portion of food which generally cater to Hispanic. I dont come most of the time because the wait is too long restrooms are not available so for people who have a bladder illness this is not good. I've had several incidents waiting for so long. I don't know what the solution is but I just try to buy a little food at a time. I'm here in this line to see what they have to offer. So many people are food deprived and they have no choice but to wait on some kind of food. I just come to see if I can at least get some necessary services. Most of the staff is very professional and friendly. Once the line get moving it moves pretty fast. I can't wait 3 hours for bare minimum help. I appreciate what they offer for people that really needs help. God please bless every hand that helps these people. I believe the time spent here could be better the food value is okay. Please check the dates on the food. The value of what's given out don't match the hours waiting. Some of food is good but most I've seen is outdated. The value is okay I have not had any issues with getting sick. So I do recommend if you need food.

I came here today to drop off my junk. I know they are other people's treasures. It has the cleanest and coolest air conditioning inside. All prices are standard for brand name and off-brand clothes. But the racks are mixed with everything from one entire family. While I was browsing through men's trousers, I found a bra and a size 16 pants. Wow. Not appetizing to me. I literally flipped through the entire rack for a pair of size 36 jeans. No luck. Oh well. I know they have challenges finding employees. It's ok. Just another large Goodwill Store in Houston.

Sometimes you'll find shirts for $6 or sweaters for $10. Such a steal and great quality. Many times times they have 60-80% off regular price. Stop by and check it it out.

I didn't buy anything but there was some REALLY cute stuff in there. They had bathing suits up (in February ---what!?), lingerie, accessories, awesome belt selection, and all the different types of clothes you can think of. But like I said, the prices is what drove me out of here. I wasn't REALLY in the market to buy anything so I'm sure if I needed something I might have splurged. Even the clearance rack that had old stuff on it was barely marked down from $50 to $40 for jeans. I'd rather go to Lane Bryant where I KNOW the quality will stand on it's own (that's about all I really want to go to LB for anymore though). As soon as I have a wedding or an occasion in mind, I'll return and then I'll know if the quality of the clothing is worth the price or not.

Both are so cute! I saw other pieces I wanted but I definitely didn't need any more items. The staff here was so sweet. They had a 30% sale on marked items and the majority of pieces were on sale. My mom purchased two shirts and a really adorable sweater. I'll be back in six months or a year, lol.

Barbie is not a fan of these clothes by any stretch of the imagination, because they're just a little bit too conservative, flowery, and dressed down for her. They're in the Memorial City Mall, so there's a lot of competition, and while service is nice, I don't think prices and products will be enough to keep us coming back here regularly.
