So I told her what I was offered and she said abruptly then maybe you should take it there instead and turned her back to me and walked away. I was raised in retail working at my family's retail stores and my father taught me to always treat your customers nice even if you don't agree with what they're asking. He told me that one mad customer can hurt your family business because they will tell their friends and you will lose. So a word for improvement to Jewelers Bench - always be nice to your customers no matter what!

I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

We were confronted by the rudest store clerks that we ever had the misfortune to meet. While I was shopping, my husband asked if he can use their restroom but instead of being shown some courtesy -- he was turned away with a dismissive tone "it's for vendors only." True or not, my husband appealed but was treated harshly and ignored. The two clerks on duty were just busy chitchatting at the counter.i don't think we will ever go back to this place, finalize our contract, much more trust them to take care of our business .
