I made a qualifying purchase based on that offer, but the promised credit never appeared in my account. I contacted Republic Boot Co. twice by email seeking clarification and resolution, but more than a month later I have received no response. Because I was unable to obtain a response directly from the company, I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Office of the Attorney General. My frustration stems not only from the unresolved issues themselves, but from the consistent lack of communication and follow-through. Republic Boot Co. produces beautiful products, but in my experience, promises made to customers have not been honored, and customer service concerns have gone unanswered.
