They also have shoes(both in regular & wide width)jewelry, body shapers, dresses and more. You are greeted every time you come in the store and the staff is more than willing to help you. Cato has a large selection of blouses, tank tops and knit tops to choice from. The dress selection gets bought quickly; so if you looking online and see something - just call and ask if they have it first. The staff will be happy to hold it for you. Something I did not know until a few days ago was -if you are at the store and they don't have your size, they will order it for you and it is FREE shipping to the store. Bonus! (That could be dangerous for me! ) Cato also has a small selection of athletic wear. One of my favorite t-shirts came from them. It is so soft and comfy. Just great for those lounging around days. They have several locations all over the Houston area and they don't all have the same clothes selection. So shop at a few locations. BTW-I also found out they have layaway. Suburban Girl is one of my favorite little boutiques that I have found since my days being in San Francisco. Merchandise galor: dresses, shirts, hats, jeans, scarves, picture frames, jewelry, bags, boots, magnets, bottle stoppers, home decor the list can go on and on and on........ 2. Casual Eclectic style: ( For those of you who are more classic than eclectic...dont think they dont have stuff for you either) This store is constantly getting new merchandise and the owner makes it a point to order a limited amount of each style so that your chance of running into your own episode of "who wore it best" is slim to none. They don't get new clothes very often and what they do have is very expensive, when you could go to Target, J.C. Penney or Macys and get a similar look for much much cheaper.

I was so excited to find that the Houston Premium Outlets had just opened the high-end line of the…read moreluxury name, Armani. Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is nowhere in line with the service you would receive at a non-outlet Armani boutique. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.

I would have given 5 stars but they left the security device in the shirt luckily I went into other stores in the outlet there alarm and not drove it all the way home. Had that happen before couple times it sucked.
