They're worth a lot of money and they're usually rare and quite fashionable. This store has a lot of top sneaker brands like Yeezy, Nike, and Adidas. I come here all the time before I go looking online. A lot of selection. I always send friends he to get shoes legit checked because I trust their sneaker knowledge over most shops in the area. They just opened up their whole store online and made it easier to look for everything. I have sold a lot of shoes here and have gotten too dollar in return. I heard a lot of good things about this store, but was very disappointed with my first visit. The store itself is very hip and unique, and the shoe selections were surprisingly diverse. My biggest problem was the customer service. The employees were either heavily on their cell phones or too busy goofing off with their friends (who I can tell swing by there a lot). I don't consider myself a "sneakerhead" and was curious about a lot of things. When I tried to get the employees attention for some more information, they were all clearly annoyed and didn't even bother to not make it look obvious. I'm not a sneaker head but i do love a good pair of tennis shoes. This spot has a great selection of shoes. Everything from air max to jordans. They may not have your size because it is a consignment shop but you are sure to find something. They don't buy shoes, but they will sell them for you. The harder to find the shoe, the higher the prices but that's normal. I did find a good pair of hurraches for 50$. They look as if they never have been worn. This store is a waste of time and I would not waste my time or money going in to it again. I've done so twice and learned my lesson. They have zero customer service and act entitled and only cater to those it seems like who are just as detached from reality as they are. Prices are set higher than the market. Damaged goods even are and when asked to even consider negotiating bc goods are damaged they insult you. I will never come back and I will take my cash somewhere else. Austin is a way better city for premium goods and deals. Heck I'd rather even buy from StockX and wait rather than give this store any money. When I need supreme this is my go to. If you look on apps like stock X or GOAT you can see the same items for cheaper at this store. Supreme back packs start at $270 but they're well stocked on items you can't find anymore. Customer service was great. The store was cool. It's unique. But the reviews are all true, the service is garbage. The employees don't even acknowledge you when you walk in, and when you ask for help, they half-ass assist you. They're really good at laughing behind the counter though, I will say that. And this last thing is kind of opinionated, but the shoe sizes were very limited. It's like if you don't wear a size 11-12, the chance of you finding the sneaker you want aren't likely. The organization was severely lacking along with their professionalism. I wanted to buy a $400 pair of shoes but they couldn't find the second shoe. After nearly an hour we left with the understanding that they'd call when it was located, they never did. When we called back they said they were trying to find our number. Called back again 4 days later to buy over the phone, they said they had them in the same size but we had to change our PayPal address if we wanted to get them shipped to a different address. We said we were calling right back. Not even 5 minutes later we did, we confirmed they had the shoe and specific size AGAIN, then when we are about to make the purchase they said they didn't have that size anymore. So! I came here during Winter Break! To start off I have mixed feelings about this place. I like it but I know this place could be 10 times better. Anyways I came here to buy my Christmas gift . They have a lot of options to choose from but it's a consignment shop so they won't have a lot of size available. I understand that, they also have a lot of cool Bape pieces and Supreme pieces. So the thing that I really hated about this place was the people who work here, like deadass! They look like they didn't give 2 flying ducks about you. I was looking and then I asked this dude working there if they had the Travis Scott Air Forces on a size 9 and he gave me a nasty look and was the things that you see on shelves are the only things we have in stock. He was like kinda annoyed when I asked him that, if I was the manager I would've fired him because it's your job to give customer satisfaction. However! The only nice person in there was this y'all white dude, he sounded a bit Hispanic but as soon as he spoke to me I was like yeah he is dope he's cool and he's doing his job right.
