I emailed for an exchange and was told that they do not do exchanges. After going back and for with emailing someone I was told how to return the item. When I returned the item I thought (which was my mistake) that I could send a prepaid shipping form to get the new replacement item ( the correct size ) faster. I was then told my money for the purchase would be refunded in 7 - 10 business days and that the do not refund shipping. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this retailer...!!!!!!
