This is my home TJ Maxx. I love this store! Great parking, fantastic friendly service, lines go fast and the selection is better than the other locations. I always find more than I need at this store. It's also very clean. And guess what... not one person asking customers if they want to open a TJ Maxx credit card. I had to go to 2 different locations today and my first store was overselling that dang credit card. Thanks for not doing the high pressure thing, TJM! Best one for sure! read more

TJ's is *the* place to Maxx out your credit card. At least it seems to be, if Barbie is anything to go by. And she's something I always go by. If you know what I mean. This is a decent TJ Maxx. It's in a great location, hidden off the street, with lots of different stores nearby. They have a great selection of clothes and home decor. The cashier line gets long at peak shopping times. And Barbie gets loud at her, um, peak moments. Ahem. But the restrooms? Ewww. And it's kind of a dirty store. But then we're kind of a dirty couple. read more

The cashier was very friendly and nice! However, the girl in the fitting room had a horrible attitude- she acted frustrated that I asked for a room?!? That's the zone you are working in ma'am- if you can not interact with customers then I would suggest you working in the back in stock or someplace else where you do have to speak to anyone. read more

I absolutely adore this TJX which is tucked away in a non descript shopping center past Town and Country. This location is clean and neat. You know you are at a good location if the cosmetics section is neat and in order! The store manager and assistant manager are both really friendly also (don't even ask how I met them) just come here and shop. The best time is during the week in the afternoon! read more

Came into the store to find some last minute items for an important event. The jewelry counter was busy so I patient walked around the counter until I could finally get the attendants attention. When I finally caught her attention she said she would help me after she finished with the customer she was with. Despite telling me this after she finished helping that customer she turned to another customer. I spoke up reminder her I was next. She then asked the other customer if she was next, the customer said yes. I asked how could that person be next when she promised to help me next. She said she didn't see her. The customer told her to go ahead and help me and she still proceeded to help that customer telling me and I quote "it's a matter of ethics". I asked her how is the customer she never saw claiming she was there before me a Matter of ethics. Since I circled the counter I can see how the customer may have believed they were next. I can't understand why someone would automatically believe a customer they admittedly never saw over a customer who they agreed to help. Horrible customer service. This incident occurred on May 19th at 8:45pm and the persons name is Cora. Really disappointed in this experience. Sadly I do believe race was a factor. read more

They made me feel like absolute crap at this location. I'm not going to automatically assume it was racially motivated, but I was waiting walking around the jewelry counter...finally I asked an associate at the fitting room to call someone because the point of my visit was to purchase a nice watch. The rep told me she's calling someone but another lady who was looking at jewelry would be assisted before me. I was there first but I didn't make a big deal, I wasn't in a rush. The rep then walked to the lady and asked if she needed help and then reiterated that I would have to wait. The the jewelry rep came the customer barely asked to see whatever she was looking at and left. While I was waiting around to be assisted, I finally asked if it was my turn after basically being ignored. I left the section and purchased the things in my basket. To begin, this location is extra dusty and left my hands and dark colored shirt covered in some white powder and dust, Some of this inventory definitely has stuff wrong with it. I was looking through the dream catchers and had my heart set on one until I realized that that stitching was off to where it wasn't symmetrical all the way around. I found a few Rae Dunn items though: a deck the halls platter and multiple planters. Some Lilly Pulitzer and Kate Spade as well, but otherwise nothing else that other TJ Maxx locations don't already have. read more

Men's fitting rooms locked, i look to employees talking with themselves for help nearby, they dont even notice me, so I walk over to women's fitting rooms and they tell me to go to the desk and ask for the key, I wait 30 minutes in line and then when it's my turn the cashier gets the same girl that i had asked before to come over and she never says a word and opens the door, I say thank you, she says nothing back. Great store as far as products but just annoyed that isn't easier to just try on something, and a slight ounce of niceness from the ice cold employees would help some. read more

Located in an older center, TJ is my favorite of these types of discount stores. A bit on the small side compared to other locations, but had a nice selection of items overall. Mainly spent my time in the kitchen section. Found something to my liking in the clearance section. Prices weren't as cheap as I was hoping. Guessing the area causes markups? read more

So I come to this location frequently, literally once a week. It is both convenient and the clothing selection is better than most. With all the business I bring here you think the staff would be friendly, now the staff is rude with slow workers who don't care about your time. I wanted to purchase these workout pants today that were dirty and when I asked for a small discount the manager told me no in the rudest way. I come to tj maxx for quality, if i wanted to buy full price for dirty clothes I would go to a garage sale or goodwill. Love this store - it's by far one of my favorite locations . The employees could be a bit more conscience of how they treat their customers . Waited outside of store for then to open and I am assuming a supervisor or manager opened door to 1 customer - must have been a favorite or more request customer and then shut door on me and said they didn't open just yet not until 9:30. ???? I've been shopping at this TJ Maxx for about 3 years off and on. Usually, my experiences here have been OK: great bargains on purses, dresses, cookware, etc. but long waits in the checkout line with mildly disgruntled employees. Not bad, but OK for what you get. HOWEVER- last week my experience went downhill. I was on a mission: lanterns and a dress for an upcoming event. I found the lanterns and a couple dresses I could try on. Only problem was- the dressing room attendant wouldn't hold/watch the lanterns. I then had to go on the hunt for another employee to put the pair on hold. Couldn't find anyone. I went to the checkout counters. The workers at the checkout counter told me to wait at the end of a 13 people-deep line for them to even hold the lanterns. The flow was at a slow-drag. Ugh ( that is definitely an issue that the Maxxs' should resolve as consistently the single-file line has been a problem as opposed to pick -your -own- lane- and- get -out- more -quickly scenario). Frustrated- I went to the jewelry counter (right next to the dressing rooms) and asked the attendant if he was busy. The man looks me dead in the eyes-rolls his eyes and completely gives me the snub as he turns his back and starts talking on the phone. I wait- patiently- for several minutes. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Again- I'm looking for an employee. I just so happen to run into the manager. I explain the situation to him- he seems reasonable enough... as he proceeds to sneak around behind me for the rest of my visit ( I assume- checking in on me to make sure I'm not being ignored anymore). It was a little creepy if I do say so myself- he was a bit too close for comfort. Well- I did end up finding a dress that fit ( for the low price of 17 bucks) and my pretty lanterns were also a good price. BUT- I probably won't return to this location for a long time because of the complete weirdness of the management and the near-total disregard of this crazy little thing called "customer service" from the rest of the staff. If you go to this location- don't stick around too long. And if you're going to go looking for housewares and clothes- do the clothing shopping prior to the house goods. You'll find cute, quality things for low prices- but you're definitely going to sacrifice on the service. read more

In a pinch, I'll go here. But if I have time, I'll go elsewhere - to basically any other location! This place is always a mess, and the staff are never friendly. I've gone into the bathroom on a few occasions, and it's ALWAYS gross. Seriously. Not just "dirty" but rather completely neglected and run down. I took two pics on my phone on the last trip as "evidence" - hopefully I can upload those. Trust me, those are a good SAMPLE of what you may find - not just a freak-ish one time incident...it's every time. One time I went in and there was no toliet paper, so I let the cashier know when I checked out, and she was like "oh that sucks" - and didn't seem to click that she could take action and request more TP be installed. Prices are no better here than the other locations, so I'll stick to shopping elsewhere unless I'm really crunched for time. It's really unfortunate that the store isn't well cared for and staff don't seem motivated to be friendly and helpful - the product inventory is great! read more
