I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

Because these guys are on commission they won't exchange anything in store, they'll box up your purchase and send it back to corporate for processing, so far, 10 days and nothing. They did order me a jacket, and had it sent because the one in store was damaged. Received the shipment, and it look like it was wadded up in a ball and stuffed in a plastic bag, then crammed in a box that was too small for it. Paying $200 for a blazer isn't a huge amount of money in the grand scheme of things, but it's $200 and I don't expect what I ordered to be treated like trash. I emailed customer service, I got a short very curt reply giving me another email address. I message them on Instagram and I got the same short non-response. Once I'm done with this circle of returns and exchanges and get my refund, I'm done with this company forever. The product is decent enough but the customer service experience is terrible. I'm not complaining without having tried to contact them directly to work this out, but days go by without responses then when you get them they aren't answers.

I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned.But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. They have all the cute and festive items for the seasons, adorable clothes for children, fun jewelry, amazing candles and more! I enjoy browsing stores like this when I have some free time to get ideas for later when birthdays and/or special occasions arise. In this area of town, you will find several boutique shops, but this one is very convenient and there is plenty of parking available. Some of my favorite items are the El Arroyo collection, the fun cocktail napkins and the decorative styrofoam cups. On the higher end, they sell beautiful, lovely smelling candles (one brand in particular is $115.00 - I don't know anything about the brand, so I can't give feedback on the price - maybe it lights itself - Lol), pretty costume jewelry, home decor pieces and alluring bath items that function as both decorative and useful.
