I wanted to thank Demetrius (store manager) and Nathaniel for the exceptional service they provided to my son and I. We had one day to find a suit and get alterations. My son picked two nice suits and Demetrius guaranteed they would have the alterations ready by noon the next day which they did. Great service, great value, and great quality suits Also, we were greeted by a gentleman who was leaving out as we were walking in the store. He was very nice. He saw me and my son hugging and joked with about it. My son then asked if he wanted a hug and he said sure. So my son gave him a friendly hug. We later found out that he was the owner. I came in Monday 10/02/23 for a couple suits. I didn't know my size or really what I was looking for in general other than some suits. Charlie came right up to me upon entering the store, welcomed me, asked if I needed assistance finding anything. He helped me with the entire process and made it very easy. I left with 2 perfect fitting suits, 2 buttoned down Oxford style dress shirts, a belt, and 5 pairs of socks. Fantastic job Charlie!! I will be back just to buy from Charlie again. I'm impressed with the wide variety and selections of suits they have to offer, however their service is indeed need of improvement. During my initial visit, I was there for quite awhile by myself in search of the perfect suit for 6 men for my wedding. There were a couple of clerks standing around, though not once did anyone approach me or asked me if I was in need of any assistance. I had to chase a gentleman down to ask a quick question, when the result was, he didn't know squat! I quickly tried to get a hold of a woman who was helping two gentlemen, and she seemed to know what she was doing. I patiently waited for her to finish, and she proceeded to help me. Georgette got my information down as far as my name, number, wedding date, and the number of suits I needed. I brought a suit to my liking, and she coordinated the color of the tie for me. I told her to give me about a week or two to get all the guys in town to try on their suits and do their fittings. She gave me her personal number and I trusted her to help me through this entire process. Throughout the two weeks I had called and texted her, leaving messages to update her on what sizes to pull, what day I was planning to come with the guys, and the time. She never responded to me once. I ended up coming up there with all my guys on a Monday afternoon and requested for Georgette. I was then told by a lady name Rojas that she was off for the day. Great. Rojas ended up taking over, though I just felt frustrated with the whole thing as I had to start from scratch of explaining everything to her and getting all the guys sized up. It was a long 2 hours and I just really wanted this to be as organized as possible. Instead I felt like everyone in the store was a little all over the place. She was helping someone else then coming back to us... and mind you I had 6 guys with me... We finally figured the whole mess out and picked out the right suits and ties. Rojas was nice and helped us through it all, though I was a little frustrated with her going all over the place. I told her I would be back in a few weeks to bring my dad in to pick out a suit. Came there on Sunday afternoon, saw a gentleman there at the door and requested for Rojas. He stated that she was with a customer and she would be right out. He came off sorta rude, however I literally just wanted to be in and out of this store. After waiting around for Rojas (seems like we do a lot of that there) she finally came out to help us. Spent a good 45 mins with her helping my dad and finally we checked out. She took forever checking me out, and I didn't understand what was taking so damn long. Finally after figuring all that bs out, my family decided to look at more suits while I drag this other suit I just purchased around. Rojas then approached me and asked if I wanted her to hold the suit in the front while we keep looking, I said sure. When it was time to leave, I walked over to the front to get my suit. She then informed me that she forgot that I needed to sign a receipt that states I received my suits... umm okay... hey guess what! That took another 10-15 mins of her trying to figure how to get that bs printed. I'm not sure if Rojas knows what she's doing, but she really pisses me off with having me wait around, wasting my effing time. While waiting for Rojas, guess who shows up. Georgette. She suddenly recognized me and asked if I found my suits yet. Trying to make small talk with me and asked me a bunch of questions regarding the suits I picked out, I informed her I have been trying to get a hold of her. She then responded that she did not get any calls or messages.... well then that's unfortunate. She then explained to Rojas that she was taking care of my wedding and it was all written down on a form with her name on it. Please stop trying to take a sale that you were not interested in keeping up with your clients. She was adamant that this was her sale but I had no damn time to waste. Bye! We went to Suitmart looking for a tuxedo for my husband (two weddings!), and from the moment we walked in the store, the service was beyond excellent. Gary took seconds to choose the perfect tux for my husband, then Nate took over to get all of the accessories. We got such an incredible deal that we were able to get my husband a gorgeous designer jacket, slacks, and two great shirts to complete the look. We absolutely will go to Suitmart first for any future clothing needs for my husband. I wish they had a sister store for women!!! read more

Service was subpar from beginning. Georgette, one of their managers, handled my wedding party. She was very abrasive from the very beginning, to the point where my husband had to let her know she was being harsh. We had 5 groomsmen and my two brothers who walked me down the isle all get their tux as well as the groom. One of my brothers tux was never tailored yet, he was charged $80 for tailoring. On the night before the wedding when he went to try out on, is when he figured out they never touched his pants or jacket, it was too late she's Georgette was very unapologetic about it all. Done of the other groomsman said after she called and told them their tux were ready, tailoring included, they had to take them back because they had not been touched. She also tried to charge them again when they brought their tux back. The fact that Georgette was so rude and on top of that my brother tux was too big and we had to make a miracle the day of the ceremony, I'd never refer anyone else here again! read more

The manager is very rude. She's obviously overwhelmed during graduation time which is personal. Get some help and your load wouldn't be as heavy loud mouth! The way she spoke to the younger mothers just blew me. I really needed what I was coming there for or I would've left. Big mouth wouldn't have got my service! Selection of suits is great! Would not recommend. Very disappointed. I went to purchase dress shirts. Was measured and even handed the shirts that were told they would fit me. Once I got home I found they were way too big. Tried to exchange them but because of the "covid-19 store policy" no returns were allowed. I can understand, but at the same time I was given incorrect fitting shirts by their staff. I asked if they could give me a complimentary altering so the shirt they gave me would fit. That couldn't be done either. Was just told nothing could be done. Really? Absolutely nothing could be done? Now I'm stuck with $60 dollars worth of useless shirts. I would not recommend. read more

My experience with suit mart started out rough. I had a large wedding party and needed 15 tuxes. Almost all of my groomsmen were from out of town and sent me their measurements. I have all measurements to the first person I was working with and he said everything was all set. I call two weeks out from my wedding date and he said he had not even ordered them yet and we wouldn't be able to get shoes. All the sizes that the previous person I was working with were incorrect mostly too small so we couldn't even have them altered.Over the course of the next two weeks I was running around trying to scramble and then I got I call from Georgette! She was taking over my wedding, because the previous employee was no longer working with the company, and she took care of everything. Once everyone in the wedding party flew into Texas she got us all fitted, altered, and finalized within 3 days and was able to get us shoes. We actually would have been in such a bad place without her taking over but she swooped in and saved the day. She is extremely kind and so fun to work with. If you are in the fence just go in and ask for Georgette and she'll take care of everything! read more

My father and I traveled to this location from an hour away and were dissatisfied with our service initially. Most of the staff is friendly but not the most professional. Then Ms. Inez the operations manager stepped in and accommodated us. She made sure we were satisfied customers by the time we left this store. We were so thankful for her coming to the rescue! They do have good deals on clothing and generally do have decent customer. However on this date 4/27/19 at approximately 3:30 PM, went to alterations to pick up a suit. After ringing the bell twice and waiting for five minutes, I asked a sales associate if there was someone in alterations. She stated there should be and rang the bell several times, then left me standing there. After another 5 minutes an employee came out from another door. I asked her if she was from alterations. I stated another sales associate rang the bell several times but no one came out. She stated she was from alterations and the bell was only rung once. I stated that was not true and she said I was wrong (I guess i didnt see myself and the associate ringing the bell then). Gave her my ticket to retrieve my suit and she returned with it. Did not ask if i wanted to try it on to see if it fit ok, just handed it to me. Customer service needs work. read more

This is about the most enjoyable retail experience I have had in recent memory. I do not wear suits. I wouldn't know where to even begin when buying one. But I needed a suit for an interview. What's more, I got to Suitmart late in the day and the interview is tomorrow! No problem. Jessie took charge of the situation. She sized me for the suit, helped me pick out the shirt, tie and shoes. They needed to hem the pants, but the seamstress was on her way home. She stayed over to get it done. Several people in the store got involved in making sure I had what I needed, and they all wished me well on my interview. I felt well taken care of here. Suitmart doesn't look like much from the outside, The windows are blacked out. The front door is actually not on Harwin, but around the corner. There were only a few cars in the parking lot. I wasn't even sure if they were open. I was about to drive on and find another place. I'm glad I went in. The service was far better than I expected. The entire suit, shirt, shoes, hemming and and tie was just a little over 200 bucks. A completely enjoyable experience! Highly recommended! read more

Way more organized but also more expensive than Suits U. They have almost as many suits as Suits U but 10xs more shoes. The staff isn't as attentive or willing to help. They were joking around with each other instead of helping us. Also they didn't even know what they had in inventory. They all have different answers. read more
