I do not believe I should be required to agree to new terms in order to receive property that I have already paid for. Over the past several months, I have documented repeated missed deadlines, broken promises, inconsistent communication, poor workmanship, alteration issues, and the refusal to provide itemized receipts and invoices despite my repeated requests. Throughout this process, I was never able to properly fit into my wedding dress. I attended approximately four separate "final fittings," and at each one I explained that the dress was so tight I could not even sit down comfortably. Rather than correcting the issue, I was told that "beauty is pain" and that some women simply sacrifice sitting throughout their wedding day. That was never my expectation or what I paid for. I repeatedly requested that additional inches be added so I could comfortably wear and enjoy my dress on my wedding day. I was then told my dress would be ready for pickup on June 29, 2026. However, I was unable to pick it up because the dress had not been cleaned. Blessing and Oksana had previously told me the boutique would have the dress cleaned before pickup. Instead, I was given the option of either taking the dress without it being cleaned and having it cleaned myself or waiting until they cleaned it. This conversation is also recorded. It was only after I moved all communication from text messages to email to create a clear written record that I began seeing previous representations changed or denied. I was later told that Estelle Bridal never agreed to make my gown into the two-in-one dress I purchased and that cleaning the dress had never been part of the agreement, but was simply a "favor" or "act of kindness." However, I have recordings and documentation that I believe are inconsistent with those later statements. From my perspective, there has been a consistent pattern of shifting explanations, changing expectations, and reframing prior conversations in a way that has made resolving this matter extremely difficult. Instead of enjoying the months leading up to my wedding, I have spent countless hours documenting communications, following up on missed commitments, and purchasing backup dresses for both myself and my bridesmaids because I no longer had confidence the original orders would be completed as promised. I also requested to cancel my wedding dress order and the bridesmaids' dresses and requested refunds due to these ongoing issues, but those requests were denied in lue of taking the reviews down and waiving my legal right. Today, 7/9/2026 I am left with broken promises instead of the refunds I was promised for my wedding gown and bridesmaids' dresses stated in email and via phone. I have endured missed phone calls from Florence, a constant stream of back-and-forth emails, refusal to release my paid-for wedding dress and bridesmaid dress, and refusal to issue the requested refunds for wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses.

The owner was not willing to deal with us and would leave us to deal with someone who is her helper and helps with the tailoring. I appreciate the intent of Olivia's to honor curves and carry exclusively plus sized gowns. I was a little nervous to go dress shopping, as a woman with a full bust, so I was excited to know that the gowns I'd be trying here would fit. And for the most part, they did. Nicole was nice enough, but not overly friendly or excited. To me, it felt like I was just another bride and appointment to get through before she could go home. That may not be what she was feeling, but my family and I all separately felt that from her. Before the appointment started, I was asked to read and sign a one-page, front and back document, explaining all of their rules. I get why they do this, and, as a former bridal consultant, I'm aware of what customers can sometimes pull, but it ruined the mood to start an appointment with signing a contract like that. And since Nicole wasn't that warm or welcoming to begin with, I definitely didn't feel special or like what was about to happen was going to be fun or empowering. I explained to her what I was looking for and she pulled a three options. I didn't end up loving any of them after trying them on, so she went back and grabbed two more, with one more that I wanted to try. I liked it on, but I couldn't take a picture of it. I understand private labels don't want people posting images of their designs, but why not include an NDA in the list of rules you had me sign so I can take a quick picture just to remember what it looks like? I can GUARANTEE they are missing out on sales because after you go to two or three appointments, and try on 10-20 gowns, it's impossible to remember exactly what one dress looked like from your first outing. If you can't compare them, it's unlikely you're going to chose the one you don't have a photo of. After I tried on the one gown I liked, Nicole said she didn't have anything else that she thought I'd like. The dresses aren't out for you to browse so I had to take her word on it. I showed her photos from their Instagram account and she said she didn't have any of them in store. She said they may get more inventory early next year, but that doesn't help me now. Her attitude really felt like she just wanted me to leave. So after about 35-40 minutes, I left. It costs $35 to make an appointment and even if you show up, you only get your money back if you buy a dress same day. I came into my appointment knowing I wouldn't be getting my money back, but also assuming I'd be able to try on a few more than four dresses. I really feel like I got jipped out of my money. $35 for an apathetic attitude, four gowns, and an "I'm sorry I don't have anything you'll like" after advertising multiple things on Instagram that you don't carry, nowhere stating that they're a part of a trunk show? Personally, I don't think coming here is worth it. You can go plenty of places and get a better experience without a deposit. And again, I know what some customers can pull, so I get a deposit to keep your spot, that they could keep if you don't show up, but why not refund the ones who do? Especially when you're the one claiming you have nothing for me? All that to say, I wasn't going to leave any kind of review and I chalked it up to a bad day on her part. But this morning, I got this text from her. Needless to say, I think our conversation speaks for itself. After all that happened, you're trying to gaslight me by saying "I had a different experience than you remember"? It's unprofessional, pushy and just screams that you want to make a sale and don't really care about my wedding, my experience or anything else but my money. I went to Unbridaled and found my gown. Even though it was too small for me to try on, I said yes because they were so friendly, positive and helpful. I love the mission of this boutique but the intention gets lost in translation.

We first looked at David's Bridal & the dresses were bland & overpriced for what your were getting. I met the owner & he was very friendly & very helpful. I ended up purchasing her a dress ($49) & a petticoat to make the dress wider. My daughter loved her dress & the bride was extremely pleased herself. This place is a one stop shop for your bridal needs (flower girl dresses). If you need a flower girl or hostess dress, or looking for dresses for the fifteens, this is the place. I will definitely be back to expand my daughter's hair bow collections.

The reason for 4 stars is because the sales lady asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. I told her I was looking around and if I needed help I would definitely ask her. But she kept coming back showing me dresses that I really didn't like and I felt bad telling her I didn't like them. She kept following me around the store and I would've liked her to just step back and let me look without any pressure. And when I got a dress she took it away from me and took it to the changing area. When I approached the area she took it off the hanger to try on, which is fine BUT when I asked her how much the dress was again she got another hanger that was not the one my dress was hanging on and gave me the price of $89 when the dress was $59 (the prices are marked on the hanger). So be very careful when you pull a dress, look at the price before they take it from you to hold. Cause they might change hangers and give you a higher price than what it originally was. I did not take the dress and after I told her it was too expensive she did try to cut me a deal but I still didn't take it. There were other people there negotiating prices and it sounded like the staff was giving them discounts. So you might want to ask for a deal. If you have an event coming up, definitely come here to look around the prices are affordable. And the dresses are of good quality!
