1 star. My boyfriend…read morewent into SuitMart to pick up my dad's suit that was being tailored. Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.

I was quoted 20 minutes on the wait time but it ended up being over 30 minutes, which is fine except another buyer came in after me and their buy was completed before mine. I only sold one item for $8, which doesn't make any sense because I have name brand items and they are in better and cleaner condition compared to what's in store. Like I said, I probably will not do any selling or buying anytime soon because the integrity and value of this place has really gone down in the last year and a half or so. One of the items I saw on the floor today was a Lululemon workout top for $28 and the biggest problem was that it had a giant stain on it. Granted, you should wash any items you thrift, but it shouldn't be sold on the floor in a dirty condition and for $28. Crazy! Save your time, money, and/or items to sell and go elsewhere unless/until this store location shapes up again and realizes true value and integrity for its items and what's sold in store.

It was 2 days before Lunar New Year and I was desperately looking for a new outfit to impress my coworkers. I came here right before they were closing. I told the ladies I need a long shirt of size 46. The size was not the problem but the fabric needed to be firm and stiff. There are soft and flimsy type but they feel like a jersey not fashionable for my money. I planned to spend about $40 for my new outfit. Because these clothes were manufactured overseas by many different factories, the sizes and styles are so vastly different. After about 45 minutes of trying everything they got, I gave up. I'll just have to try again next year.

This month, I am gonna score big with the 10th Anniversary promotion to earn bonus points by answering surveys. So... More points to redeem during the long weekend. I learned shop smarter online for shoes from Skechers during the CoVid pandemic. I used to spend hours to try shoe after shoe. After knowing the names of those trademarked features, all I do is to glance through the store by taking photos of attractive and functional shoes with the box. Then, I go home and match the feature terms from my wish list. Finally, come back to try them and make the purchase. Here is my list to save time at Skechers: - Goga Mat insole is far better than Air Cooled Memory Foam. - Arch Fit Insoles from 2020 made hard outsole shoes comfortable. - Max Cushioning has thicker outsole and better balance for active wear. That's the feature I like after I followed Step-ups for years. - Goodyear Performance outsole is made with recycled tires, very tough and feels like I am wearing tires. - Hyper Burst midsole acts like spring when you walk, perfect match with Goodyear outsole. - Massage Fit is the newest midsole in 2022. It has lots of cushion on the heel but not around tow box. - Ultra Go is a premium lightweight midsole. It makes Max Cushioning top of the line. - Glide-Step is a midsole from 2019. They usually go with Goodyear outsole and memory insole. - Skech-air has a bubble on the outer heel. Looks good but not functional. - Skech-knit is the shoe upper and looks like sweater. - Stretch Fit Slip-on works like a sock. It is one continuous piece on the lip. Laces became a decoration with these loose-fitting shoes. Not sure if inflation has to do with shrinking shoe size. I always wear size 11. But now, I found size 9.5 fits perfectly.
