I had lost about 2 inches on my waist by the time my suits came in (about 8 weeks I think). Corrie did a great job with the adjustments. They do in-house tailoring and the turn around time was very quick (less than a week for mine). I recently wore my peach jacket with blue pants to a wedding in San Diego. I was by far the best dressed and received compliments from all of my friends and even strangers. Will definitely be back to add to my suit collection.

I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

They were comfortable, but much to my disappointment, the soles had zero traction and I was certain I'd slip and fall if I wore them out of the house. Al re-soled them for around $35 (if memory serves) during the week of Thanksgiving in 2025 in around 3 days. The soles look seamless and no one would be able to tell that they weren't the originals. They have solid traction on the ground and I am happy to report that I have not slipped once.

The boutique was smelling so nice inside, many of the oil fragrances were there throughout the store. Most of the stuff here was different and unique but was way pricier compared to other boutiques. Service was responsive and the measurements took little time at all. A week for the final product seems reasonable and appropriate. However I imagine it could be expedited if you need that. When I grow up, I want a Tom Ford bespoke tuxedo.
