Employees and Owner is rude af. I came here to find a prom dress option the other day and the second I entered the employees gave us a stank face. We then proceeded to look around the store and nobody was helping us. I then found a dress I wanted to try on and we asked if we could. The employee then proceeded to say that the dress cost around $600 which was odd because we didn't ask for the price.... we then asked again if we could try it on and then said she will go ask the owner. Went there today!!! They were very nice and brought out the Austrailian Designer Portia and Scarlett dresses that my daughter wanted to try on. I do wish they would carry samples in larger sizes. Zeros fit so few females. But, we ordered the one she liked. All done for prom 2022!!! I noticed people of all races and ages shopping for a variety of events. I even got a hug from another mom For us both being successful without a fight with the daughter! Wow. So the customer service alone deserves five stars. They have a wide selection of different styles. I went in needing a ball gown and had no idea of what would look good on me. I'm 5'2 with plenty of curves and worried a long gown would be frumpy on me. They picked out some gowns they thought would be good and I found the perfect gown in my budget. The dress was fantastic quality and they had a large selection for all size ranges. If you go in with an idea of what you want and they don't have it they will even try to order it for you. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the selection. It's well worth the money and I think the prices are extremely reasonable for floor length gowns. read more

This will be one of my favorite formal dress boutiques. We went in on a Saturday which was one week before me daughter's 16th birthday party. Most of the stores didn't have her size but VIranski not only had her size but many choices for her size. The dress she loved the most unfortunately they didn't have in her size. The manager or owner looked up the dress and advised us that he could have the dress delivered by Friday while the other stores said 10-14 days. No additional costs were added plus he gave us 20% off. The dress was in by Friday as promised. Great customer service. My daughter received so many compliments on her dress that night! If you're black and/or over a size 8, I highly recommend that you don't visit this shop. The shop owner was very rude and abrasive and honestly my experience there was the worst that I have ever been treated when shopping. As soon as I walked in the guy at the front told me they don't have my size (I never even told him my size). Two days before, I had gone to the shop and spoke to his colleague who told me that they did have my size and that I should drop by on the day in question to try dresses on. the guy at the front literally followed me throughout the store and wouldn't even let me browse. every time I touched a dress he would say loudly "we don't have your size). I was literally looking at the dresses that were in my size because the sizes were on the tag and there was another girl who was plus sizes trying on dresses next to me as he told me I couldn't fit anything there. I went here 2 weeks ago to buy a prom dress and I was very pleased at first. When I tried on the dress it didn't zip all the way up and the young lady that was helping me didn't even tell me because I guess they were just trying to make a sale. My mom was the one who told me but I got it anyway because it was only half an inch not zipped up. A week later when I tried it on again I got it to zip all the way up. When I tried to take it off it the zipper was stuck. Even after tugging it a million times it still would not unzip. So, I had to pull it over my head to get it off hoping it wouldn't rip, gladly it didn't. I called this store the next day to see if they accept returns or exchanges and they said no. I find it crazy that they don't do either. THEY SOLD ME A DEFECTED DRESS and now they are basically saying I can't get my money back or exchange it for a new one. They have nice dresses but their policies and customer service is HORRIBLE. read more

Today my bridesmaid & I decided to browse a few shops in Harwin to see if we can find dresses for the girls. Originally I was going to buy them from Azazie but I found dresses very similar at these stores. Viranski was my fave shop so far! The girls are friendly and very helpful answering your questions. The guy was willing to help me so I can get what I want for the bridesmaids. We didn't order or buy today but once I gather all my BMs we will be coming back to order from here. The dresses range from $69-129. The dresses from Azazie were $119-140. I will give a later update once the girls order their dresses and review how that process goes. read more

Terrible customer service!! Stay away!! Ordered two dresses and both were delivered on time but in the wrong sizes. Time did not allow for a reorder and owner did not offer any assistance. Paid over $140 for alterations in an attempt to make the dress fit correctly. read more
